We can chill and spend our time choosing whatever. Nice and clean. Not too busy on weekdays. Self-service matching was very easy and had more options to use.

Bought a mixed pack of muffins yesterday. Two of them were blueberry. My son and I had one each. There was exactly one blueberry in each muffin. C'mon countdown bakery. That is so tight,and unacceptable. Shan't be buying them again

Big countdown, considering I shop at kelston countdown often Henderson is much bigger and more of a selection in my eyes. Never had a bad experience.

Pleasant and helpful staff. One could have been a little better informed about which aisle contained the product I was looking for. He did look for it and came back to tell me where the product was. Security evident and welcome, given recent events in Auckland. Range of products to suit cooks and those who want something quicker to serve. Fruit and vegetables fresh. . Appealing layout and display areas. Range of 'specials,'. I need help to use the Countdown app on my phone. I have a Countdown Card.

Busy Christmas season, store perfectly clean and tidy. Conversed with a lady in meat department asking for assistance, she was super helpful and efficient. Gentleman at self service was super nice in manner as well. Great work team! Your store is a credit to Countdown Henderson.

Plenty of off-steet covered parking nearby. Easy wheelchair and pedestrian access through several possible mall entrances. Walk past bathroom facilities on the way. Shop was clean and tidy. Recent product relocating activity caught me out for a moment - but clear well-placed product signage helped me find what I wanted. A good range of reasonably priced product well presented and mostly easy/logical to find. Just a few spaces where missing items could be. Pleasant, friendly team members.

I enjoy shopping at Countdown they have the usual grocery items deli and fish but they also have different things like pizza bases I mention this because I priced theirs up with a rival company and they were a good dollar cheaper which encouraged me to having a go at making my own pizza. They have a good range of items overall, the aisles are roomy and well lit and not cluttered with staff stacking shelves. I use the self checkout now to it is very easy quick and straightforward which tends to enhance the shopping experience. Their seafood section is worth a visit for some of the mixed trays of calamari shrimp mussels etc at around five dollars a good buy for an adventure into various sea foods.

My go to shop for extra groceries. Fantastic staff. Great stock. Just finished my shopping for Christmas with the 👪

Countdown is generally well stocked, prices are low on some things and highish on others. Best to go when the queues at the checkouts are short. There can be a bit of a wait otherwise.

Glad to have visited here to discover a really well organised, well stocked Countdown, with some items and variants that I don’t see much in other stores. More importantly, they have the nicest, most helpful staff that I’ve ever encountered in any Countdown supermarket or any Auckland grocery, and just for that I’m giving a five-star review ❤️ We were paying for our groceries in the self checkout counter and the weighing scale was not working, and the helpful lady assisted us without making us feel bad about it 👍🏼 kudos to that!!

Im doing this from a disabled person point of view - I'm independent, don't need help, access to what I want is thoughtful, plentiful, packing groceries is a service offered, a bonus for me in Westcity Mall Countdown, and not in a couple of others I've bought tgroceries at Happy to wait in queues at checkouts, as staff spot very quickly - customer service is great

Great range friendly helpful service with a smile. It's a shame greedy shoppers buy out everything just because it's level three for 3 days and the supermarkets aren't shutting up for three days.

You can purchase all you need. It can be busy, so, the checkout may be full.

Pretty good countdown, has a good range of products but for some reason find the store to be layed out different than the usual countdowns. Makes for slightly longer finding items time but no stress if your a chilled shopper in no Hurry

Quick and convenient, easy to stop in. Self scanning checkouts are great. And Cherie the Deli manager, is fabulous - the case always looks amazing - always stocked up, fast and efficient service that won't have you waiting around.

I'm neither sure if the entry being IN the actual mall is convenient or if even having large trolleys surrounded by mum dad an 2.5kids clutter thru a busy shopping mall should have even been considered, it limits the in-store hours without other entry/exit to exterior and would perhaps be better located within the general area but not INSIDE a mall

Nice looking store since revamp

Constantly good prices and recent changes to aisle configurations mean you don't have a long hike around the store for toothpaste when time is tight. Good thinking managers. All the staff are friendly.

Great parking, wheelchair accessible both parking and access (ramp and automatic doors). Local to area, lots of variety and reasonable priced as can be expected of any big Countdown store. Opens early and closes late 7ish to 7ish.. Recommended.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The updates to the shop are amazing. Getting around in a wheelchair or with a Walk aid is so much easyer now.

Beautiful, clean, tidy store with lovely staff. The prices are unfairly high for a very long time at all Countdown stores but thankfully government is stepping in to help tidy that up

The changes to the store since the close down makes finding things a bit harder, but the store looks better for the rearrangement, well worth giving it a look. Has fewer empty shelves than some of their other stores.
