F.5 star service at Torpedo7 Rotorua on Thursday 16th December. Very friendly, helpful, patient staff. I took my 3 children into the store looking for wetsuits. My autistic twin boys went straight for the tent setup in the middle of the store and made themselves at home in the sleeping bags. The staff were amazing. We left with lots of great items to enjoy the summer at the lake. Thanks again.
J.Very knowledgeable and friendly team in the bike department. Always take my bikes here for servicing even though I live in Tauranga and we have a local T7 store. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Cant rate the team highly enough.
S.Went in to borrow some tools to remove a cassette however encountered a very stock cassette. The guys in the workshop were very helpful and quickly got me sorted. Highly recommend

M.Big shout to the Torpedo 7 crew helping out at Craters Classic today. They went way beyond by getting hold of a derailleur hanger on a Sunday morning for my son who had crashed the day before so he could take part in his race. F.I had a somewhat bad experience at this shop. I come from overseas and didn’t know all about this shop, I just went there because a relative told me that PROBABLY they sell rain jackets. As soon as I asked to the sales assistants (they were 3 or 4) if Torpedo sells this product, most of them laughed in a way I really felt uncomfortable. Other than that, the sales person that helped me was ok.
p.Staff is really amazing, help you with all gears, what gears u should buy, what u should not buy, loved this place and great for shopping bikes and other adventure gears.
