S.Go carts are awesome... the friendly staff help the kids heaps.
C.The track is a little short, so it got boring kinda quick, also under maintained and bumpy, but the price is unbeatable.
D.Enjoyed our time Karting here in Nelson.
It is peak busy time and online slots to book we're playing up and not confirming booking.
We went to the track and there were long waits between races and the staff all felt stressed.
Karts were not all even (just like most kart tracks) and our 2 Kids got kart 16 in both runs and were both 2 seconds a lap slower and struggled to get up the hill.
Adult karts were also limited speed wise and this happens at the start of the straight and stays on till the bridge turn. A bit frustrating but health and safety no doubt.
Recommend for a day that's not too busy.
S.Quite expensive and you have to pay for each of the rides separately - or fork out a lot of money.
However a great option when you are stuck for ideas with entertaining kids.
C.Took the grandkids to the Trampoline Park, was a very hot day, kids had a fantastic time. Could have done with more shade in the seating area.

R.It was a beautiful day being there, but the only thing disappointed me, my friend and her daughter as we were wearing scarf, after we paid for the Karts with our 4 kids, the man told us we r not allowed to drive them till we took of our scarfs, which we can't as it's part from our religion, but he was kind and I know nothing was personal he just doing his job, but the people who is in the reception for the payment should know that and telling us before we pay.
But other than than that all the stuff were so kind and friendly. We had an awesome day.

K.Booked Laser Tag for children's birthday party, this is the second time for us and it's been fantastic. Easy to book, very well managed and good staff to greet the kids and set them up for the games. Very windy here today so they have an alternate venue which is a little more sheltered and safer.
R.Great fun, well run, safe and good value. Good range of cars, including 2 up cars for parents, though it's a good chance to leave the kids behind the fence and go! A fast drive is a good workout. The cars are fast enough to 4 wheel drift on most corners, without any major risk. I couldn't quite find a way though the bridge corner without a big loss of revs. I'll come back to try again!

R.I visit Tahunanui once every year or so. (I’m an Expat Kiwi in Melbourne, Au) Paid for my adult son to have a session on the go karts. I believe my son had a reasonable good experience. Everyone lets support the local Nelson businesses. However Mr Go Karts, please remember to keep it fair and reasonable as many South Islanders don’t all have incomes to spend on luxuries like Go Karts.
F.I bought a go kart and a trampoline session for my 3yr old. During the go kart briefing my daughter became apprehensive and decided she did not want to participate. When I returned with rhe receipt to get the bands for the trampoline, I was not offered a refund for the go karts. Whether or not this is a policy of theirs, it was rude. Fortunately there is another trampoline park in the area that is more transparent that my daughter enjoys.
I am changing my review to the above comment. I received a courtesy call to discuss the issue I had. I was very impressed to see how committed they are to rectifying situations and improving customer satisfaction. Thank you Nick for the courtesy phone call!!
A.My boys had so much fun
M.Very nice little activity for some fun in between! We booked a 15 min session on bookme for 13,90 NZD and for that you can't say anything bad! The Crew is very nice and they've got a very cute dog! Only the hemlet were a bit smelly and the go karts maybe a bit old and if you are there for a longer time the lap could become a bit boring couse it isn't too big but for a short ride it was very much fun!! I would recommend it!
R.Pretty pricey and the carts are not the same... My cart had a throttle stop adjustment on both sides of the pedals and the left one was way tighter than the right. This meant if I pressed the throttle harder then it would bend the pedal around a little more and give more throttle. A mate of mine had one where the brake could be lifted up while on throttle and it would apply more power too...

D.Good trampolines, unfortunatelly not enough staff or toilets, good coffee, great setup and many other things to do. Prices are not on the cheap side (other trampoline arenas with better premises cost less).
Be warned you must wear safety socks so if you own a pair doing forget to take them or you'll have to but them there.
P.Good fun, pays to book online. There are dual karts for a parent plus a child to go in together. Two speeds of karts available (pro and fun). Kids have to be 7+ for fun karts or 12+ to drive the pro karts solo.
K.Prokarts is definitely a go to place to have fun. My family have enjoyed playing laser tag, racing the go karts as well as spending hours out in the fresh air jumping and bouncing at Pro bounce. Nick and his team have created such a great place for all the family to have fun.
S.On paper, 10 mins seem short for a session of go karting but on the track it did not feel that way ;-) We had great fun between 2 of my kids and I in the Pro Karts! It is a nice little track including a bridge, a S shaped bend, a short downhill and a short uphill. Will be back when we have the opportunity. 😎
D.The Pro Karts are great fun and definitely bring out your competitive side and is recommended. Friendly staff. Even when they are busy they will try there best to get everyones sessions on the karts in a reasonable time. Good facilities too

N.Used a grab one voucher which made this good value. Heaps of fun even when only driving the fun karts and when you have a small child in a side car.
Pro karts is graft for all ages. If younger than 7 kids can ride is a side car with you. Note however at this stage they only have two karts with the side car. Not all the karts are created equal which is slightly disappointing but this doesn't take away any of the fun. Just try not to have people who crash and need assistance as your speed gets limited when this happens which can get quite annoying.
One final comment for first timers. Don't use the brake, just go for it!
D.Outstanding service from Prokarts this week in light of the ChCh terrorist situation. Rang and asked if we still wanted Lasertag and very happily transferred it to another option. Top effort right there and the birthday had a great time on karts and tramps :)

J.I love, love, love Pro Karts! I'm a mum of three kids and a closet boy racer (1) so the chance to get behind the wheel of one the of pro karts ticks all the boxes for me! Our two younger kids had a great time in the double karts with hubby or me driving and our eldest child loved the freedom of his own cart! I've also been to Pro Karts for hubby's Christmas work do and loved it! If, like me, you like a bit of speed, fun and adrenaline, this is the place to go!
H.My Partner and Father went on this several weeks back and came out with massive smiles, Safe to say they enjoyed it!

The track is rather short but still tricky..

N.OMG - My 9 year old LOVES the fun Karts! One of our favorite activities in Nelson. Great for older kids and adults who have a need for speed :)
