W.Great vibe. Clean, tidy and modern. Every unit has it's own balcony. Beach, marina, restaurants, cafes, bar on your doorstep (no need to drive) Dedicated parking. Relaxing generous pool, spa and gym.
Great views from your apartment. Every apartment has its own balcony. Very relaxed and efficient proprietors. 2x supermarkets in area and lots of sights to visit by car. Township gets very crowded at holiday time.

G.I am a resident. I love living here We are very fortunate we have a lovely swimming pool, a hot tub and a gym. Excellent managers they will go out of their way to help anyone. They keep all of Marine Park Apartments lovely, clean and looks after the plants.
D.The room we stayed in was average, with a view of an empty section. The bed was like sleeping on a plank and we had to go out and purchase a topper pad to make it barely comfortable. Very disappointed. Only plus was the pool, and being close to town.
K.Apartment is really nice and in a good location (under 5 min walk to the main street and the wharf). Doesn't look the nicest from the outside (a bit 70s industrial) but the apartments are well furnished and fitted, great big balconies overlooking the harbour. Onsite gym and pool are decent but could do with some refurb. We really enjoyed our stay here.

R.These are good quality apartments. Very clean. Ours was one bedroom, single bathroom toilet, good kitchen with dishwasher, spacious lounge and 45 inch tv. Internet was only 3g and only 3 GB, then very expensive at $10 per GB. People at reception very helpful. Our apartment also had a balcony that was lovely to have breakfast.
Walking distance to supermarket and city centre. We had a good view of the estuary over a sports field. Parking for one car. There is an elevator to apartments from the car park. It was very quiet.

We recently travelled to the Coromandel for a weeks holiday over the Christmas/ New Years period. On leaving to drive back to Wellington our car broke down. Due to it being a public holiday we needed to find accomodation ASAP. We range Marina Park apartments and Maree went out of her way to find us her last remaining apartment. Within a few hours of calling her at 9am we were in the room, and out relaxing by the pool.
Maree and Kavin have really made Marina Park apartments the perfect facilities/ accomodation for everyones needs. The pool/ spa were fantastic, the rooms were spacious and sparkling clean with all the extra touches - coffee/ tea etc! The location is fantastic - everything is within a five minute walk (perfect for us as we had no car).
I couldnt recommend Marina Park and Kevin and Maree more - we will definately be back!

Really enjoyed the stay, shall highly recommend. The only negative thing I could possibly say is the internet dropping off and on otherwise you cannot fault the experience, the ambience and location (around 200 m from the city centre).
G.Nice, clean and spacious apartment. Swimming pool on-site which is a bonus but not heated 👍 Centrally located in Whitianga township. Convenient location within walking distance to all amenities. Our ground floor apartment room opens out facing directly to the marina, which is great. Only downside with our stay is the WiFi signal is very weak so ended up reverting to mobile data for internet.
G.Our apartment was overlooking a carpark (soon to be building site?), so only three and a half stars. The apartment had everything you needed, but was on the small side, especially the bedroom. The fixtures are on the basic side and you have to pay if you want extra tea, coffee, loo roll, washing up liquid and dish wash, which is fine if you are local and can take it home again, but expensive to buy onsite if you can't. Wi-Fi is only 3gig for whole stay, one night or seven, which is pretty stingy since you pay per night for the accommodation.
Thees a pool in the center of the complex. Nice windows in the lounge that slides right open onto the balcony.
Only the usual 9 TV channels.
Shame the whole place is painted grey...inside and out it makes it feel like a souless Soviet era housing block. The stair well and public areas need a good clean.
Not a five star setting or a five star apartment. Though well equipped it's equipment and furnishings are basic and it's definitely cramped bedroom let it down along with a view of a car park and porta-cabins.
A.Fantastic location with very spacious & comfortable 2 bdrm apartments not to mention a nice pool & spa.
M.The location is great however the people are not very friendly and I was shouted at, like a child, for feeding the birds. Another problem is the wifi, which you have to pay for, it just doesn't work so I ended up paying for a wifi connection through a local supplier. The price for the accommodation is also not that competitive.
