Most times I've walked into here it hasn't been too bad at all. However, the last time I went in it was under renovations and it was just a total shocker with boxes everywhere and floors ripped up. I was quite surprised they even continued trading throughout this time really. Staff were friendly at the counter. However, it may pay to stop trading (in-store) should future renovations take place, again!

We got what we wanted so that was a bonus I guess, but I must say if you wanted help there was none... so we weren't in the shoe department and maybe that made a difference. Yes I get they were busy but even the staff at the counters were so busy they had the personalities of dead fish. So I would recommend if you come here, you know what you want before going!

Went here on a weekend away ..... lets just say shopping with small children and trying to find rugby boots has been chaotic in my home town. Here was perfect. They had sizes, different colours, and most of all the people. Yes service was slow due to it being a sale weekend but they had everything i needed fully stocked and staff were so helpful. It is the only rebel sport in Tauranga and thought it would be average, did not disappoint.

Speaking about models of the shoes (the series they're up to) something i never would have picked up on, other comparisons(quality wise) (different brands) then explaining why it would/would not work for me! Went to rebel sport on Sunday to get some clothes and service was excellent. Especially the counter staff one of your new employees who was on his second shift did an awesome job really chatty and very quick and helpful through the whole process.

Huge array of sports equipment, clothing, accessories and shoes at unbelievable, unbeatable prices and the sales are simply divine and often.

Very limited selection of crew neck sweaters. Zero size 15 basketball shoes. No LA Clippers gear (one would think they'd have had this in stock shortly after they got PG and Kawhi). It is obvious that whoever does the buying doesn't know much about basketball. The counter staff are good but the place always seems understaffed and gets in a big mess on sale days.
