Went there last wk 2get covid tested w hubby re cold n flu symptoms. Arrived 9am we were directed by helpful security men, the medical staff were friendly patient reassuring n worked well amongst themselves. We only had to wait an hour so it pays to go as early as you can wn it's been busy wait times can get up to 3hrs. Kia kaha Rotorua. Continue to keep yrselves whanau n others safe. Thanks to all who are doing amazing mahi to keep us covid free too! Arohanui. Blessings ♥️
