H.Not bad as far as a place to get the odd bit for fishing is concerned, but their mark up is usually a lot higher than other places. Good for customer service but not as pocket friendly as many other places.

J.Superb. Customer service was outstanding. I had a problem with a product. Mark took it back confirmed the problem, tested a replacement and returned it to me all within a few days. I would have no issues in purchasing from them in the future.
