Excellent facilities- immaculately clean. Pool complex includes 25m indoor pool, toddler pool, training pool, spa and sauna with a small gym inside with a large 50m pool outdoors. Indoor and outdoor pools had lanes marked - fast, medium, slow and walkers + talkers signs indicating which lane should be used by whom. Lots of seating areas for spectators in and outside. Well staffed, even at 0530 in the morning. Vaccine passes checked on entry with masks required unless in the pool

My daughter's lived this place as they grew up and now my 2yo granddaughter got to enjoy it too. She has a blast,. The toddlers pool was perfect for her. Great couple of hours spent entertaining my moko 😁

Nice communal facility for people to focus on fitness. Pools are free for everyone to use. There's a nominal charges for spa, sauna and steam. Staff is friendly and helpful. There's a gym on site as well. Facilities are clean and tidy.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of parking and ample space for family to enjoy the outdoor pool. Ample changing rooms for both male/female but that needs to be cleaned and checked regularly. It gets quite busy and untidy at times.

Great location with ample parking. Friendly staff. We were there on the weekend from 5pm to 6.30pm, so there was only 1 other family besides ours. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the Council has not tended to the outside pool, which was locked off from the public any way. It was flooded, the water was a horrible green, and there appeared to be green algae growing on the sides of the pool. Like ... eeeewww!!! Come on Manukau City Council, this is not good enough. The people of Auckland deserve so much better!!! Despite the above, we had a really lovely time here, as long as we didn't look outside!

Nice enviroment with a selection of pools to swim in for all ages..has sauna and spa..see alot of regulars with there fitness schdules..life guards helpful..placeis clean, showers warm!! Changing rooms spacious..we normally drive far for a swim but trying local, so def will continue going local..Kids had fun..

Very friendly staff. Clean facility. Only issue I have is when walkers start walking in clearly marked swimming lanes when someone is swimming and staff do not inform them it's a swimming lane only, leaving this up to the swimmer to do, which could potentially cause friction. Otherwise it's a fantastic facility

Pretty average as far as pools in South Auckland go, but its free. Changing area is usually clean and tidy. It can get crowded when the outdoor pool is closed but staff are great and dealing with any trouble makers. Great for lane swimming.

One of the better pools to go to in Auckland. For starters, if you want to go for a swim, it's completely free! Secondly, it's a very large pool with lots of lanes, so rarely have I had any overcrowding issues when I've gone for a swim. There's also a sauna and a hot pool if you enjoy those things (but those aren't free).

We come here for swimming lessons, the instructors we have are great. The pools though always crowded. However, the lifeguards here are very attentive to detail during duty which is very good. The bathrooms though are disgusting. We never shower here, It's looks and partucularly smells like somewhere you could catch an std

4 pools, 3 pools inside from toddlers to youth to adults. But spa pool & sauna. Had an inside gym where you can look out to the pools. Life guards on board. Big adult pool on the outside. Sick Bay office. Friendly staff in front office. Can book swimming sessions for children & adults. Still free entry. There is a cost when wanting to use spa, sauna. Recommend 💯😊

This place has an Olympic size outdoor pool which is operational in summer only. There is a big indoor heated pool that has dedicated lanes for swimmers, walkers and families to play around. The pools are free to use for any age group. There is also a toddler pool and a training pool. Within the complex there are also spa, sauna room and a gym facilities which can be used by anyone but incurs fee. The pool reception sells swimming accessories and waterproof kids nappies for toddlers. Heaps of free parking outside. Location is perfect as well next to Papatoetoe recreational ground and hunters plaza shopping mall.

Its free and it's nice. The water was a little cool so quite a few of us sat in the kiddie pool. You have to pay for the sauna and spa but that still comes out cheaper than the entrance fee for most other pools.

Beautiful pool complex on a hot summer's day and you want to swim outside under the sun. Ideal for a family day out. Not an ideal venue for swimming competitions as the water is heavy, which is not conducive for swimmers wanting to set PB's.

Has recently become my new usual. Is conveniently located, the staff are friendly and best of all swimming is free! Im a lap swimmer and the lanes are always monitored by the staff to ensure your lap swimming without interuption.

This is a great facility. In addition to the olympic size outdoor pool it has 3 indoor pools; a toddlers, a teaching pool and a 25 metre which is divided into a general area for playing and lanes. Included is a spa, a sauna and a small gym. All have charges associated with them. It also offers swimming lessons for children and adults. There's also a shop for goggles and swimwear at the entrance. During busy times the indoor play pools can be crowded but the lanes for swimmers are usually not crowded at all.

Great! There are not too much people in the pool. It is a good place for swimming because that there are only one or two people in a lane. You have much space to swim,it is not crowded.

Outdoor pool (standard Olympic size) is fabulous. You would get an entire lane to yourself during non-peak hours. Admission to pools is free!
