Extremely clean premises, with ample parking spaces. Spacious supermarket & extremely well set up. Overall staff are always Professional, helpful & super friendly. On my previous visit, Alisha at the checkout counters, was extremely friendly, helpful & just Brilliant. The only downfall is that, it's quite exorbitant, compared to it's nearby competition. Iam always provided with excellent customer services" on every visit of mine....Am a regular here .❤️😀

I am sending a big thank you to the check out and admin desk at New Lynn New World for their help yesterday. Busy as they were they took time to go the extra mile when my mobile phone top up receipt failed to come home with me. I was spared a very inconvenient return trip back to the store to retrieve it. The staff took the time to locate their copy of the top up invoice and relay the top up number to me. They could have easily said sorry and not helped, but they took the time to do so. Phone top ups are important at this time and I would have struggled to replace it. Thank you so much for your help. Cheers!

Always clean, great products, bakery and deli is superior to other supermarkets, plenty of parking. But what stands out the most is there are actually staff in the aisles that can help you, and the customer service is excellent, friendly and helpful. ALWAYS had a good experience at this store, thankyou to the awesome staff at New World New Lynn.

I know it's lockdown and Covid related stress is rife, but there is a lot to not like about the staff here, they were incredibly rude, with some of them swearing and complaining about doing overtime, and the store closed early without notice or apology. Perhaps they should remember that everyone is feeling a little on edge and possibly a bit frightened too, and that they are in the customer service industry, a little humility and kindness will go a long way. The one redeeming feature? -The shelves were pleasantly well stocked but that is where the good times ended, I've ceased shopping here.

Great supermarket. Excellent range from budget to quality, and pretty compact so it doesn't take forever to get right around. Friendly staff too. Most times I have asked for help finding something, a packer will come with me to find it. Top stuff.

I really like this supermarket. It’s a little bit more expensive than competitors but always clean and tidy. My only constructive criticism would be that that fill staff often restock shelves in peak times, making getting a trolley each way down aisles tricky to navigate at busy times for the supermarket.

Great opening hours even during covid it's still open late. Excellent quality produce and items. You really should get a club card by applying on internet as u cannot use the one at the checkout anymore for those club deals. The customer service is very good here I always notice. Very good quality brands.

Love this supermarket. Convenient location, not too big so you can get shopping done fast. Produce is always great. Seafood is fresh. They have self check facilities and online shopping. They also sell coffee and food in a outdoor container shop.

I've always had good experiences here. PROS: The staff have always been lively and friendly to me. Food quality is always top notch. Particularly the fruit and vegetables. Reasonable amount of parking. CONS: I think you do pay a little more in comparison with other supermarkets. They don't have as much as other supermarkets. Some products aren't available in comparison with Pak n Save or Countdown. And one of those things is alcohol due to the licensing trust.

This is one of my favorite New Worlds in Auckland. It has a good range of fruit a vegetables, fresh Meat & fish, an in store bakery but my favorite thing is the automated pineapple peeling machine

Top notch and very good selection of bakery goodies. This is the grocery store you would pop into to pick up something yummy on the way home. Very good access too and neat well laid out store and very clean. Selection of fresh fruit and veg . Store isnt too large either so not a marathon to do your shopping round.

During the first lockdown and now in Season 2:lockdown this store has been great. They are organised and had set up parameters to get customers in and out. They had a worker at the front to count numbers and lines filtered through and shopping was done with ease. Staff were helpful and it took the anxiety away from shopping in these hard times.

Great size and variety of goods. Easy to navigate between lanes. Plenty of well marked on sale products. Some items in the freezers are not marked with a price tag. Plenty of parking and disability spaces too. Very handy location.

Aways clean, tidy and stocked up. Some of the staff are quite engaging and really add to the shopping experience. Particularly enjoy the checkout operators that remember you as a regular and have a bit of cheeky banter with you! Never have trouble finding a park and the food is always fresh. It is a perfect medium sized supermarket that has everything I need but doesn't stretch for miles or have wonky aisles like a Pak n Save...

There are two things that make me very frustrated and disappointed.Firstly, after I buy an ishop order, the online automatically generates an ishop member, which is good. But it takes up my right to apply for a physical membership card, and I can't sign up again with my phone number.That means I no longer get discounts if I go to offline stores. Secondly, I bought an online order in March and most of the items were out of stock. I can understand because of covid-19.However, it wrongly charged me all the fees, and showed that the cans with the original price of 2 dollars were sold to me at the price of 37.5 dollars.I emailed ishop several times, but received a perfunctory reply. By April 22, two weeks had passed and no reply had been received regarding the refund.Here is an invoice image. ==== On 25th May, After more than two months, they refund me, good.

It's nicer than Countdown and has better roast chicken than Countdown. Staff are also friendlier. Prices are higher though. Ham sandwich is the best. Can't complain.

Easy to navigate and find things. It's a busy supermarket. There is more than one parking lot, best to park on the side but I don't listen to my own advice and I'm most likely that d*** that adds to the congestion in the main parking lot.

My favourite super market buy far, parking is easy and close to the entry. The staff are really friendly and almost allways have a quick chat at the checkout. Honestly the flow at the checkout is so fast compared to countdown, im in and out in no time.

Please stop taking away every under performing product. Some of these products are the reason people shop at your store. You lose that one item, you lose a customer's entire business. Ask your customers first. Put a sign right on the shelf. Otherwise your store is amazing. Clean. Great selection. Good prices.

My go to supermarket. Park around the side because it's easier to get a park. It's west Auckland and dry so no wine or beer. Pleas sort out the fancy cheese fridge. You can't find the prices for a lot of the cheeses and it's crazy annoying but it makes a great topic of discussion with strangers who share the pain

It's a supermarket, my local but not my regular. Of the typical high standard you would expect from new world.

Unlike many of the other New World stores this one, in the Auckland CBD, is in the basement of a multi-level building. As such they are more limited in their floor space than other stores. But given those limitations they still provide a good cross selection of groceries. And like the other New World stores traffic is directed to flow around the escalators used for entry, over to the cash registers, from where you go back up to exit. Good option for those living in the CBD.
