My go to near by grocery store. Good store, looks good and maintained. Stock is available most the times, has majority of the grocery items you would need. A bit more expensive than Paknsave though however here you can get the best deal for milk and bread. 2 x Milk for $6 - $7 from what I remember and 3 bread for $4. Depending if you have a specific brand you prefer. The Security staff member is very helpful and is very passionate about his role. I would say he is probably the main staff out of all that knows more about customer service and interaction with the customers. He knows how to build Rapport with shoppers compared to some check out staff. Some are okay but a few of them need to learn more about customer service as they are not welcoming, don't greet the customers at all and just scan items then put through the payment. I have had one scenario where one Indian staff lady just didn't talk or interact at all throughout the whole process, no smile too. I think management really need to work on some customer service training and quality checks because coming from a customer service background myself, that is not acceptable.

Closest supermarket to the area. Its part of the countdown brand and they do delivery as well. There always bargain to be found but but pricey in some items compare to its sister supermarket chain. Great customer services and friendly staff.

Great store. Staff freindly and helpful when asked. Medium to low product prices, normally well stocked with a variety of good grocery products (COVID Impacted). Well located to Otahuhu Business hub so makes walking a definite pleasure.

Always friendly, good range with some great specials for a smaller store. Greens can often be suc standard though. 2 litres of silver top (or blue or green) milk for a stunning $3.29

Overall a good supermarket, friendly security and staff. However, some staff at counter should help with packing items into bags more rather then just expecting customers to do it,and then immediately serving next customer while you're still standing there packing your items. Also prices are a bit expensive on some items. Need more variety on their frozen fish selection.

Very happy with my delivery today from Fresh Choice Otahuhu. I usually shop in store but have to stay at home awaiting a covid test result. I made my order last night, and was booked for this afternoon. Got a call this morning to say they could deliver earlier if I wanted, which I was thrilled about. Nothing needed to be substituted, was packed environmentally friendly in a recycled cardboard box, and contactless delivery right to my doorstep. A real lifesaver!

Great service from staff especially the uso saying 'no mask can't come in' at the door, better than average stocked shelf's during this trying time and staff can't get any better!💯👏

Okay if you just need a few items quickly but we tend to find their fresh produce doesnt last very long and have multiple times brought stuff home that's gone bad the very next day.

We visited there today for the grocery shopping, we by mistakenly broke one of the bottel of jalapenos, the gujarati guy helped us so well, i was so panic about it but the guys and the other lady helped us and they also didn't charged us for that bottle, even we asked them to charge us as it was our mistake but they didn't and they served us so well as i was panicked they handled it. Thanks to the guy and other staff who works there

This is our Regular Go To Supermarket. It's just down the Road,from us. They have Awesome Specials,at times. Kind and Friendly Workers there. Its Always our First Choice to go to,to get our Top Up Shopping. Bread,Milk,and other Essentials. Very Handy,for Me and my Family. Love it💯

Really bad drive way with both entrance and exit watchout and go real slow otherwise you will likely scrape the bottom. Supermarket is spacious and have planty of products available its almost like a smaller version of countdown and pak n sav, rhey also have a good range of products in very low end price range like snacks.

Apart from lacking a few vitamins, like we all do this place has everything and cheaper than countdown. I especially like the deli and the assortment of Indian food ingredients. The staff are lovely people too with good etiquette.

Where I go for my grocery shopping when I'm in need for something quick. However something's I have noticed PacknSave is much cheaper in some items and has more variety however this shop is very convenient and dont think Otahuhu would be the same with out it

24/07/17 This supermarket is the best place to go to when you need to buy groceries especially for those families and individuals who lives around Otahuhu. Fresh Choice is great and could be better if the parking lot was redo the parking lot as it has a lot of holes and cracks in the ground.

It's okay if they stock more cat food that way I don't have to go to countdown plus you don't sell 3L lite blue milk.

Some of their meat packs are really quite cheap on special days with everything else and its good to shop at fresh choice since its 2 mins walk from my place to fresh choice and the staff are really friendly there and I know there will be a competition between fresh choice and the new pak n save getting built in Atkinson ave Otahuhu which will be completed maybe in 2019 to 2020 so I'm not very sure when it will be ready but shopping at both supermarkets will be confusing but its good to have both supermarkets in Otahuhu where items and food products are cheap to buy so I rate fresh choice 5 stars but the new pak n save 7 stars because it will be better and the deals on all groceries will be a lot cheaper and fresh so fresh choice would be my second best and my first choice would be the new pak n save in Otahuhu

There is a lot of products that you can't get there as they cater mostly for Asian and Island people, not Europeans. The staff are very nice though.
