D.Best (upgrade) service today at the Lambton Quay store today from Chris. Went in there with my two brats just for a browse and 20 minutes later, Chris has sold us a puffer jacket for the girl, and a pair of Air Jordans for my boy (his very first pair!). Was a super busy day, but Chris was able to
juggle us with other customers whilst maintaining excellent service. Well done Chris! Will be definitely be back, especially since you signed us up for membership.

L.The lady who served me was lovely, I just wish they had similar stock to Nike nz online store. I was specifically after a carbon plated shoe and they only had one choice even though Nike has 5 or so shoes on their website with plates so dropped one star off the review.
They do have a free club where you get $50 off for every $500 spent and that's quite good considering their prices matched Nike nz and I couldn't see any discounts like that on Nike nz website.

I bought a few items of her, some amazing running shoes, a jacket and so much more. I highly recommend that you pop into this place and see her, she got you. D.Fantastic customer service, was looking for comfortable pants to wear and was helped by a really sweet Nike staff member who found all the right sizes, answered all my burning questions and generally helped me find 2 pairs of pants which are super comfortable and fit nicely! Really good experience.. I have been to this store several times in the past and find both the service and the products them selves to be of good quality. I also like that when you create an account at the store they can keep a history of everything you have bought in the past along with receipts etc with all those purchases.

s.Looking for advice around a shoe designed for longer slower runs as opposed to races or tempo runs. Chris was more than helpful. Didn't know about a couple of shoes but got help to make sure I left with all the info I needed. Very thankful.

J.Reasonable selection of Nike footwear, clothing and accessories. Great move for them to join in-store Afterpay payments for customers on a budget. Love their NZD50 voucher when you spend NZD500 (free to join their membership). Great customer service. Wish they could get latest products e.g. basketball shoes as other shoe stores do. Nevertheless, still one of the great sports stores in the world.

Was surprised to find some Kobe AD NXT 360’s in my size and cheaper than retail. Don’t assume that because it’s an official Nike shop that everything is full price, they had great deals and sale items.

M.After over 40 years of marathons and now daily walking Nike have a shoe that outstrips all other walking shoes I have worn. Epic React are light firm and feel like feathers on your feet. I took in a novice walker last week and said he feels like he is walking on air. A must worth try
T.Staff pretty friendly, however for a reputable international brand and being the Capitals only Nike store, stock is pretty limited. There really isnt that much variety in the way of styles and sizing. Heres hoping for alot more choices in the future.

Inicialmente não fui bem atendida, um rapaz que veio me atender praticamente me ignorou. Mas logo depois veio uma senhorita e me ajudou a escolher o tamanho certo, dos modelos que restavam. Não haviam muitos, talvez por ser dia 28 de dezembro, pós natal.
Loja grande, mas sem muita variedade, talvez pela data que escolhi. Vá com paciência! Vale a pena.
