h.ordered from ocean food regularly, products are always in good quality & impressed with their service. will definitely continue support ocean food. Highly recommended : beef gourmet bulgogi slice (3mm), superior gourmet LA ribs, cooked crawfish, Jumbo Black tiger Prawn, pork bulgogi.
C.Ordered just last week, order came early the next day and we were able to have it for lunch and dinner. Good prices and their loyalty system saved me a couple of bucks on my first order! Thanks guys!
R.Everytime we got beautiful fresh food from there. They are friendly and fast response and shipping. There was a little hiccup lately but they sorted it out completely. Thank you for excellent customer service. Recommend all.

W.Food is good, so I ordered again and transferred the money via bank.
They called me 7:30am to confirm the order and asked me to make the payment. I said I already made a payment.
Two mornings later, same mobile number called me again and asked me to make a payment. I said I already did.
The day of delivery, another mobile phone number called me again saying my address is confusing.
I don’t know how big the company is and how many ppl are working thtere but they should have a system only asked a customer to pay after they check with their system. You don’t call a customer to make a payment at 7:30am when the customer already made a payment.
I was going to send this a private email but I couldn’t find their email address from their web site. I didn’t want to complain to the person who called me because I believe it is not the staff’s fault but the owner’s fault. This is my 2nd order from them but I’m not sure if I want to continue my purchase because I don’t want to receive three phone calls early in the morning.
