T.Awesome, super smooth concrete, perfect for skating on, unless there’s any water whatsoever, then it’s as supply as an ice rink and lethal for skating on.
Great areas for both learners and experts alike.

G.Concrete so smooth that it makes every other surface look average... great fun park if you're into skating transition, not so much if you're a streeter. Nice to see taxpayer $ used correctly
D.Pretty cool park with a large new skate park and large slider web climbing ropes. Theres also a flying fox and playground for younger kids too.
H.A fantastic skatepark. For this reason it gets overcrowded and even dangerous for beginners especially when they don't understand the flow of a skate park. Teach your kids to give way rather than treat it as a play ground 🙏😁. You can often get the park to yourself on late afternoons at ard 6-7 when most go home for dinner.
S.Awesome for kids with a big playground and even a little water play area. The grass has all grown back since the last renovation so it's nice and green. Loads of space and you see heaps of families there. There little tramps and flying fox are always a hit
D.Great skatepark well built but whatever you do don't go on the wet. The park is unridible and incredibly slippery.
B.My 4year old son loves this park especially the skateboard bowl he uses his balance to learn and theres always a good mixture of ages and the big boys are always inclusive and protective of the younger kids. Could do with afew more bins around the bowl please.
R.Five star! I love bringing my grandchildren here. It has everything from BBQ space, toilets, gym equipment, skate park area, swings, slides, climbing equipment, water moat, tunnels and a basketball court. Great family time out!
J.Cool little park. Title is correct - lots of scooter kids - this is their hang zone. Probably best to visit when they're at school as it's pretty busy. Aside from that, well maintained and fun for surf skating.
A.Nice new set up for skaters and scooters and the odd bmx freestyler. Slippery surface if it's been wet though, but great when the sun is out.
M.Its a great park with variety of activities ..... skate tracks ...basketball court..... walkin tracks ....out door gym equipment..... ziplines ... toddlers area wit swings n slides. Also a big lawn where we palce our nets and play volley ball. Also has a toilet and some benches for a picnic
S.Lots of space, different types and shapes to skate in/on, and a supportive, respectful attitude towards skaters and scooters of all abilities
S.Even with some construction still going on, our boys had a good time 🙂 They enjoyed the new playground & always love scootering in the bowl 😁 Today around lunch time there were a lot of scooters & a few skateboards too.
M.2017Auckland regional council upgraded Marlborough Park & theyre at it again in Dec 2019-They have fenced off the skate bowl & brought in excavators to dig up & re design.
There are two metre footpaths around & through Marlborough Park an excellent challenge of skills for kids that have progressed on their bikes from trainer wheels.
The basketball court & playground are OPEN.
the Flying fox nestled in the trees is OPEN.
There is a public toilet if heading towards archers road or another past the community hall across the car park.

R.Great skatepark and kids play area. The place was refurbished recently and has a walking track with some exercise equipment its also a great place for kids cycling. There also a tennis and hoops area.
B.What a special little park! So much to do here and so well maintained!
T.Open and wide park. Other than skate, money bar, flying fox, slides for little ones, climbing area, water area and exercise machines. Very popular in the community.
B.Lots of field space to expand playground. No where near enough shaded areas either, like seats and tables we sat at I got sunburnt

D.Great skatepark, well thought out. They definitely consulted some skaters before building this park haha as in, there's no quarter-pipes to nowhere or anything like that. Plenty of variety for all skill levels, and as of recent visits - the vibe with local is good and welcoming, the 'hard-out' skaters are patient and understanding of the enthusiastic kids who use it for anything and everything bahahaha
K.Skooter field is open for all ages, a bit tricky for kids creeping among them... The toilet was clean, the basketball field is ready to 3pont shot🥴... The playground is well organised... Some of the swings need to get greased....
