K.I purchased the Possum/Merino/Silk short wrist warmers in black. They're super soft and OMG, just gorgeous! I can't wait for the Melbourne (Aust) winter to arrive as I know that my hands/wrists will be kept toasty warm. Delivery took a little longer than I was expecting but then, we are in the time of Covid. So if you are purchasing for a gift, you may need to factor in a delayed delivery time. I love them and I intend to buy more as gifts for family and friends.
L.I purchased a pair of beautiful, warm and soft fingerless gloves. I received emails letting me know the status of my order, the packaging was very pretty and the timing of postage to Australia was good considering all that's going on at the moment. I would definately purchase from this company again.
C.***UPDATE: The seller contacted me to resolve the issues. I shipped back the boots and slipper, and I was sent a pair of slippers in my size. The seller provided a refund, which was very gracious. Thank you for promptly improving your customer service,it is much appreciated.
I ordered a pair of slippers and boots. I went based off of their chart which compares US sizes to their shoe sizes. I didn't realize that the first priority was to look at the measurement because that is not stated. so I ordered a size 8 and it turns out to be more like a size 9. The company told me they are intended to be worn with very thick wool socks. So, I put on my very thick wool socks and still, my heel is slipping out the back of the boot. I asked the company if they would please send me a paid return label so I can exchange them, and they refused, basically telling me it was my mistake. I would think that after spending $175 on a pair of boots, and them not feed fitting because of the unclear sizing, they would have enough courtesy to send me a return label so I can exchange the boots. Also, this sizing chart only applies to certain shoes, not the slippers.
Now I'm looking at a $55 return fee! Even after asking the company to send me a pay return label, they refused and ignored my emails. I'm just hoping that once I return them, they will actually refund my money and not give me some other excuse.
Just a very unprofessional, unkind, definitely not customer-oriented company. I was actually very excited about these boots, and spent a good amount of time finding a pair that I thought I would really like and that were better for me and the environment.
Also, I accidentally ordered the slippers in a size 6... Based on the chart you would think they would fit me but they didn't. I really meant to order them in the size 8 anyway! So, since they are too small for me, but I really like them, I will gift them this Christmas. Also, it would have cost me $25 out of the $75 the slippers cost just to return them!
D.Ordered two baby sheepskin rugs and received confirmation of delivery and shipping information that day. Received items 7 days after ordering (shipping from NZ to AUS) which was pretty great and products are definitely high quality. Would definitely order again, very smooth process.
