E.Most times I've walked into here it hasn't been too bad at all. However, the last time I went in it was under renovations and it was just a total shocker with boxes everywhere and floors ripped up. I was quite surprised they even continued trading throughout this time really.
Staff were friendly at the counter. However, it may pay to stop trading (in-store) should future renovations take place, again!
M.A great place to look for sportswear and equipment. No grass bowls tho. Good helpful service. Thanks.

C.We got what we wanted so that was a bonus I guess, but I must say if you wanted help there was none... so we weren't in the shoe department and maybe that made a difference. Yes I get they were busy but even the staff at the counters were so busy they had the personalities of dead fish. So I would recommend if you come here, you know what you want before going!
A.I bought an exercise ball for taking pressure of my feet due to an injury. I am able to continue excusing now. Happy days. Helpful, friendly staff.

C.Friendly staff. Always able to get the product I want, whether available instore or via click and collect. Their click and collect process was easy to use. I appreciate getting updated about my order and clear instructions on how to complete the pick up process.

S.Always seems to have some sort of sales. And guess what? You can buy whne not on sales and bring back the receipt for money back when there is sales. Don't know how long you can wait though for the receipt to be still valid

H.Went here on a weekend away ..... lets just say shopping with small children and trying to find rugby boots has been chaotic in my home town. Here was perfect. They had sizes, different colours, and most of all the people. Yes service was slow due to it being a sale weekend but they had everything i needed fully stocked and staff were so helpful. It is the only rebel sport in Tauranga and thought it would be average, did not disappoint.
H.5 star service! The chap that helped me, knew his stuff! Gave me all the info needed to help me make an informed decision! Speaking about models of the shoes (the series they're up to) something i never would have picked up on, other comparisons(quality wise) (different brands) then explaining why it would/would not work for me! Thats what makes sales! Service like that! Retish I think his name was??

L.Went to rebel sport on Sunday to get some clothes and service was excellent. Especially the counter staff one of your new employees who was on his second shift did an awesome job really chatty and very quick and helpful through the whole process.
D.Huge array of sports equipment, clothing, accessories and shoes at unbelievable, unbeatable prices and the sales are simply divine and often.
E.Very limited selection of crew neck sweaters. Zero size 15 basketball shoes. No LA Clippers gear (one would think they'd have had this in stock shortly after they got PG and Kawhi). It is obvious that whoever does the buying doesn't know much about basketball. The counter staff are good but the place always seems understaffed and gets in a big mess on sale days.

S.Very large store selling a huge range of branded clothes. Has great range of clearance items. Hard to get staff to help they never seem to be around. Lots of parking with other stores nearby
C.I was in twice in the same day looking at running shoes. I was probably in the shop for around 45min total. Not a buddy offered me any help and there didnt seem to be anyone roaming the shop floor. Customer service is lacking a bit.

J.They didn't have my Nike Air Jordan shoes and I wasn't happy, I tried to get them to order a pair and they were against it. But they do sell amazing sportswear and shoes and everything under the sun
J.Great place but didnt have enough stock, and the service I got from one of the younger staff was quite poor, she left me without any service at all, and had to visit the bathroom. apart from that has alot to offer when stock is at a higher level.
R.Such a big range of high quality sports equipment and clothes. The amount of branded products makes rebel sport a popular shopping place as it has sales very often and staff are very willing to help.
E.Never knew they had such a good range of shoes, especially the clearance wall at the back. Check it if you're after something decent intermittently untill you can get something better
