P.Anthony is extremely knowledgeable and therefore helpful. If you shop here you won't be hassled by the staff to hurry up and buy something.
I had Anthony lay my reel with braid, then later I needed a few more metres of leader nylon, which he just provided me at no charge, saying how could I charge you 5 cents for it.
Today I went in and bought a rain jacket, without even looking at the other outlet in Warkworth.
So from a tiny free bit of nylon, it ended up meaning a good raincoat purchase.
Great place to shop, the best service ever, and real nice friendly people.
Tackle and Outdoors leaves H&F in this outlets wake, H&F could learn how to interact with customers from this outlet.
