One of the best sports entertainment venues for Otago Nuggets!

Clean and tidy place for sport activities. Easy to park.

Great tennis venue... heating could be better in winter!

Amazing space for all indoor sports and events. Tennis, basketball, netball, futsall, cricket nets and also great for kids parties...let them run wild and spend all the energy here.

Only one door in and out so every one is crammed in waiting to be shown where your seats are. We were up stairs more waiting in line. Once you are in your seats you are fine. Hot chips are really nice.

I went with a large group of people to a celebration function upstairs. Very well planned but not sure how much input the staff had. Great views over the harbour.

Great venue, lots of space for all sports and other events. Cafe and lift orientation was a little hard when there were queues for the cafe upstairs, as it was hard to get to the toilets. But overall a great sports complex.

Love the cafe here when it's open. Always fab food and coffee.. visit here twice a week this time of year for kids sports.... friendly and helpful staff with ice packs, pumping up sports balls and all manner of service.

Dunedin Art Show 2021...wonderful events venue..loved exhibiting there...

Large area, rentable is there really much else? No but still great for what it offers.

Play table tennis there evert Tuesday, friendly staff, fantastic sports facility

This site is an ideal one for taking children to play all manner of games.Plenty of room, reasonable rates and a lovely cafe upstairs as well. Took my grandchildren and enjoyed it immensely. Will be back! Thanks Dunedin

Fantastic place donated by Mr. Edgar. A lot of sports and functions there. I went to see grandson play footsie. Place was full of kids playing. I have been to 4 or 5 functions there with the Scottish Society I am with and it has always been ran smooth and the food good

Great place to get a vaccine for the covid. Looks like an array of sports could take place here? What will they think of next

Pleasant surroundings for the Dunedin Art Exhibition and good parking.

Very helpful staff, they pointed me in the right direction. They had a extra bouncy castle for the birthday party daughter was invited to. She had so much fun, which made me happy. Thanks

A good place to go for jogging especially when weather is not good heaps of room inside

Easy access and parking. Watched my son play basketball. The Lion Arena has a marvelously shiney floor, which obviously gives good grip going g by the squeaks when players changed direction. Lighting is excellent

I have been attending here for Netball and cannot fault the staff at Dunedin Netball. Always helpful and friendly

The we enjoyed our meal at the Edgar Centre restaurant. Very comfortable inviting pleasant environment with an amazing outlook over the inner Harbour. Excellent food friendly staff. I highly reccomend this venue.

It's convenient for all age groups to participate their activities nearby. It mixs with sports, events and functions under the one roof. I am so lucky to play sports inside with all weather conditions

So great Dunedin has a venue like this. Our rugby team was able to improvise and train inside on a terrible evening.

Had 20th wedding anniversary celebration at Harbour View lounge on 24 Feb 2018. Good price to hire room and have catering. Food was great. Staff friendly and helpful. Allowed to bring in chips (crisps) and soft drink for kids. They opened a court downstairs for us so the kids could run about. Highly recommended.

Great place to watch grandchildren play a huge variety of sports. Today I was watching Touch Rugby. Quite a few activities there for Seniors too.

Dunedin is very lucky to have this covered sports area in the winter but it's still bloody freezing in there most times I have been.

Very nice and easy layout for the event. Does cater to a certain market but that doesn't stop everyone from coming in and having a look around. Good to see lots of families about

Sometimes it gets too busy to find the time spot we want due to the sports tournament, yet, we are so fortunate having this indoor facilities in Dunedin, often we use for school sport, but we personally book futsal court during school holiday, asking around family friends to get together to kick around with very reasonable fee. Highly recommended.

Great sporting facility. Was in watching social netball. Rolla derby and footsal was also on.

Went to watch a Netball game and even though we arrived early, no carparks left so make sure you arrive real early if you want to park onsite. The good news is that there is plenty of parking just a little further away on the street. Inside the place was great with plenty of space. We had a good view of the court.

Great facilities and staff. Bring a jacket and beanie if you're spectating in winter as it gets cold!! Gets pretty busy on weeknights so arrive a bit early to find a park.

Great venue for indoor team sports of all kinds, heaps of courts and score boards. Can be hired out for team building trips for businesses, including table tennis, volleyball and soccer.

Saw Auto Spectacular. Was shocked that the entry fee was $10 - hadn't seen it advertised on fbk when checking their site but saw some pretty cool vehicles & bikes though - Great venue!😁

Good place to play some sport during winter without breaking the bank

Fantastic sports centre. Often used for a large variety of non sporting events too. Last came here for the Special Rigs event. Awesome day was had by all!

Great place for events. I was here for the AutoSpectacular and it was absolutely amazing! Huge space to play netball, tennis, cricket, basketball or whichever sport you play or set up something else for an event.

A huge public sports facility used by thousands every week. Good parking but could do with more. Wheelchair access and good toilets.

A good space for a large group meeting - I was at a school function for about 200 people.

It's a sports complex as every sporting venue never enough parks but once inside comfortable setting to watch your chosen sport

A great place for bringing a large number of people together. Nice sunny room, plenty of seating and good AV facilities.

Nice place. Friendly staff. There is however a very rude person there behind the desk often he's ginga with glass nd looks evil. Don't deal with him I don't even think he's staff. Place is well managed and kept tidy.

Biggest room in Dunedin. But why was it assumed an events centre didn't require any real amount of electrcity? Every event requires a bloody great generator outside with cables coming in under a roller door.

A little cold but great for sports or watching

Brilliant venue for an amazing Edge of the World Expo event..

My daughter does ripper rugby at the center. There center works well for most sports and for most of the year however on a hot day it can be very stuffy

I attened the Otago Polyfest, venur fabulous volunteers did a great job, and every child, teenager and adult enjoyed.

Warm up first or you will get injured in winter. Building is constructed like a scaled up refrigeration unit.

The Art Show... The angry fish, The Girl with the dent de lion, the steam punk painted doll, everything and this is an annual event. No pictures do this justice.

A very good sports centre. The best in Dunedin as its covered. Very cold in winter so take plenty of warm clothes. They have a cafe that serves drinks and food. Parking can be a hassle in very busy times so you may have to walk a bit to get to the entrance.
