A.I had such a lovely buying experience here. All the girls were so friendly, remembering my name, helping me learn about sizing and offering a tonne of assistance changing garments to try on. They didn’t have one item in stock that I wanted and I left with assurance that they’d email around and find it, get it sent to their store, get the leggings taken up, and then get it posted back to me (all for no extra charge!) I left with confidence that would happen and about an hour later I received a call from another store saying my leggings were on their way. How good! All the girls were lovely, can’t wait to shop there again.

s.Friendly staff did I mention friendly? Super kids friendly and attentive staff knows where things are like nobody else. Located so centrally it's impossible to give it a miss. Shop here is on another level compare to stores else where in nz. Highly recommend.

The store manager, Christa, has a beautifully displayed store with the friendliest staff who make you feel right at home!
If you are traveling through and like to stay fit while on the road or just want to connect with the locals, go to the store when you first arrive and check out their event schedule. Christa and her team have scheduled activities like running groups, 5K’s with the locals, yoga, and even personal development speakers. It’s a fun and fit way to meet fellow travelers and locals alike, and then shop for a new lululemon piece of activewear! Leave a little room in your suitcase, though, because the selection is amazing!
I.Needed some goodies for stepdaughter back in usa that arent available there , showed saleswoman what I needed and sizes she gathered it all up for me , good service in the mall st of queenstown near the top , short walk downhill to lakeside
