B.Used snow pro at their Wanaka location. Dropped by the shop (not the norm as they usually go to you) but David was more than happy to help. Great service, having worked doing the same thing he was extremely thorough in making sure my partners boots fitted well and comfortably. Everything was explained very clearly and was no hassle at all. Drop off was nice and easy with communicating with the team as we finished earlier than expected. All over great customer service, really friendly and helpful full staff. Would fully recommend!

We’d arrived at our accommodation early evening and Damian came by after we’d settled in and fitted us all with our clothing and ski rental all done in the comfort of our accommodation. Especially travelling with kids made it that much easier. We were ready to hit the slopes the next morning. Awesome service team Snopro!
M.If there was 6 stars available they deserve it. Made fitting a delight. Damien was amazing. If you want to get your gear in the comfort of your hotel room and bypass the process of getting your gear on the slopes, I cannot recommend them highly enough.
From booking online months before, to the fitting process in our rooms, it was flawless.

A.Mack & Damien made hiring for a family of 6 super easy! What a great service. They arrived at our accommodation just after we did, fitted us all out and we were off skiing & snowboarding the next morning. They popped back the next night to swap out some boot sizes, and we added some additional items. We also had a little issue with a binding, and they popped back another night to swap it over. The pick up was also super easy and we didn't step foot inside a hire shop once. We definitely recommend these guys and will use them again! Thanks Snopro team - you guys are awesome : )
M.Highly recommended. Damien was a pleasure to deal with and extremely obliging despite us changing our plans several times. Happy to drop off and pick up gear early in the morning and late at night. When several members of our group finished up early Damien was happy to pick up gear early and refund unused days no questions asked. I will definitely be using the service in the future.
T.Very good concept and service. The Wanaka team did an amazing job for our stay here. It is very easy, they bring you the gears at home (and adjust/change them if necessary) and get them back from your place. It is much easier than getting the gears in the resort and less expensive.
E.These guys are amazing! After an extremely painful experience with my first time skiing in Australia, I was so relieved my husband found these guys to hire from on our honeymoon.
So friendly, knowledgeable, professional and passionate about what they do. Fitted me with great boots (no shin bang this time round) and so much extra advice. Damien was very accommodating with adjusting my boots to perfectly fit my calfs. Could not have asked for better for our honeymoon ski trip.

B.Snopro were just brilliant, and the entire experience was incredibly easy.
Ordering online was simple, and when we needed changes to be made to our rental, that was done quickly and efficiently as well.
The team were really helpful when they came to fit our gear, and they took the time to clearly explain how to get the most out of our equipment as well.
Overall, I think they've nailed the rental experience... having someone come to your accomodation to fit your gear removes so many of the headaches inherent in renting, and all of the team we dealt with were friendly and helpful to boot!
C.Excellent. We had some issues in our travel plans and had to modify as to when we were to get the gear. They were happy to accommodate changes and modify hire time. Staff are friendly and assisted in getting fitted out. We really enjoy the personnel service. Will use again when we go again.
C.Really quick, easy and professional - would really recommend to anyone skiing from Wanaka. We only booked a couple of hours in advance and they did a delivery at 7pm in the evening so we could ski from early the next day. Great service!

I.Excellent ski delivery service. I ordered skis, boots, and poles via the internet while on the way to Wanaka, and rang to confirm the time that evening, which worked well because the time they suggested was better for me than the default setting. I have never had a comfortable day skiing before due to high arches, so I went for the premier skis and deluxe boots upgrade and mentioned high arches on the booking. When Snopro came to the motel with the van, they had put footbeds for higher arches in the boots, and they were a perfect fit (they had also brought other boots in case they needed to try other fittings). Fitting at the motel was quick and professsional, and for the first time ever I had a comfortable day's skiing, and looked forward to another day's skiing the next day. Snopro collected the equipment via the motel manager after the second day, so I didn't need to wait around to give it back which was great. I would definitely use Snopro again.
