Very helpful and friendly staff, especially the lady at the self-service checkout. Awesome bakery selection at the beginning of the day but not towards closing (understandable). Pricing is fair, location and parking is perfect for easy access. Some shelves are out of stock and there is a limited range of products/brands, but otherwise convenience and accessibility is great. Will be going back again soon for baked breads :)

I go to the supermarket so often that the idea of reviewing it seems a bit redundant, but I had such excellent service from Himesh today that I’m making a point of putting it in writing. Thank you to Himesh for making my day easy and doing it with a smile (I assume through the mask).

Generally do most of my shopping here. Staff friendly. Bakery and deli could be better stocked.

Below average shopping experience. Everything inside looks drab and sad. Definitely pricier then other supermarkets just around the corner. No parking onsite. It’s situated at the end of Botany Town centre so you have a mall you can visit before/after your grocery shopping.

It's ok if you have nowhere else to go. The store needs a revamp and every time I've been there stock levels have been limited. One thing I do like is that they have a lovely bakery and the inhouse bread rolls and baked goods are delicious. Can't say the rest of the store is anything to entice me back. There are better places out there.

I don't always go to this New World but I decided to make the stop there. It wasn't busy which was great, but the selves were quite empty (covid related I guess). The fruit and veg were nice and fresh as well. Will pop by here again when making my way home if I need any groceries.

Clean and tidy store but normal retail prices are dearer then other supermarket's however, you can pay very less when items are on special and take great advantage. I shop here only when there's a bargain.

I like to stick with the one I know and can find the products. Like most Supermarkets now not enough staff on at crucial times ie at 5.00 rush when people going home from work.

Great shop but a bit low with some products, managed to get most things on the shopping list.

This place needs a spruce up, it's getting a dowdy and looks a bit uncared for. Still generally well stocked and with virtually everything one needs in a supermarket and has got good friendly and helpful staff.

I havent been here for a while however on my last visit I was more than satisfied with service stock range pricing quality cleanliness of the premises. There is plenty of parking around the area. There is good spacing in the aisles and departments are easy to find . Staff are very helpful if you can't find what you want.

We use to live close by to this new world but then we moved. Very convenient and always fresh in quality. My favorite section is the bakery side. We still drive all the way out to use this new world.

Lots of parking and a good range of product. We went on Xmas eve so it was heaving with customers but the staff we still very friendly and quickly got through the lines. I am waiting for the New World in Ormiston to open as it will be way closer

Not bad but most fruit & veg are wrapped in plastic. It's also more expensive than others around the neighbourhood.

Busy supermarket right on the edge of the Mall. Its ok, fruit &vege prices a bit high. Suggest more baskets though, 2nd time lately I've been there lately and none by the door.

Conveniently close to other shops and also great parking at Botany Town Centre. This store is always busy, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Tirelessly offering great customer service to all shoppers. Keep up the great work ladies and gents.

Nice, clean and organized supermarket in Botany town center. Full of a variety of products including groceries, vegetables, meat and cleaning stuff.

Good store. Store lay-out is not bad. They only have 4 self-service checkouts which I don't believe. Looking ahead, I think they should have had at least 8 self-service checkouts because they will definitely need them in the years to come. There will be population growth hence more foot traffic going to the branch.

Just fine. Easy to find the items I wanted. Check- out operator held them when I had to go & get my wallet. Good service.

Good place to shop. Variety is good with fresh fruit and veggies. Comprehensive selection in grocery depot. Staff are helpful and friendly. The cost coffee shop is very good for a coffee and pastry.

Pretty quiet under Level 3. Good to see everyone is wearing masks and distancing. Not all using the Tracing App..maybe the positioning of it is not visible enough. Shelves are well stocked too.

Well set out store great range of food of all descriptions. Friendly helpful staff. I went on the right day, they had good specials and I walked our with a free shopping bag and two lunch containers. Merry Xmas New World

It's a supermarket, what more can I say. Staff still pack your grocery bags. Fruit and veggies pretty fresh and nice range. Meat expensive unless on special. Pretty good selection in groceries. Decent selection of wines.

A grocery with variety of items which includes some exclusive ones (up market) which usually not found in other grocery chains. Still offers plastic bag but will stop from January 1st of 2019. Check out the ice cream, chocolates, cereal sections. There are some exclusives to be found here. There are plenty of free parking.

Brilliant, very well organized for level 4 in Covid 19.

Pretty standard New World. Spacious layout, clean and tidy. One thing that put me off was I waited at the deli counter for ages (another lady had been waiting as well) and the girl behind the counter just sort of hid in the back for ages. I ended up leaving, as did the other lady.

Great as usual, parent parking at the front and they have trolleys you can put your capsule on. Also have the option to buy paper bags for your groceries.

I like NW generally but this one has a great wine selection, 'specially reds. My go to in this part of Auckland. Great supermarket.

Handy supermarket in the shopping centre with okay prices. Definately need more self checkouts during peak times, so I try to shop during quieter hours.

Family favorite especially with my Mum it's caters for all her shopping with awesome staff that are always happy to help with a smile the Delicatessen is Especially excellent providing fresh Salads and Meats my Favorite the Hot Roast Ham on the bone, you can't go pass that yummy with a capital Y love the place also Weekly Special's highly recommend.

Tim at New World Botany went above and beyond to help me with my wedding. They provided the alcohol, drinks and fruits. Tim and his team made that part of our wedding planning absolutely stress free. Couldn't recommend this place more.

Good as any ither new world. Wish it would stock more vegetarian products in the Frys and Quorn range. So far the eastridge new world has the best selection.

Was just here yesterday, lovely service from the bloke outside standing by the bananas/avos/tomatoes. It's always clean and tidy when I visit this store and I pick up alot of great bargains.

The staff are kind, everything is accessible and there are always lots of cheap sales!
