E.Big selection of asian goods. Very polite staff who are very willing to show you how to use the products on sale. Also most of products are well priced .
J.Always enjoy shopping here. Great range of fascinating household items, interesting food lines clearly labelled for the non-Japanese speaking customers. I agree with other reviewers; staff are friendly, polite and helpful.
Love the "Pocky" range. Perfect store to stock the Christmas gift hampers.
S.Astonishing array of Japanese products and well laid out, but for English speakers it's hard to find what you're looking for as the labelling is quite small. Helpful staff tho
Y.I loved it there, I saw all kinds of wonderful different snacks and foods. The staff was also very nice there. There were also some anime themed snacks aswell I recommend to go there!
S.Though it's a bit pricey, it's been nostalgic seeing snacks I'd see from my childhood in Japan. It's very much worth it especially now when covid's basically made it impossible to visit Japan. Sometimes I buy treats to drop off at my boyfriends house so he can try some stuff I grew up on. Staff are very sweet and it seems like all of them speak Japanese :)

N.If feeling depressed come here. This is the place to be. It instantly puts smiles on people's faces. Try the dango mochi. I was so so glad you guys stock it.

E.Was very happy when they opened this one as usually had to travel to the Japan Mart in Newmarket. Not a bad Japan Mart but they don't quite have the variety of goods that the Newmarket shop has, but that most likely is due to space shortish Still handy though for your yummy Japanese foods!

E.Glad a newly opened Japan Mart has arrived in Milford. Great selection of Japanese products in a great location. Several stores elsewhere, but this is definitely my favourite one. Quite a large floorplan with a good variety of products and reasonable open hours.
A.At Japan Mart Milford I can find several original Japanese products from houseware to things for personal hygiene and beauty to, of course, food!!! All Japanese snacks and icecreams and teas, a lot! Staff is friendly too and they are open everyday.
