J.Really good new countdown with a new design compared to other countdowns. They provide details and recommendations on different types of produce informing you, helping you to decide what type of produce to buy. It is a very modern supermarket with many self serve checkouts. Outside the store they had people with a wheel spinner and you can spin it to win something and I won a $5 countdown gift card. They only have the wheel spinner since they recently opened and probably wont have it for long.
D.Nice new Count Down with a wife variety of stock. Usually can locate everything in this store. It is a friendly and modern atmosphere, friendly staff
I would give 5 stars, but only one check out operator on when I was there was not enough or satisfactory for ac store this size.
But is newly opened and likely the service will improve over time
A.Nice new supermarket with a good range and everything we needed including plenty of vegan food. New trolleys but they could be a bit larger.
J.It improved since our last visit, there were heaps of staff helping in the aisles, it was well stocked and organised. Strangely most of the items were more expensive than New World.

D.Good new supermarket in Browns Bay/ Albany . Seems to have some personality which is lacking from the Browns Bay store . The staff at Greville are very friendly and helpful, I hope this continues . The store is modern and attractive . However , the aisles are very narrow, there is only one shared entrance/ exit and the store does lend itself to a slightly claustrophobic feeling when shopping . Also we missed the fact there was a competition outside , they kept that quiet !!

S.I was expecting a very modern, clean store and an easy shopping experience. Instead the layout is so weird that you can't find anything. Could not find butter until I found it in the fridge. The fridges are down an isle, so you cannot see what is in them, until you are standing in front of it.
Had to help another shopper to find tea, so do not believe I was the only one having a hard time in the store.
Was going to give it a 4 star as the shop is new and looks good, until I saw they started packing empty boxes on top of the shelves. Reminds me of another store whose colours are yellow and black when I saw the boxes.

S.Good little store, but no cell service past the front of the store, and no WiFi to fall back on.

D.I built this supermarket as a construction worker so this has my blood sweat and tears ingrained into it.
I also lost the love of my life as a result of working here as I was working here along with it's arduous hours and couldn't pay enough attention to her. All in all very mixed and heartfelt emotions while visiting this one.

M.We love the layout of the store and the stocking levels are excellent. Click and collect today in heavy rain. Parked under cover and collected our shopping without needing to be out in the elements. Friendly, helpful service. Can't fault.
