Ah New World. Very nice place to shop. The whole shop is bright and vibrant. Tidy and well organise display cabinets. Fantastic deli range. My favourite spot is the bakery. The cake, muffins, maroons and donuts are to die floor. Staff are friendly. Obviously it come with a price. Cost are higher compare to Pak N Save

Very friendly and helpful, a smaller yet spacious store so keeping distances I'm the times of covid are easy. Hygiene and safety conscious I have no doubts they operate to the highest standards at Lunn Ave New World. Especially good to go to for those of us with disabilities or the elderly with its wide aisles.

This is by far the best new world I ever been. Good service and good range. Bakery is my favorite!

The only thing that's good about this New World is they have good quality meat and veges. Also nice cakes as well. Unfortunately there isles are very narrow and not much room to move when the shop is busy. Food is little bit dearer as it's near the rich suburbs but still ok.

Had the ice cream I've been looking for everywhere! Iso Cream. Lots of variety at the deli. I also remember visiting awhile back. The guy at the bakery was so helpful & had excellent customer service.

Always find the quality of products that they provide in service departments of good presentation with good variety No clutter within store always clean and tidy makes it easy to find your required items never had a problem and feel as if the staff were on board with the way it is managed

I was very impressed how quickly NW Stonefields set up restrictions when we went into lockdown. The staff keeps customer numbers down and trolleys are disinfected after each use. Prices are very little different to its competitors and the meat and fish are lovely and fresh. Service is excellent.

Great bakery and ready made meals. Otherwise more expensive than Countdown. Good for when you want more up-market nibbles/cuts for a dinner party etc.

Enjoy shopping here. Nice shopping environment, very clean and well lit. Nice fresh produce and good range of products. And I really like their deli. Their yummy ham is like a home made Christmas ham. And I could even get pork adobo until recently.Friendly helpful staff.

I was helped with my trolley, as I had A chilly been, & was told I could not take it in. He spoke to the manager, She knew who I was & that I always showed with. She explained why I could not use it, as I went round to get my items. She parked up, & got me another one & even wiped it down for me. One of the best! We like this branch as it looks so new - although it’s been there for 4 years. All the facilities are well maintained. I must say their prices aren’t the lowest but you do have much more choices with great ranges of goods from Europe and North America. Their services are the best. This store is much larger than Eastridge and Remuera store.

Pretty average. For the size of the store i find the isles and layout not as functional as it probably should be. I know this is a national New World rule, but i don't get why you need to leave your bags outside during times when we're in lockdowns... deters me from going there

Lovely supervisor - Amrit, just gave me a hand when I didn't have a code for my click and collect. We are currently using my phone for white noise to help the baby nap so it was not possible to risk checking! She sorted it out nice and quickly and even helped me load the car in the rain! What a gem :)

This new world is gorgeous! It's like an elevated experience above your typical big chain grocery store. Everything is laid out beautifully and the staff there are so friendly and attentive ☺️

Lots of parking, great seasonal selection, interesting new products, and the biggest selection of de-alcoholized drinks I've seen in Auckland (which is nice if you're pregnant and over juice).

Large supermarket located on Lunn ave. It is by the stoplights so it is fairly easy to get in and out of. They have quite a lot of options to pick from and usually well stocked.

Ordered cupcakes and chocolate cake for my son's birthday party and they were a hit! Children and parents were both in awe, so much love and care was put in to making them. Those not in the know were surprised they were from New World - they thought they were from a speciality bakery. Two times we have ordered this last week and we have not been disappointed, thank you Bakery team!

Surprised I hadn't reviewed this one yet over the years, but it was probably the first one I visited and overall felt somewhat nicer than most Countdowns. However, I expected a little more from the deli in terms of prepared and ready-to-heat meals. The checkout aisle layout was confusing at first glance. But anyways, well lit and spacious.

This particular branch is very clean and offers a wider variety of goods. The chilled section is great :D and has the Lewis chocolate milk most of the time. I also love their baking needs section and also their confectionery, cause I mean who doesn't? I like their promos as well. Has a lot of parking spaces. Nice, chic and cool. Staff are very nice.

Beautifully clean and well laid out market. Produce, deli bakery are all well presented and with great variety. Some grocery lines lack variety but you'll certainly find all the essentials

Plenty of on site parking. You will need to be careful walking through the car park, especially with children as there is no walkway. Drivers seemed to be courteous to foot traffic. Well laid out store. Very clean and uncluttered. The staff I engaged with were all very pleasant and courteous. Very nice experience.

It is small but well stocked and one doesn't spend loads of time going up and down aisles. They also have cooked food like butter chicken and Jamaican Jerk chicken. Staff are so friendly and go out of their way to help. Love shopping here!

Big modern design and huge carpark..I shop here weekends as its close to where I live..Always busy ..I love the variety of things this New World has..very different to the Countdown nearby..I favour New World here for its massive amounts of choice in all its departments...best for gourmet purposes and includes a big fish selection, delicious fresh seafood and equally as well stocked meat department and the staff are always friendly..even during lockdown..

Best store in the country. Customer service is top notch, and variety of food is great. Always fresh food and veges, with great deli, fish, and butchery departments. The cuts of meat are the best that I have seen in a supermarket. Highly recommend this supermarket

I’m a big fan of New World. The store is laid out nicely and doesn’t feel like a large warehouse. It is bright and has a more relaxed feel than other stores. There is a good variety of fruit and meats, although I do find that they are more expensive than places like Pak n Save. It would be good if there was a wider range of fish. However I think the variety and freshness of the available products makes up for the cost. Recently they have been giving out reusable bags to encourage you not to use so much plastic and you get a slight refund for having your own bags. One criticism is if you order your shopping online to be delivered you will get it packed in a million plastic bags, it’s seriously crazy.

This is a great New World as it's quite new, it is a clean and tidy store and has great fresh produce with a wide range, they have things like Fennel and most fresh herbs which some other supermarkets don't have. There is plenty of parking here, however Lunn Ave is very busy on weekends so if you don't like crowds, I recommend avoiding between 11am - 4pm Saturday

Lovely, big, bright and well stocked. But the toilet is really grotty and at odds with the supermarket quality. Please clean more thoroughly, wash off the graffiti and sort the toilet paper holder. I bet your staff wouldn't want to use it.

A Thursday night and 7pm..to my surprise some departments window displays had only a few items left. Examples deli kitchen only a couple of chicken packs left.dissapointed as i was very hungry. a nice clean store. Toilet for public use which is good. Wheelchair accessible toilet .

Everything you need in a supermarket PLUS free tasters here and there. That’s always a plus. Small range of meat, but all the basics are there. Great range of craft beer, beer and wine. Bakery makes fresh bread and sandwhich for lunch.

New world bakery department is one of the best bakeries in new worlds in Nz and also Alexander new world in the South Island is excellent to. They all have a fabulous range of different breads , cakes , slices , treats , savoury items , a little pricey thou but you won’t be disappointed with the quality the bakers put out on display!

Limited range of options within brands, for example they tend to get on one or two options of the brand. And choice is pretty restricted compared to other New Worlds in Central Auckland. Fruit and veg aren't in great condition either (better off to go to Farro, a couple doors down, both for price and condition).

I have been shopping at New World Lunn Ave since it opened.The service is excellent as is the standard of their products. I have never found anything expired . Their bakery is of a standard that cannot be faltered. I know many people that go there for the bakery.The staff are very genuinely helpfull.
