D.The Welshman in the gun department is a wealth of knowledge you can learn alot chatting to him. There are some awesome products in this shop just quite pricey but the do stand by their products and are always happy to rectify any problems, very good customer service

Visited during Covid level 3 lockdown - easy quick service. Arrived hoping to purchase a life jacket (with nominal prior knowledge). I was pleased, and happy with friendly team member's listening skills and his ability to bring out a sample of the two suggested solutions. Based on his advice we deferred our purchase today.
