Beautiful display of products, very friendly and hardworking staff. Awsome experience due to availability of all products that I was looking

Have been here a few times. This time it looks like the store has been revamped and looks very great, fresh and modern. Heaps of parking which is great as it is near to the Botany Mall. I needed a specific product which I checked online first, it stated it had it in stock and went in a few minutes later to know that the info online was accurate to the stock available. Very happy about this and managed to get what I needed. The store though is a very small one and it seemed very packed at the time as I visited on a Saturday morning. Otherwise all was good and easy visit.

Fresh produce, spacious, clean and tidy. Everything is well displayed. Staff are helpful and friendly. Definitely take pride in what they do. From entrance to exit > worthy of 5 GOLD STARS.

Busy but still plenty of parking and aisles all topped up including fresh produce, checkout was effective and efficient. Petrol pumps not too busy at 10am but regular flow of people topping up. Still good selection of goods in store but veg and fruit rather pricey some fruits unavailable, just had to find a cheaper alternative for now, bit of variation good shopping experience though still a good store to visit. Still plenty of stock busy but not too long a wait at checkout

All the staff are always so friendly and nice. Great selection and great prices. Easy to find everything. Good parking too.

Bad points is when they mark up your weekly shop items with that “EXTRA LOW" above the price knowing damn well it’s normally $1-$2 less. Good points they have a great variety of herbs spices packet simmer sauces etc. Plenty of friendly staff that balance out the bad apples like anywhere. Store has always held a good cleanliness title.

Great experience as always, just hoping they are able to stock South African products again soon now that Covid is subsiding. Great place to shop.

Lovely big supermarket in the Botany town center. Plenty of parking outside. Store is clean and tidy.

A bit of construction going on at the moment. However if you want the nicest, juiciest cuts of meat. Your never disappointed at the quality here. I would travel to get meat from here! For real🤤🥩🍗The specials are always good and usually not long to wait in the queue. Thanks PaknSave✌

The staff here are always friendly and helpful. Good prices, but as with other Pak n Save supermarkets, lacks the range of other supermarket chains. I have noticed that since the beginning of 2022, the gap in prices for many items is getting wider. There is more of a noticeable difference where some everyday items are Akita cheaper at Pak n Save than they are at other Supermarkets.

My favourite grocery shopping place. It truly cater to Asian requirement and taste. Amazing for such an insight, mind you, it's located in almost all Asian neighbourhood. Groceries and anything else are more complete since finishing their truly new looks renovations.

It's okay, but ormiston pack n save is better stocked.

It really lacks variety luck GI pak n Save and people don't understand that you stay in your lane like GI..lol. Everyone knows to stay lin lhs to get stuff on lhs and rhs for rhs aisle. Meanwhile in Botany people are walking the middle of the aisle from both ends looking at both side aisles...annoying

Good level of stock, and staffing. Clean store and friendly staff.

A great Pac 'n' Save to shop. Plenty of checkouts and fast self service checkouts. This is a big busy store. Generally stock is available, produce is usable but appears second grade. Meat section is good quality & fresh, prices are far less than the opposition super markets. I can not recommend buying eggs from here as the cartons often have cracked eggs & rotten eggs in them -- certainly buyer beware. Frontline staff are always smiling & helpful.

Just want to thank Nun from Pack n Save Botany. Every week he has kindly helped my pregnant wife by loading up the groceries in her car and being so kind. Thank you and we'll done from her husband!

Good variety well stocked and easy to find things

I had a small list & unfortunately they only had half of what I was wanting....but understand they are having supply problems as are everyone else.

Staff make all the difference and one dominent culture of people always tend to be ruder than the rest making you feel like just another no in their que. Otherwise a great place to shop for New Zealanders.

Pak n save botany have relevant cheaper prices than other supermarkets in the area. This pak n save is one of the old stores out in botany but they have still keep it maintain accordingly.

Unfortunately I can't get to shop there but to me PaknSave is the best grocery shop

Stocked well in store. Dam shame you have to go walk about in car park to find a smaller trolley before going shopping unless you want the huge big family size one. Not a problem at count down close by.

Been to other supermarkets including Pak n Save but PAK'nSAVE Botany is the best. Shelves are full. Neat and tidy. I enjoy shopping there.

Nice shopping later in the evening. Not many people really relaxed shop. Been there during the day time and it is manic!! That's when all the moody people come out. Smile people, it seriously doesn't hurt lol!! Pricing is good as in all paknsaves but today botany had good specials on meat👍. BTW, staff are awesome. Our checkout operator was perfect.

Heaps different kind for foods, vegetables, meat, daily, bread, drink soft, different chips, bread different kind of styles, different kind of frozen foods but still more available have inside shop markets

Went shopping here today and I love the deals this pak n save have! It was clean and I love the customer service of these workers. Struggled to find a item but this lovely man helped me find it, I appreciate it. Thank you for a good experience, will be back for my next week shop 😊

Price is ok. There's some goods here that you can't find in other Pak'nSave branch. My only complain is that the other side of the grocery has too narrow aisles that it's hard to move around.

Busy place, lots of parking. Grab a coffee on your way out

Good but the loose carrots not very fresh and coming in the entrance from the lefthandside, there were no trolleys and on the righthandside only the larger trolleys and I wanted a smaller one so went back to the carpark to find a smaller trolley. Everything I had on my list there except Jacobs Creek Proscetto wine. Lady at the checkout was really good, kind and friendly and I only had to wait behind one person so very quick.

Has a wide range of food supplies and great workers. Love how it has a gluten free section to cater to celiacs. Great place.

Great selection of products, great prices. Considering we are at level 4 lockdown, they didn't run out of stock like Countdown.

This was the best pak n save but over the past few years it's changed. Do not buy the hot food it isn't worth it... *the bagged chicken is great though. Prices aren't as cheap as they were. They do have self check outs and the staff are quite friendly

Online shopping has been really helpful. Thank you to Isaac today who came out and helped me pack my groceries in my car. The butchery department is looking great. The cuts are very nice. Huge improvement in the store overall

good supermarket, a regular I am but some cashiers shouldn't be working there as they're impolite and rude, wanted to give this supermarket a 5 stars rating but because of these bunch of rude cashiers 3 star ratings seem like a lot.

Cheapest supermarket, product ranging is good for some things, less so for others. Plenty of manned checkouts but not many self scan ones and staff do not enforce the 12 items or less rule causing long lines.

I only go there occasionally as I usually shop at Ormiston. There fruit & vegetables appear to be cheaper at Botany. It's a very busy clean tidy shop. Leonie Revell

Busy supermarket esp in the weekends. Prices are good with the odd weekly deals. Fresh seafood dept is well-stocked but have been told that any weekly specials on fish should be purchased after Mon when new deliveries arrive. Staff are generally friendly and helpful.

We love shopping here and getting petrol vouchers for cheaper fuel. While doing that we got a flat battery at 958pm just before the cut off time for petrol. The attendant was polite and considerate asking if we had finished as he had to lock up the pumps, we mentioned we were waiting for family to come jump out flat battery and he left the light on above us while turning off all the other lights on the forecourt, he then went to finish other tasks as our family arrived to help us. Thank you mr pak n save fuel man from Botany Pak n save.

Helpful staff, great selection of groceries but no express check outs except the self checkouts but they are card only! If you want to pay cash you have to wait in line often behind people with full trolleys!!

As always, clean, clear, friendly staff..Fresh meat/Fish and Bakery which is bonus🙂 & coffee/muffin lotto onsite ...Nice and local

Nice and big supermarket. No issues. But it would be awesome if they could get self check out especially since they don’t use all the check out isles all at once: waste of space and time for everyone else just wanting to buy 1 cream (me haha)

While the shop is spread out and can be a little difficult to navigate, the variety of products available really is second to none. Staff are friendly and helpful

Very big store with good variety. Its always super busy! Well priced and really great for bulk buying.

Store has a reasonable selection of most foods, especially bakery items, which are well priced. Staff service levels vary wildly, with some staff friendly and smiling, others dour and cold. Today I got someone more on the "dour and sour" end of the scale at the checkout which was disappointing. Store overall is clean and tidy, but there is often a lot of trolley congestion near the meat and fish display areas, which is annoying for those who want to "move with purpose". One of the better Pak n Saves I've been to over the last couple of years.

We shop here every week . The value for money is awesome. You get a lot more than if you were shopping at count down or new world. They also have big trolleys so you don't have a little trolley that's over flowing.

Greater space is much more people friendly, staff always alert and truly helpful. The whole floor plan has opened up and feels more customer convenient. Well done Michael

Simply the Best that's all I can say

Has alot of check outs open not like some places that expect you to use the self check out.

It was absolutely wonderful. The service was great this afternoon. The staff have a great way of interacting and gripping their customer focus and putting them at ease with the simple question of "how has your day been". Well done guys. You get my vote for the best customer service I received the whole day.

My go to for weekly shopping. Great selection and generally well stocked. Clean and friendly staff. Prefer the paknsave bakery over countdown. Public toilet available upon request to staff, and was clean the one time i've used it. Only annoying thing is they don't stock champ dog roll so I have to go to countdown for this, but no biggie really

Clean safe shopping Excellent service

Mmmm, it was very grubby at the entrance, a lot of plastic litter and many plants either broken or dying! Our shopping experience was average as the selection of goods was limited compared to Albany and Ormiston stores (although this is the bigger of both). I hope the owners of this store will take more pride to make the entrance more inviting, and to help the staff and shoppers alike to enjoy the Pak'nSave experience again.

Great prices but staff are abit slow and don't really care to be there. Management is also a problem I've heard management scream at employees not very professional

It's PNS what more can I say! Bargains and plenty of groceries so no need to stockpile people lol! This is not my usual PNS so it took me a little longer to find what I needed otherwise all good.

Saving if you know days they will, goes on rotation and according to stock. Also different branch will stock differently so if in surplus they will reduce price and not necessarily all over Auckland stores. Still not very competitive like years back. I do often like everyone check prices at other Supermarkets and choose where to get meat etc. Trick is not waiting you have nothing to eat in your pantry, go there at list a couple of days before and if price is not right I won't buy it and wait....simple as that. Fuel prices cheaper at other Stations plus getting Airpoints with same discounted final price.

The supermarket is excellent and has everything you could want in it but by the time I left I felt battered and bruised from people ramming with their trolleys. I had just called in for a cooked chicken and some bread rolls eccetera and it took me an hour to get finished

Wide range of products available to shop in a local supermarket. Gets pretty crowdy sometimes. Wish if they had self checkouts too like other large supermarket's. Some of the checkout staff are very unfriendly.

One shop has it all, this is my favourite place when I get my groceries for my shop, I like most of the staff they are very friendly and helpful especially if Ihave a big loads of groceries. Very good promotions and the store is very tidy and well stocked. 👍👍👍

Vegetables and fruit section have fresh options. Although ice cream and few other sections are limited. More focused on Asian community. So if you are after Asian food related items you will find them here.

Our go to weekly grocery shopping joint. Loads of variety and easy to find our usuals. Though the checkout is crazy busy on weekends, good idea to keep the shopping for a weekday . Easier for parking too.

Good selection, pity so few checkouts open, n only 1 supervisor to deal with customer assistance, also the majority of checkout staff, sparse as they are, look unhappy, some ill mannered and no customer service skills what so ever. Never a quick shop at PAK'nSAVE Botany sorry to say

A lot better than it used to be. The checkout staff are great, the rest of the staff could do with smiling a bit more.

I think paknsave is a good store. I don't like the special discount of 6 cents on fuel. I think it is an insult. You get mobil fuel and it should be the lowest price around than the 6 cents would be useful. I throw them away as it would cost me more for my fuel. When I go to Mobil on Tuesday I get 10 cents off a litre. Then I get points . when they reach 500 I get $10 off my bill..Tuesday the net cost a litre was 188.9. what was price less your silly 6 cents off.with no points .When u have smeat week I sometimes think it a meet week for you not the customer. Your whole meal bread was 99cents a loaf. Then when u got a customer base you increased a 100% THEN BROUGHT IT BACK TO 1:59 A LOAF. SAME AS North bread.but their plastic bags are strong and they have to pay for transport packing your bread should be in comparison should be 1:10.

Friday evenings are not very crowded . Prices are very low.Petrol vouchers are always handy.Pak n Save Botany has a petrol pump on site which means you can fill gas right after you finish your shopping.

Good place to shop and cheap prices for food and other products

Almost empty of people. Rest locked up at home listening that they were to have another week in covid lockdown.

I have been shopping at manukau pns n Sylvia Park pns but now moved to Howick area. At botany store I cannot get everything I get at other store. Been asking for Royal India basmati rice at this store and just getting reply they don't have it but in manukau n Sylvia Park store they always sell it. Plz management I'm tired of asking ur staff can some 1 look into this.

Think I'll shop here in the future its cheaper clean, friendly and has plenty of variety...my favourite qualities in a food market. 💝😊👍

Large format store just like other branches. But just don't know why there's no self-service checkouts. And is always nice & clean, well maintained store.

Good value on a range of necessary items but has a good deli/fish bar and gourmet meat section as well. Pack your own purchases at checkout and save. Yes.

This store is HUGE and offers mostly generic things one might need, e g. groceries, a deli, household goods, toys, camping equipment, etc Prices were higher than I expected for the products but the convenience of having everything available in one place helps to offset.

Great place to shop with well priced groceries. This PAk N Save is large and has a good range of products with relatively fresh perishables (for a supermarket). The only downside is that it is a little difficult to find parking during the weekends. As with all Pak N Save plastic bags are an extra charge.

Clean, got ⛽ station in the premises, cheap price compared to other pack n saves and other supermarkets around the area.

Changes to the front were nice and didnt go unnoticed. Unfortunate layout of the store though with marked aisles not actually holding the product range suggested.

(re) Construction almost done so parking, roads and shopping is much more convenient. Hope soon North Island will have the sticky club for fuel vouchers and et al

I shop at this supermarket because I find their fish are fresher than other places as well as being reasonably priced. An added bonus is that they offer a fish cleaning and gutting service too.

This is our new local transferred from Manukau. They have a clean tidy well presented floor set , workers are always smiling & willing to help everything’s easy to find & navigate through the isles, I just had to share my online shopping experience we did for the first time it saved going in store, even though instructions said where the lockers where located in the email to pickup the food we ordered I still went in to double check with customer service. It would be helpful to have a picture or mini map included with Pickup instructions on exactly where the lockers are located. All in all love pak save Botany keep up the good work it’s much appreciated thanks 😊

Love shopping at Pak-n-Save. People working there is friendly and very helpful.

This place is under construction at the moment but is like any other paknsav. Theres great deals and they even have the trolleys you can stick your baby capsules on which was very handy for my newborn.

Good store layout is good

I would really like customer input to be heard instead of being fobbed off every time I ask about a product. Nobody there wants to know. The last incident was when they took Blue Tick eggs off the shelf. The Department Supervisor indicated they were not satisfied so I asked them if they were looking at providing another Blue Tick egg product and he said there was a delay. A year's delay is not OK, nor is lying. Can they please improve their customer service listening ability. Another fault I have with them is that their selection is worse than other Pak n Save supermarkets. I have been shopping with them and the others around the area since they opened and it has always been this way.

One of the manager was a bit rude and does not know how to talk to customers. First of all why does your toilet that are for customers use locked? You have to wait or worst find the manager who has the keys to open it. If you have heaps of groceries that you bought and you have a child with you who needs to go its so inconvenient to wait for someone to find the manager to open up the toilet. And to top it of the manager doesn't have any sense of courteously talking to customers.

One of the older and smaller PaknSaves in the area. It has the upside of having its own large refrigeration room for quite a few daily goods. No self checkout yet though which leaves queues at the cashiers.

Pak n save shopping is inevitable for me every week because of lower prices than other supermarket and I have visited mount albert glenn innes, royal oak, manukau , mangere in my 5 years of life in New Zealand but botany pak n save is exceptional and my favourite. Smiling faces and friendly staff even in times of covid19 shopping madness . Have got infinite number of instances which I felt really who on heaven trained them and be superstars. 2nd may 20 the guy helped me pick taro , same day lady who helped me find out coconut milk, the lady who greeted in the front gate..much love you guys

Odd though a big spacious aisle for laundry detergent and toilet cleaners, like 4 trolleys width and all the other aisles barely 2 trolleys width, what's that about?

The check out staff seem to love their job, especially the American guy, makes ya smile at the end, only probl3m is they don't sell Kara coconut cream

My favourite Pak 'n Save, well stocked and they have great fruits and veg.

It's been a the best and cheaper option for a monthly shop for me. I do the bulk of the shopping once a month and for most of my family's needs they work out about $100 cheaper than countdown

Reasonable, convenient. Store layout has changed recently and better access through aisles.

I found everything I needed except strong dilma Earl Grey and mint magnum ice cream. For that you need to go to countdown across the road. Or.. Just do all your shopping at countdown.

One of the biggest supermarket in the botany area. Prize are competitive compare to the other supermarket in the area. Plenty of parking too. So no trouble with that.

Small variety. Will probably choose Countdown across the road in future because they have a better range and if you buy their specials they can actually be cheaper.

My Local supermarket with affordable pricing. Can sometimes run out of stock for the organic chicken breast which is the only reason for the lowered review

Ok Its in a good location and it’s bit cheaper than ormiston manix is cheaper but botany one is cheaper than ormiston and more hot chicks at this one.
