Good store with a wide range of products that you don’t get in some other supermarkets. The fresh fruits and vegetables are very good quality. Meats are good quality and price reflects the same. Good staff and very helpful.

It’s organized place and have many facilities rather than countdown only, also some takeaways shops NZ post office, kiwi bank and others Plenty of parking on the front and ont he side of the building Also it’s near to KFC , wendays and Pizza Hut front of it there is a park. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Great store, friendly, helpful staff, great service all round. Today I shopped, cat food sign says any 4 for $5.00, discount was not applied at checkout, called to bring it too attention of customer service, no response, disappointed with this. Today with the cost of living skyrocketing you the supplier need to lift your game, especially after the CC reports into the profiteering and false specials.

Clean and well maintained shop. Great selection of inputted and regional beer and wine. Food is clean and fresh. They have good selection of vegan and vegetarian Frozen and refrigerated food. Always stuff for reduced price so you can make inexpensive dinner every day. Would like to see more sales of vegetables and stuff that's soon out of date.

It's a busy congested sort of spot. Otherwise a fairly typical small Countdown. Poorly stocked wine and beer fridges.

Great place, all the locals go to buy groceries. Dont usually go at night because the breads not fully stocked so that's a downside but the countdown snacks are nice. Be careful they placement of products are hard to find meaning you are prone to purchasing more products

Wonderful and helpful people, supporting local community, But when I've pointed out to a lady by customer service desk about wrong price on the sticker vs. price I payed on the receipt she just contacted talking to her colleague instead of removing wrong price tag. A lot of people are not paying attention on what are they paying vs. how much it's advertised.

First time I've visited this Countdown and got to say, it's my new favorite. Was really surprised at how vast the beer and wine selection is. My favorite Sauv is never in the chiller at Countdown, but it was here. Great range of all products, loads of parking. I'll be driving past 2 other Countdown to visit Lynfield from now on

I don't know guys maybe it was the time I went in there. Yes, night fill crew had already started doing product drop for filling. And I'm not shy if the products is not on the shelf I'll look through the boxes just to get what I came in for lol!! But there was nothing guys. It's a buzzy store full of life. Staff outnumbered customers but only the night owls were out. Maybe next time I'll go at a decent hour and come back and catch ya up. I'll see ya then...Ciao!!!

Great local Countdown! Awesome helpful staff who always go the extra mile. During Easter they were giving out free chocolates and during Xmas they were so busy I saw staff were missing their breaks so they could get to their customers (hopefully they got a good break after that). There is a great manager (Maori lady)who is always chirpy and helping out customers and is a group of ladies at the checkout who always make the day pleasant by helping out at the self checkouts and being super friendly. I don't know the names of the staff but big ups to Jennifer who has been there for many years who is super awesome!!!!

This store is bigger in size as compared to other Countdown stores in the vicinity. Good for quick visits. Self-checkout kiosks are available. Spacious parking area. This is an amazing place to shop at! Everything that is sold is at a great price. The floors are pristine clean. Massive selection of food and beverages. It is better to go to this store than the one in Blockhouse Bay because it has a bigger selection of food and beverages! The staff are also speedy and friendly!

Nice clean store with the usual products on the shelf. My only negative during our visit was that the woman on lotto had to juggle between that and tending to a checkout counter, meaning that those at either counter awaiting service had to wait while she finished serving at the other. I bet she was frustrated as much as the customers.

This countdown was the closest near where I was staying. The store is a decent size and there wasn't a big queue at the check out area. The selection of product is good with a big fresh section and well organized sections for the other products. Prices are good, discounts are offered. The cashier was friendly and knowledgeable.

Newly renovated, brand new bakery and pharmacy sections. Local store deals always attracts the customers although there aren't many competitions around. Customer service is not bad either but could be better.

Lynfield went through a huge remodel and it's great now. They've improved the flow of the store as well as the selection. The new wine section is awesome! It used to be my least favorite grocery store but they've made me a fan.

Typically laid out for a Countdown , just as typically the fresh meat is in small packs priced at the top end. Unless you want chicken go to a butcher. Deli is good as is the bakery. Hard to find decent lettuce but the rest of the fruit and veg is okay.

Shopping there is great Online shopping / collection service was pretty shocking. I had to tell 3 people I had ordered online and wait 20 minutes before someone finally found my order, before being told it wasn't all there, and it would be ready in 3 weeks.... :/

Products are usually good but I often find expired products on shelve. I strongly recommend buyers to check the date before you decide to buy. My current post has one photo which shows expired date.

I love shopping here but can i suggest something please to have someone monitor the line outside you have people lining up on the road which is very dangerous, is in not possible to have someone outside asking people to get off the road and make the lane as a snake or u turn that they use the other side of the footpath so people are lining up in a s shape or have 2 lanes. #safetyfirst
