E.The service and advice from Brian has always been solid, but a dealership relationship is only really tested when things don't go exactly to plan. Having suffered an unusual issue with a recent raceboard purchase, I can say that Brian's customer care was exemplary, and he presented me with several more-than-fair options, and totally looked after me. Happy 30-year business anniversary Brian, and thank you for keeping me happily on the water!

M.Awesome surf shop. After travelling all over Auckland looking at surfboards I stumbled across this shop and had by far the best service and got the best deal of all the shops I visited. The staff are both incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Also, don't be put off by the size of the shop at first glance - it appears small but once inside has a large range. I look forward to buying more from them in future.

P.The team at nz board store have been exceptional to deal with. From offering initial advice through to delivering a full package to the south island. A manufacturers defect was picked up and these guys had a replacement part in the mail immediately with out question. I can't recommend them enough and look forward to doing buisness with nzboardstore in the future.

G.Everyone we've had contact with from this place are amazing, knowledgeable, friendly, gave great advice that made sense (being new to kiteboarding this was awesome) have now had a few lessons now with Lisa and even got up riding, something I wasn't too sure of at the start. At no point did I not understand what she was asking of me, makes learning super easy!! Trying to translate something that becomes a feeling is a great skill. I'll send anyone I can your way!!
