Nice pool area and staff. Our toddler loves the fountains in the kids pool. Changing rooms and toilets are a bit run down in the pool area. Haven't been to the gym or courts so can't comment on those.

Friendly staff are there and keeping their eyes on a pool. But sad to seen not clean the bottom of a big pool while I was swimming.

Very friendly staff. Visited for my brother's birthday, the kids had a great swim. Very safe place with alert lifeguards. I don't like indoor pools in general but it was fine.

Pool is very shallow, and very narrow to only a few lanes and is often over crowded. The men's changing rooms also always smell of urine. This pool is also colder than most other indoor pools But the water is reasonably clean with the odd plaster here and there. Plenty of parking is available. Pricing is average. All in all it's a facility built for 20 years ago with a level of service to match. Times have changed and people expect more now days like not having to smell a strong stench urine every time they simply go to get dressed.

An excellent place for the family. And it's right next to the gymnasium which has a recreational area and a basketball court. The pools should be Abe to allow the baby ool area to be open for children that are smaee because the water is also warmer.

Now my local Gym. Hard to get 5 stars from me in first couple of weeks. Staff are pleasent and helpful. Have great equipment and indoor pool will be a great added bonus when up and running at end of month A true gem of a fitness centre

Nice Pool and Recreation areas. Good gym to, the staff are really friendly. Would recommend if you're wanting to play basketball. $2.50 isn't bad for the use of the courts.

Great. It was free for the kids. Not sure of they open the swimming lesson pool when there aren't lessons for the public to use. They had a bowl of lemons on the counter to help yourself too.

I mainly use their swimming pool and it is nice and clean. They have a heated swimming pod for kids which my little ones really enjoy. During summer the pool opens late on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Keep closing the kids and toddler pools, and always seems to be at peak times of year or day? Seems weird. Otherwise it's a great place, slowly getting more busy as more people moving into Franklin ☹️

Always being watched and looked after. These people do a very good job. The pools are always clean and are not bad. Even if there is a code "brown" they clean it and sanitize the pool before the next day.

I popped in for the first time to find out if the badminton club was on that day. Receptionist was so friendly. She helped me to find out the contact People of the club. She is friendly and helpful

For a small complex there is something for everyone. Toddler loves the splash pad. Often find the pool temperature is a bit on the cooler side.
