J. J.Lovely spread out shop. Mon we went in and an extra helpful lady served us and went out of her way to help us. Went back 3 days later and another younger lady served us. She offered no help at all, I had to ask for shoe horn. She had no idea what we asked for and had no conversation at all. Was disappointed with her service
