O.Went there earlier today to buy some insoles for my ski boots, the guy knew instantly what I'd need, what type of boot I had and what my foot would need! Really helpful, definitely not out to "sell the product", Really knew there stuff. Very happy and would most definitely go back there again!
R.Brilliance each time I've visited this shop. I bought my first pair of ski boots last year and the sales guy would've spent a good hour with me making sure I had the most comfortable boots. Even went back for heating and remoulding the inner. I wore them for a week, found they weren't quite right (I've got weird high-arched feet) so they were replaced without any fuss and my bindings adjusted to fit the new boots. I've also bought my skis and my daughters' snowboard boots from here and with each purchase a lot of concentrated time, skill and knowledge has gone into finding the right boot. One daughter has a bit of protruding bone on her ankle so the sales person heat moulded the inner and attached a protective piece to work around this weird bit on her ankle. Highly recommend.

J.Went in to see what they had. Was planning to get a new pair of snowboard boots in Canada. Started talking to Clint and team and told them my issues with my current boots. He took a look at my feet and especially my arches, reccomended a pair and to get footbed. Sharp pricing (Xmas sales) and now I've been riding in these boots I just wanted to say thanks! They've made a heap of difference.
K.Liz is just amazing! A true snowboarding expert with amazing international experience under her belt. She really listened and advised us on the most suitable snowboard for our daughter. She then took the time to fit her with a Gypsy Snowboard, bindings, jacket, helmet etc. She taught us so much about Board selection, fitting, maintenance, care and safety - all with a smile. Thank you Liz - you're the best 😊

Liz and Jimmy spent a huge amount of time with us going through boot fitment and suitable boards for us. Shaun assembled the boards for us. They were friendly knowledgeable and approachable and was a great experience! Definitely recommend seeing them.
j.Clint and Liz really know their stuff when it comes to fitting skis and boots. They didn’t stop until they knew I was 100% happy. Added to that, two years after I bought boots they fitted custom inner soles for free! Most impressive service and very engaging.
J.Best shop in town I don't buy boards or boots anywhere else. Best service and knowledge, friendly staff. Always able to order in products they don't have. And always go out of their way to help. There's a reason this shop has been around as long as it has.
