j.Big sport and outdoor clothing/equipment shop, with good specials on some clothing items. On the whole I quite like the styles of their clothes.

G.Friendly staff, usually a pretty good range. This is a clearance store, so they don't have the full range. They are a bit cheaper than the standard stores, and they do sell quality goods.
C.Knowledgeable staff. They took the time to fit a new pack properly just so I could decide if I would buy it. I did buy the pack, and now I prioritize shopping at Macpac due to their quality service and lack of cheap branded goods as other outdoor shops starting with K sell.
