T.Visited for a birthday party. Fantastic options for Ice-skating, bumper cars (although they didnt always work well ), lots of fun for the kids and very fun reminiscing on a childhood at the rink as a kid.

M.Great place for the family, definitely need to go a few more times to get the hang of things ,great price ,dress warm for the ice rink ,love the themed occasion. We went on halloween ,kids enjoyed very much.

R.Love the ice stadium. Always a fun place to go with friends. I like that they have nice hot snacks available, as you often feel hungry after the exercise and a bit cold.

It does seem a little run down though, the flooring really needs to be replaced, but I suppose that's Dunedin for you, haha!
R.Great rink, not cold at all. Only thing I would suggest is that for the discos you need to turn the music up heaps more for a way better atmosphere. Everyone was commenting how they couldn't hear the music!

Suitable for all ages and levels of fitness. Even if you never done ice skating before as you can hire a trolley for balance.
Good snacks and lovely friendly and helpful staff.

C.Awesome spot to take the kids for the day, pretty short opening hours, but hey that's what you get when it's the only decent local ice skating rink, and hockey players need the rink to train and play.

A.Came here for our 8 year olds birthday party. After a little bit of a discussion with the staff member who greeted us, they agreed that we should actually be having our party in the birthday room, not the regular room they had set up. The whole premises is rather old, and could do with a renovation, however it also has a bit of character to it at the moment. Food supplied to the kids was ok. Hot dogs were a gloopy mess, but I wasn't expecting much for a kids party, so didn't complain.
The actual ice was good - nice and light and the kids had a blast. The skate hire was also good with newish gear provided. We'll probably be back, but perhaps not for a party.
S.Only ice rink in town so good that it exists. Is slowly being renovated. Good community if you want to get involved. My kids enjoy it.
P.My grandaughter was on the holiday program learning to skate for the last two days. My grandaughter says 'it was hard at first then it was really fun and I liked the disco at the end' The coaches were nice.

T.Went to watch grandchildren ride in the bumper boats. Great fun once they realized not to move the controls too fast.
B.Amazing ice rink , huge such nice ice so smooth. Cafe and food available , not needing slot of layers either as it is quite warm.
