It's certainly one of the larger Countdowns on the North Shore, but unfortunately they don't compensate for that with the amount of parking available. Getting in and out can be tricky, especially during peak times and finding a park can be equally as challenging. The selection and prices are consistent with other Countdown supermarkets and they are both cheaper and have a larger selection than the New World across the road. They offer Click & Collect, with reserved parking spaces around the side. Staff are generally friendly and helpful and they have a pharmacy in the store, which is quite convenient

The distance from where you park to how far it is to walk to the front door dictates which supermarket I go to. It takes 20 seconds usually to get inside the supermarket. Always good fruit and veges.

This store is great for vegan supplies. Many items you cannot get in the big Albany Pak'n Save. Worth a visit if this is not your usual. Everything from nutritional yeast, good range of plant milks, Culley's tasty dressings which are all plant based and even Vegan Trumpets. They also have soft plastic recycling which Pak'n Save doesn't bother with. Great job on changing refrigerants to more climate friendly ones too.

Blade was such a great person to be served by. Such good customer service and was nice to chat with someone while getting groceries scanned. Blade definitely showed that the Woolworths brand is a great brand with excellent customer service and great skills. I wish him good cause he is definitely a caring person. A good person to have on your team. Good job to whoever hired him. Store was so excellent. All staff were nice. But there were a two grumpy lady’s. one with a pony tail. and one a short one. One with pony tail sounded arrogant and “knew everything” when she made multiple mistakes, and short one was just plain rude... to me and another customer who asked her for cigarettes, sighing like it was a difficult thing for her to do, but because there are multiple staff that are amazing this is definitely the store to come to for great customer service. Just pray not to have these two woman serve you.

Drive down to Pak n Save in Albany. This place is well stocked but so expensive!!! A $ more expensive on most items. Good place to shop if budget isn't a consideration.

Countdown.... first of all I like how you have the click and collect and how it arrives really fresh. But I could recommend lowering down the prices just like how Pak n Save has done, so you can get more customers and more great review. This is a suggestion, you don’t have to follow.

The fruit and vegetables section has had a refit and looks fresh and inviting. Their wine selection is heaps better than our local New World (across the road) and they've put in a purpose built collection point for online shopping.

Good place to go shopping. You can find good deals here, sometimes. The store is a nice size and carries more products than the store closest to me. The parking lot could use some improvements, maybe if there was a separate exit from the entrance. I think this would make the shopping experience there that much better.

Convenience and quality! We do all our convenience shopping at Countdown and we have never been disappointed with the service or the quality of the product. The staff is always friendly, helpful and patient when you require assistance. It a pleasant experience and love going to Countdown.
