Ive had a bad experience in the past when the business owner was away, but he actually came back and turned things around. Not many business owners reach out for their customers to try and make them happy 🙂 not a shisha cafe owners in NZ anyway. I like the new change will definitely give them a visit to see the change in person!

Surprising night in Habibi Cafe, I live 45 minutes away from the city, it’s the only cafe/shisha open 24/7, came to buy some tobacco, the owner generously asked if I would like to join him smoking, with out hesitation I said YES, staff are very nice and welcoming, recommend 110% Will be coming more often. Loving it.

24/7 shisha so easy access if you'd like to find a place to smoke early morning or late at night where other places aren't open. Just strange pricing,not always the same the times we visited. Charcoal is cheap price if you want to buy some which is great 👍

READ THIS! So lastnight I had a pretty good night and then we decided to have some shisha and chill to end it. We decided to come here despite not knowing if it would be open of not. However they were open, its been the second time iv gone but the first time I was kind of in and out (I left early) but lastnight my partner Alex and I went up and ordered two shishas and ultimately ordered the strawberry tea (I think) we were served by the owner and he was the loveliest man! He spoke to us calmly and was interested in what we had to say, he answered all our questions as we were interested and told us the meaning of Habibi and habibti 😊 I complimented the layout of his store and how it's always clean and packed. The hookahs on display are so beautiful! He's a great man to talk to and obviously shows alot of pride and hard work into his business and I'm honestly shocked the rating is this low. I smoke shisha alot and I just have to say, that that is the best tasting smoothest shisha I have every had in my life! We finished both of them, but tbh I could've had two to myself, I didn't feel yuck after I felt amazing!! AFKNMAZING Please appreciate and acknowledge the effort put into this place, this was my first PROPER time actually staying and doing it. I'll be back every week for sure! Omg! The owner's name is Aram (I think sorry its been a sleepy day haha) but anyways acknowledge him! It's a great very inviting store Oh and the tea BLEW me away usually I just get normal tea, but I picked a raspberry one I think, and wow never tasted something like that before and I'm living for it! I often come here for a nice hangout with friends or partner. Wilson carpark is around the corner, if your lucky you can park on fort st dependant on the arrival and parking time. Atmosphere is relaxing and great to suggest with bunch of friends to socialise. Me & 7 friends shared 2 shisha amongst each other. Next time better to do 3 shisha you get more if your sharing between two people. It cost $42 lasted awhile without noticing the time flying by. They offer T2 tea's with hot water in a cup for $5. Would be nicer if they served it in tea pots to let the patrons pour tea. But let that not be a damper!

Very good Shisha, best in town that I've found yet. You should always be having fluids (Coke, water or soda) because you can feel nauseous without it. None the less, great Shisha!

I often go to Habibi, amazing place to chill and relax and they have so many flavors of Shisha, they have extraordinary customer service and their is one staff named Rahul. He is very friendly and he make sure that the customers are comfortable take proper care of them. He suggested me to try their pizza and I loved it. Thanks for always been open and I recommend all the people who are reading this to visit their once.

Not a bad or excellent experience. Shisha was good. Customer service was mixed, the guy with the flower shirt is a one man machine doing everything on his own, while one guy sat behind the counter smoking a shisha. Should really hire more staff.

They offer a wide range of food and drink options from snacks to their delicious Proper Pizza order option which is brought right to your table. Opened 24/7 on weekends which is an added bonus.

I have been to many shisha places and this was my 4th time at this place. My first two times were not that great but fortunately I had good company. The service was awful but they were busy so I decided to be patient and understanding. My third time was slightly better. But today, I must be honest, it was terrible. Not the service but the shisha! We had to get it replaced twice because water kept on coming up the mouth tube. Not small amounts but a lot. The man who set it up was not nice. The other guy (tall) in stripes was more understanding and accommodating. He apologised and changed it 2x but forgot about us a couple of times-- it was not intensely busy. Luckily for them, my night got better when the shisha was fixed (he removed the ice we didn't ask for) and I got distracted by a lovely husky dog 🤣 I am open to visiting again and hopefully change my review.

Service & shisha are great. However, the prices for anything outside of shisha are basically daylight robbery. If you want to buy food, drink or necessities you're better off going to any of the dairies nearby.

I needed help today with calling an Uber and not having wifi; the server and owner himself helped me. I may not have been a customer but the fact that they saw a young girl struggling at 3am and took the time to help me...speaks to the character of this place. Very sweet owner went above and beyond and I so very much appreciated it. I was able to connect to his hotspot to call and Uber so that I could go to the airport to go to Sydney and then eventually back home to Toronto. To the server- thanks for trying to help me! I’ve been here a few times since moving to NZ. And so far this is the closest shisha experience I’ve had to toronto. The staff is super friendly and the shisha is yummy...gotta recommend the Kiwi mint. Also I love that it’s open 24/7 so if your looking for a spot to chill late at night this is the spot. The only downside is the music playing. Would totally prefer Arabic music or dance music with an Arabic flavour. There’s something weird about smoking shisha and hearing a dance version of a Charlie Puth song. Otherwise i love the place.
