Reviews of New World Metro Queen Street
R.
The staff are friendly and fantastic to deal with. Unfortunately the shop is very small like an Australian deli. They have limited stock. I believe they focus on needs of office workers who work in that area. But they on the who are there customers. So it's great planning. But don't expect to go there for the weekly shop it won't happen
M.
New World on queens
My first time shopping here the first things I looked at was the staff they were so helpful lovely customer service whenever I approach
For help even to how to open up a simple plastic bag that’s the funny part and it still happens every time I go there I love that ❤️
Small place but hey I got everything I wanted
love the place clean and smells good like my perfume ❤️Thank you 🙏 New world
And your staff are all wonderful
Have a blessed safe year out to all Gid blessings
🙏❤️❤️🤗🤗😘😘👌👌👌👌

Automated check outs remind you to take your items and your receipt but do not remind you to take your change.
At the same moment staff either try to rush you out by breaking social distancing and getting into your personal space so you have to move away from them and the checkout or direct customers to your checkout so that they do the same. This is both stressful and makes it easy to forget your change.
V.
I would say despite the space crunch, the staff does a fabulous job in keeping everything organized and available. Can be a good option for a quick pick and go on your way home via Queen Street. The only down side is it's very hard on visibility and can be missed by anyone who doesn't know this place exists.
T.
Good place for shopping, especially for ready to eat food!
A.
I love these $3.50 sandwiches. They are so cheap and delicious. I always buy a couple for brunch everytime I pass by.
Very yummy and highly recommended!
a.
Good place for shopping but i didn't like the location of the store as it's below ground floor and I felt bit uncomfortable as they don't have proper ventilation/access to fresh air. Otherwise it's a good shopping place where you can find almost all kinds of groceries.
S.
I loved it. One of the best Metro's I've ever been to. Metro's in Sydney are a dive, where shelves are not to never fully stocked. I went in for only a sandwich and I ended up walking the aisles and admiring the fully well stocked shelves and merchandise. Forty five minutes later. Store is well cleaned and very organised. Friendly staff and also helpful. I'll be back, let's hope no longer than forty five minutes 😊 Thank you Metro for making my day 👍👍👍
C.
I found staff a very friendly as it's a small store 125 queen st Auckland
M.
Small, and therefore lacking somewhat in variety, but very very useful if one lives in the centre city
J.
It's just not Victoria Park New World. But I do declare that the steak is awesome.
T.
A bit small but in a very convenient place and has got all the things I need
J.
Really good selection for a metro. Wasn't too overpriced either!
D.
Well stocked great staff and not packed would advise anyone to go there mid morning
M.
I love shopping in New World Queens Street as they have quite friendly and helpful staff.
L.
All the best staff have gone. It's a boring experience in the basement
T.
It's smaller version of usual NW store, but it basically have everything you need. I was surprised to find baking products & utensils as I thought I will need to go to bigger store. But, this is the best for getting quick stock up, payment counters were pretty fast
G.
Nice meeting Food , Queen St
Easy arrive Auckland City Centre
R.
Out of all the supermarkets in the CBD New World Metro is always my first choice purely because of the staff. The staff here are amazingly helpful, playful and just a bunch of awesome ladies and gents. The checkout team is second to none always adorning a great big smile with a bit of banter making every visit an enjoyable experience.
W.
I have been here many times as I live right next to it and the Staff are friendly and kind but I didn’t appreciate being followed around the store the other day by one of their male team members in a vest. I walked through many aisles to make sure I wasn’t being paranoid and I was definitely being followed throughout the store because as soon as I got annoyed and made eye direct eye contact for 3+ seconds he looked away. I wasn’t doing anything suspicious and was just there to shop like everybody else. I will not be coming back here because of it because I admittedly felt singled out for no reason and it wasn’t a really nice feeling. At all.
D.
Just like any supermarket really with the convenience of being in the CBD
B.
Only use this place as it's close to work generally find it busy and kinda feel its expensive and a poor choice
B.
This is my local supermarket which is good for day to day shop but doesn't always provide everything... However the staff are amazing as for security they need to chill a little bit with the stoking...
G.
Awesome helpful friendly staff and lots of variety
A.
Always helpful & at times have gone out of the way to grab something from the back - in case it was not on the shelf :) Grateful
J.
Cool New World. Coming from out of Auckland it's really interesting to be in an underground Supermarket! But it was fun and easy to navigate for a quick Chocolate treat and I think that's just sweet.
J.
Prices are a bit higher than the Countdown up the road, isles are quite tight, and the selection isn't great.
l.
Lovely friendly.helpful staff at checkout. Prices are noticeably higher than other new worlds
N.
big, great variety of products, can basically find all you need
D.
People working there are so helpful! Excellent wine selection. In interesting and pleasant historic area. Photo is actually from close by.
One star lost because it took standing in line for close to 10 minutes and then many of the self checkouts were mal-functioning. Please hire more people to check customers out in a quick and civil manner.
R.
Never knew this was actually a supermarket! It has all the basic necessities you require at home including cooked food.. which is convenient for people like me who wanna eat but lazy to cook! Heh!
But before you pick anything of the shelves, check the prices! They have something for membership discount and for non membership. And guess what? They will print the membership discount price big and in bold so you might think that is the price you're paying for. So just check before you put it in your basket!
Staff was busy with stocking products up. Probably a simple 'Hi', 'Hello' or 'Need any help?' would make the experience different.
Overall, it was a place, not too big or too small but you'll definitely get your stuff.. or two...
T.
Clean light it's an NZ grocery chain part of a cartel over charging kiwis
J.
It's a New World... And it's in a CBD location. It's convenient, but you do pay for that convenience in terms of lack of selection with some items as it's quite a small space, so shelf space is understandably limited. Also, prices seem to be a little higher than a "standard" New World. Having said that, they do stock a pretty good range of items, you just aren't going to find 5+ brands of everything like in a bigger supermarket.
Has a good range of "quick bites" for the lunchtime crowd.
They also offer online shopping with click and collect.
Avoid around 5pm. Place gets crazy busy with central city workers popping in to get something after work with a long queue for checkouts!
A.
Much fresh fruits & friendly staff
B.
Small but comprehensive. Helpful staff. Fast hot meals and open to 10pm.
M.
Very central, pretty good selection of products in such a small space.
Stair escalators (up & down).
I didn't see a lift, for wheel chairs or prams yet you'd assume they would have one.
C.
Limited range of products although sometime the promotions are good. The queues for the checkout can be quite long (but fast-moving) and busy during lunchtime as it is popular with office workers and visitors in the area, especially if a cruise ship has just docked!
C.
This supermarket is clean and have a good products. The vendors are friendly and nice.
G.
Closest supermarket, offers flybuys points and has self service checkout in addition to very efficient staff at the tills. Prices are higher compared to Countdown for some items, especially for fruits, but quality is also good. Prepared foods section is good. The quarter chickens are a time saver for busy folk. Overall, recommended.
D.
Living nearby I come here almost everyday. For a smaller supermarket this is very well stocked. Clever layout maximises their selection and the quality is good. Prices seem slightly higher than supermarkets in the suburbs but I guess that comes with being located smack bang on the middle of Auckland city centre.
T.
Security is not a bot he can talk
W.
This place is small but has got major necessity items. This outlet at the city heart is more like a convenient store. You can get variety of ready and healthy meals like Tegel halal chicken roast with veggies, tandoori chicken, Sushi, combo meals like rice with veg and butter chicken, pasta etc. If you have a sweet tooth, indulge into bakery and savoury items too
S.
A convenient supermarket in the CBD area of Auckland. We were only in town for 1 day but stocked up on essential items here for our travels, including umbrellas. This supermarket is well set out and seems to have most items that you need. The prices are reasonable and the staff were friendly and efficient.
Y.
The brands they offer somehow a little bit from the other one, countdown metro. When you cannot find items in countdown, give it a try over here. Overall staffs are nice and friendly. The location is also convenient. I think their bakery is recommended due to the good quality given the competitive price. and I found very very very huge Ferraro rocher. Happy.
N.
Does the trick but because it's so small, it doesn't have a lot of variety.
J.
My first impression very clean and we'll set out. Nice helpful staff as well....
In a handy location in the CBD
d.
We did a bit of food shopping for our hotel room. A nice place, larger selection than I expected! Good stuff and easy check out.
Bring your reusable bags.
N.
Better location & merchandising than a Countdown Metro, but disappointing that they’re constantly out of stock of free range chicken. Vegetables always seem to be much smaller & lower quality than other New Worlds. Large selection of craft beer & wine for the size of the site. Wish there were more self service machines.
R.
Nice location to pock up groceries. Fruits to Pastries. Meat to Veggies. Toiletries to Cosmetics. Convenience to Beverages. Good variety of products compared to downtown Countdown. Recommend to others as well.
S.
It's great to have a centrally located supermarket on Queen St when they only thing you had for a very long time was convenience stores. That being said, it's a tiny selection and at higher than normal prices. I'd recommend also checking out one of the two Countdowns which aren't too far away.
N.
Store is good, and the queues move pretty rapidly. Excellent deli food, and a good selection of hot and cold food for your lunch. It's a small supermarket, but has everything you need.
R.
The store is not big but organized. You can find products for a fast lunch preparation.
M.
A good place to shop after 6:00 pm because the other supermarket in the vicinity are closed. This establishment is closed only at 10:00 p.m., making it very easy to shop overnight. Prices are not very competitive, perhaps a bit more expensive than the others, but they have a great variety and they stay open until 10:00 pm.
J.
Very limited ranges in stock, and not many check-out counters in operation at 7pm - the que kept growing.
c.
Small inner city supermarkette... When you walk you go past small cafe style counter, head down the escalator. The store itself is small and space is obviously at a premium.
This is most obvious when you go to check out as the que snakes its way throughout the store. There are many checkouts though and the line moves well enough. Overall not a bad experience.
S.
Nice boutique style CBD supermarket with all the basics and several niche options as well for inner city workers and residents. Easy to pop in and out of when walking Queen St, always a pleasant experience.
M.
Good supermarket hiding down escalators. Great range of the groceries you need for inner city living. You can take the train to Britomart and a quick walk up to new world and train back.
G.
Good food selection.
Somewhat pricey. Cashiers will go through the manual process of verifying a credit card signature, despite the amount of the purchase (e.g. $2). Inefficient processes is probably why they are expensive.
B.
They finally finished the renovation and it's great. Awesome selection for a small supermarket. Has the basics as well as more premium offerings. Great selection of things to eat and drink that are grab and go too :)
S.
Good small supermarket. Efficient staff always ready to help . Maybe limited range of items but essentials always in stock. Lots of ready to go and eat food. Quite popular among office workers and students
K.
This is definitely not the cheapest supermarket you will ever encounter but with it's super central location, that's hard to avoid. It's a rather compact supermarket but has most things. Avoid at 5pm if you can. If you're in need of something a little bigger and more diverse in the city, try the Countdown Metro on Victoria street.
K.
Smaller selection and higher prices compared to countdown just up the road. Good variety of instant meals including sushi and teriyaki chicken. Efficient self checkouts and helpful staff.
J.
It's thee first Supermarket as You come from Britomart, Thanks!:)))
S.
Will be great when it is bigger (I am hoping that is what the current construction is all about). Has all the essentials as it currently stands. Excellent ginger crunch and other morning tea snacks along with filled roll making / deli service etc. Gets thru the customers fast and efficiency - not like Countdown up the road.... pleasure to shop there.
D.
What I like about this city supermarket is that it's Central to where everything is in the city. The store layout is minimal but it's always clean and the food offering is diverse enough to appeal to the city workers for lunch or even a top up for grocery shopping.
F.
Convenient location and ideal for a quick buy. Limited options though if you are looking for complete selection of meat and seafood products. A bit small, but location more than makes up for it
G.
A.
Small but nicely organised. Have all of your daily needs and requirements. Pricing is on the dearer side of the scale except the items on special. If you spend at least $100 in one go, they'll deliver for free.
R.
Found this store tucked away downstairs by the ASB on Queen Street. Very well stocked and friendly staff
X.
Love the bakery section its what draws me to the shop and lovely staff
e.
Above average variety, reasonable price.
However I couldn't locate the food i wanted to purchase
(6 bundles of walnut+coffee muffins)
B.
This New World store is tiny compared to others in central Auckland, but it's right on Queen Street so you forgive it. The food selection is limited but the beer selection is surprisingly impressive and well priced. The bread and pastries items are great, much better than the nearby Countdown.
Make sure to sign up for the New World loyalty card to accumulate points and earn rewards with your Fly Buys or Airpoints membership.
O.
Nice grocery shopping experience right in the center of CBD. Not very cheap however, but is definitely very convenient for travelers and backpackers (you can still stick to your budget and have nice meals, just look out for special offers!).
N.
It is small but it is great place to do shopping.
Less crowded and mostly you can get everything from here.
I loved the staff there very efficient and helping.
R.
In a word atmospheric. When you finally spot it, around a corner, hidden behind some pillars, you step onto an escalator that descends into the depths of queen st. Fluorescent lights are king and while the selection is great the prices are just as impressive. Worth a go but definitely not my local.
p.
Great place to stock up on breakfast supplies for keeping in the office. Good lunch options too. Friendly staff and you don't have to queue long even during peak times.
S.
Small supermarket but fantastic location. Great for grabbing a bite at lunch or after work.
M.
Good place for a quick shop .. navigating around the shop can be a mission if you haven't been there before. Also noted prices were a bit higher than the regular New World store.
N.
Fast service, good location if you are around lower Queen Street . Great for a quick shop if you need to grab essentials throughout the day, clubcard definitely recommend so you're not always scrambling for cards as the lines do move that quickly!
T.
Perfect location is you are staying at Grand Chancellor or any hotel on that side. Perfect food range, good quality, but this is what you get at New Worlds. We don't have one in Gisborne, so when we stay in Auckland, we always shop here.
R.
My favourite grab and go supermarket in Auckland. With an emphasis on office and city dweller needs the stocks are predominantly for fast lunches and dinners yet there's enough of everything to fill your shopping list. Well located to service tourist needs and I always look forward to a fresh BBQ chook upon arrival.
C.
Small store but packs a decent range of most things youll need for a grocey shop. Surprisingly great craft beer and wine selection.
j.
Our "go to" place to buy lunch while we were on vacation, quick curteous staff, tremendous fresh sandwiches and fruit. Lunch bought there then a sit in the sun in Albert park, perfect.
S.
This is my local supermarket -it's a smaller New World, but has most items you need to stock up your inner city pad. A little on the pricey side and gotta be aware of some deli items..I bought a pork riblet roll and got mostly roll with a thin slice of pork placed strategically at the opening so you think there is enough pork in there . I also ordered a Tuna Pide from the New World cafe upstairs and got a Tuna and Cheese Pide which was 99% cheese and 1% tasteless tuna... If I didn't see that solitary flake of tuna I would have thought it was only cheese. :/
A.
Great supermarket, small - medium-sized, gets busy at rush hour (around 4-5pm) but staff are always super fast at serving the queues. Has deli counter and bakery section.
A.
👍
M.
The best supermarket in NZ, great range, very handy location, friendly staff. The deli has a great selection and there are music videos playing all day long on the big screens.
T.
Like most supermarkets they are open for business. It's located at the lower end of Queen St opposite the ASB. Bank. Down from the Electronics...Auckland City.
A.
It’s a smaller supermarket than the downtown Countdown nearby. Generally it’s more expensive than Countdown but they do have some special promotions from time to time.
J.
This is the closest grocery store near our hotel/apt on Bankside. This place will have everything you need in terms of food for a couple of days of visiting Auckland. We have breakfast and dinner at our place to keep dining cost down. It's a good thing we did as the prices at the restaurants downtown are quite high. We found the prices on certain items to be quite expensive at this grocery store, especially pharmacy items like aspirin and cold medicine, so bring those along with you if you're traveling here.
The aisles can be narrow if there are a lot of people, but New Zealanders are very polite.
This grocery store also offers prepared foods for lunch and dinner. They also offer wine. If you're visiting, try the New Zealand wines.
For check out, they have do-it-yourself check out machines as well as check out counters with people. People tend to line up in one line, so if you're in line and there are people ahead of you, you can use the machines if no one ahead of you is planning to use them.
S.
A well stocked little supermarket that, due to its central location, is always groaning with customers. The staff manage to stay friendly despite the crush of people and the awkward location in a basement.
d.
Great little supermarket
J.
Good range, but queues for the checkout counters are ridiculous. Goes quickly enough but it cuts across the main aisles of the store making shopping annoying in busy times.
S.
This place is like falling down the rabbit hole to wonderland for foodies. So well stocked w anything needed on the go. Love the custard buns and beer selection
S.
Good but a little$$$
D.
Good balery and fruit selection, definitely lacking in the deli department for healthy salads and could have more artisanal brands. Decent prices for a metro supermarket, prefer it to Countdown Metro.
K.
This supermarket, being a metro outlet is quite small, but gets very busy around lunchtimes! The queue can look quite intimidating, but they move it through with impressive precision.
D.
Gena D was amazing! For sure my favourite checkout person who's ever served me. And people say people are rude in the Big City.......
J.
New Zealand NEEDS Aldi. You guys are being ripped off. I can't believe what you pay for stuff here. Aldi buys from local farmers/producers and doesn't rip them off. Australia was being gouged by a few supermarkets until Aldi came and shook things up. Just be careful for wealthy supermarket owners trying to bribe MPs preventing introduction of competition. Be vigilant, NZ!
T.
For a New World Metro I can, as a student do all my weekly shopping there and it's better as a student because they have student discounts. Just show them your student ID and another proof of identification.
A.
Great staff! Really good fruit and veggies selection given it's a metro supermarket. Great club deals as well!
M.
This reminds me of supermarkets in London! Such a cool supermarket, definitely recommend a visit! They sell lots of ready-made meals as well
C.
I love them. So close to home. It's unfortunate that some products are a little pricier than at the other markets.
J.
Really great range of grocery stores. Staff are friendly and helpful. Got my bus card here and the staff were very informative.
P.
Love there bakery
G.
Really limited selection, kind of expected since it is on the main street and is a pretty small supermarket. Otherwise fine if you live or are staying close.
D.
Busy place good selection of grocery great service gone within 15 minutes maximum small grocery store just to buy what u need at home.
J.
Compact but has most of what you need. Good range of pre-packaged meals and food as well for travellers and great beef and wine selection
A.
For a Metro New World they have alot of variety and great choices in bakery and deli areas and the staff are friendly and helpful.
C.
Close to hotel. A little pricey but they are sister store to Countdown less than 10 minutes away. If New World didn't have Countdown did.
M.
Conveniently right in town good supermarket prices too
A.
Sometimes they dont have everything but most times they do. Friendly staff and its always clean and tidy
B.
Okay for a city supermarket. But if things aren't on special it can be the same price as just going to a dairy. Due to it's size it doesn't stick a full range but that's fine if you just need to get the basics or food for lunch.
A.
Great service clean and friendly check out staff but range is limited
C.
Good range. Some deli-type options. Queueing to pay a total pain in the ass beyond the average supermarket. Without that, they would have got 4 stars
M.
Limited hours and limited stuff available. Good for a quick stop shop but not if you want to do a full weekend shop to get your week's food shopping outta the way.
S.
This is a smaller outlet of New World Metro within CBD sometimes offering competitive pricing compared to Count Down. The one in Albany shopping centre is much bigger and better.
Y.
Seems to be super busy most of the times I go there and most of the time there isn't enough staff. Poor guys be running around attending customers, feel bad for the staff, they're all really helpful and friendly.
M.
The bakery is pretty good but avoid the place during lunch hour. It's in a basement and feels claustrophobic when it's crowded and there are long queues at the checkout
A.
A small store right in the middle of CBD.
A.
If you work in Auckland City than New World is one of the best and convenient places to go to and their prices are goodd, best of all they have good prices on alchohol compared to some supermarkets:)
J.
Bit of fun heading underground - has a lot of prepared food options which we'd love to try but found we were lacking both stomach space and time!
V.
Very well maintained by security to a point where it almost felt scary and this was 9am on a Sunday morning!
R.
Convenient in the city centre, but no good for a big shopping trip! Tight aisles, always busy, and smaller selection.
A.
Great for a quick stop on the way to work for lunches 😊
J.
I absolutely luv New World. Everything you want is there. Quality goods. Range of foods items Awesome. Best thing that happened for Kumeu.💖🤗
M.
Doesn't have the largest variety to choose from, but it's always nice and tidy when I visit and the staff are really friendly.
T.
Dennis is pretty much1950/60 styles it's personal about where you want too spend time out too have a meal.. Dennys is more like a place too spend with friends and family.
A.
Small range for a supermarket, hence its a metro. However you can still get all your basic necessities here and convenient location in the city
D.
Great for picking stuff if staying in town for a few days. Normal supermarket range and good selection if sandwiches and deli counter
H.
For a small supermarket it's pretty good. Lacking in range because of size but does awesome catering and delivery
P.
Good location, easy to find! Hygiene, can buy almost daily products. Anyway this is a little bit small New World supermarket.
A.
Just a New World like many other.. But underground!! A bit more expensive than others though, without any doubt because located in cbd
J.
Changed my rating from 2 - 4 stars. Has improved a lot since it first opened.
S.
Small but convenient but probably not a supermarket where you wanna buy loads of groceries since the cash counters are small.
N.
Always friendly staff there. Michelle on check outs is lovely, very friendly.. Pam is also lovely to deal with
F.
Everything was fresh, clean and the staff were helpful and the selection of food despite it only being a metro shop was great
A.
Expensive compared to out of town shops but had everything I needed.
Plus good selection of deli stuff
R.
It is always crowded, but I can buy high quality products here. Expensive.
D.
Very nice supermarket. Small and very easy to find what I wanted. Very friendly staff no complaints at all
T.
Friendly staff and a clean supermarket for CBD Auckland. Lacks stock due to small size of supermarket and very cramped.
T.
Very clean and well set out
j.
So cool. An underground supermarket. Even cooler than the Wellington railway metro new world.! Great choice of products and staff that care.
D.
One of the best escalator entrances I've ridden fourteen times consecutively. Grab the four pack of water. You cant go wrong
T.
This is your one stop shop, deli section is impressive with options or sushi, hot curries and meals for lunch or dinner if you don't feel like cooking
J.
Staff even keep your change for you when you leave it in the self checkout
Closing lotto. Damn, no explanation
J.
Convenient location, but quite small. Selection is fairly limited, but the quality tend to be a bit higher than the countdown just up the road.
J.
Good for when you don't want to trek all the way over to either of the Countdowns in the local vicinity. The lines are usually a bit shorter too.
V.
Not very huge but sufficiently large for your daily needs. Found a wide range of breads!
J.
Has everything as well as a huge selection of treat items you might not usually see. Great for a quick lunch or gourmet dinner
A.
Cool to have a groceries stop in the CBD. Good selection which comes for a premium though. shop is overall clean and tidy.
B.
Great customer service
B.
Very small but cute and staff were great considering it was New year's Eve and quite busy
V.
Grocery store on Queen Street in the CBD of Auckland. Relatively close to the cruise ship terminal for those getting off their cruise ship and needing a few groceries for their hotel rooms
M.
Great little upmarket (read: expensive) grocery store - surprising range of products that is surprising in its range. Perhaps not enough checkouts, but otherwise swell!
H.
Always crowded yet the checkout counters are unusually fast. Location is convenient except there's no car parks.
F.
Small and pretty busy, would like it if they had a larger selection of foods and more service counters.
l.
Great, small supermarket with quick service..the ideal place to shop when you're in a hurry.
N.
Not enough checkout counters...had to wait for 15 to 20 mins for billing my items
j.
Great service and staff. The lines to checkout can be sometimes long. 2- 4mins wait time usually during peak times.
R.
Cute, small but has everything you need
A.
Easy, convenient shopping in the city centre. Generally pretty busy though due to its location, so don't be surprised if there's a long wait at the tills.
A.
This New World is good for a metro supermarket. Too wide of a wine selection over food and grocery in my opinion.
T.
Good boutique supermarket. Small selection but it's a small supermarket. Staff are friendly. Better than the countdown.
K.
Great supermarket fantastic selection great prices.

Pretty good options, frequently at more of a cost. But it's better than many city grocery stores.

Nice supermarket place with less crowd and mostly u will get everything from here 😊
F.
Good for quick shopping. It doesn't carry all the products though. It's a small one.....
S.
Their selection isn't the greatest when compared to a more normal sized supermarket. As it is right now, this is basically a grocery store rather than a supermarket.
D.
The prices are a bit higher. But you still have club deals.
A.
Very small selection; no makeup section and half the products you'd expect. Good location though.
Y.
Realy good for fast buys and when you run out of something but for a large purchase I recommend going to a bigger metro for better prices.
R.
Staff was very helpful
S.
Great supermarket, loads to choose from and prices were fair. Pretty big with not much competition around
M.
The check out queues weren't long and I was able to find what I needed. Its not the biggest store so you may not find everything when compared to a normal above ground store.

Decent selection of food for a small inner city supermarket. Shelf stockers are generally unhelpful though.

Really busy lines every time I go, interesting that they offer coffee and cafe food when you enter :)

I always like to shop here. It is on the lower level of the building. The entrance to this is narrow and seems overcrowded with the cafe at the entrance.
