Brilliant service, staff couldn't nicer or more helpful. Installed my new Thule racks with care on my Audi, nice to see people take pride in there business and service.

Hi. I just expect to find some different styles of fishing kayaks and sit 💺 . Something like a rise sits can provide more comfortable days fishing and paddling but apart from that point the attention and information provided was more than enough !!!

Love the team here, always keen for a laugh and a good deal on awesome products, no problem these guys wont have a solution to for your water adventure needs :)

We had a great kayak trip on Lake Taupo with Laura. It was a beautiful trip, the weather was great (unexpectedly) and the carvings were impressive. We stopped on the beach to enjoy the view with some tea and cookies, and enjoyed great conversation with Laura. At the end of our trip Laura sent us some pictures she took while on the water. Highly recommend!

Fantastic guided kayak experience. Laura, the guide, was very knowledgeable on the area and very experienced in her craft. The scenery, the halfway swim and a cup of tea on the beach were all amazing. Thank you for a memorable family experience.

We had a great time on our tour with Laura. Friendly, knowledgeable and down to Earth - everything you might want from a guided tour. I would thoroughly recommend to everybody. Pick up a roof rack from the Roof Rack Centre while you're there!

My partner and I did the kayak tour to see the carvings with Laura as our guide. Laura was very knowledgeable, personable and we felt very safe! The tour was the perfect way to see Lake Taupo. Stunning views and you can get up close to the carvings on the rock. No prior experience needed! Will definitely come back. Great value for money! Thank you Laura!

I did a four day kayak course with these guys. It was great - the guides Tom and Mike are super friendly, supportive and knowledgeable. I had an amazing time and now a way better kayaker because of them. I would highly recommend them for any type of kayak trip or excursion. So much fun and so much safety.

Lovely kayak trip with great views. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves despite the wet weather. Kayaks themselves were in need of repairs (in fact some emergency repairs were done to one in the middle of the trip) but apparently we were booked for the last day of these kayaks so hopefully the new ones have no problems.

Went on their Waikato Geothermal kayak tour and it was amazing. Fantastic tour guide, beautiful scenery, easy for all levels.

We went for a 2 hour trip down the river, stopped off at the spa pools and then headed further down this beautiful Waikato River. I managed to bag a kayak to myself which i was originally not keen on but actually it was epic fun, ive never kayked before but it was amazing. A beautiful river and we watched someone bungee jump whilst we kayaked which was sweet as. I highly recommend this place. The guides are cool and reassuring.

Jay has been very helpful sourcing our special order that had to come from the States. Excellent service throughout the whole process. He went out of his way to get us our dream canoe. Thanks very much!

A fantastic location, huge range of kayaking equipment, very friendly staff plus we loved the Kayaking Tour to the Maori Carvings! It was absolutely stunning. Thanks so much for the great day. We're looking forward to coming back next time we're in the area.

Had a great time with our guide Adam on the Waikato River Tour! Adam was very informative and made us feel safe on the water. It was a relaxing float down the river with not too much strenuous paddling needed - the natural hot pools were a good way to end it :) highly reccommend.

Amazing experience, highly recommend it , our guide Austin made us feel very comfortable on the kayak , experiencing the sites of the Huka river . Austin well informed and fun , new all the right sites and had awesome jokes along the way. Thanks

Great place to have a kayaking experience. So kind wellcome from the 1st step you are in. It is more then kayaking. It is a sharing great moments with a friend.

I took a guided kayaking tour to Maori rock carvings in Lake Taupo. The guide was friendly and knowledgeable, and everyone in the group had a great time. We kayaked a few miles, so be prepared for a good upper body workout! The shop has changing facilities and a place to store valuables you don't want to take kayaking.

What an awesome day kayaking for the first time. Thanks Tom and Tammy for taking us out and looking after us. Got a bit challenging towards the end but it all made for a very enjoyable experience. Thank you!

We had a family reunion with most people from South Island and Auckland. The guides you provided for our trip from the sluice gates to Reids farm were fabulous and all 30 people aged 7 to 75 including a couple of non swimmers had a wonderful and memorable time! Thank you!

Fun half day trip to the Maori carvings! We had Cam as our tour guide, he is very professional, friendly and welcoming. Would recommend if you are in Taupo!

Had a blast kayaking down the river today. Very peaceful. The stop at the hot springs was a perfect little detour. Would recommend to anyone!

Had a great time with I'm sure was an older guy called Mike (im not to sure about the name) and a young guy around 20ish back in 2006, with Edgewater College in Auckland. I learnt a lot and had heaps of fun. :) wish I could do it again and again. the place you guys put us up in near the bungee jump on the river was AWESOME! the team was the best back then. Can't believe it was 10 years ago this month.
