Great Store. Meat section has more of a selection than most other stores on top of its own specials where you can buy veal / thicker cut meats / etc. Seafood crew always helpful and cheerful. Friendly staff and plenty of parking underground as well as outside. Also has petrol station and EV Charging station (not free - need to register with ChargeNet to use).

Really disappointed in my shopping trip today. Egg Salad from deli was like rubber and many shelves needed to be refilled Supermarkets have done very well over COVID lockdown, so I don't think it is too much to expect stocked up shelves. There was certainly enough custom to support this.

I've shopped at this PaknSave for decades until the NorWest one opened. I shopped there for a couple of months until I found I couldn't get the brands and sizes I wanted. I have since returned to Lincoln Rd store and shop there always. They have got all the brands and sizes I use and I've always found the staff very helpful!

This is our local market but lately they have unreasonably been raising prices. We often go elsewhere to get most of our groceries, hopefully they will improve but we aren't holding our breath.

I want to thank the security guard at PaknSave Lincoln Rd. He is so kind and helpful. When I told him he was injured, he offered to arrange help with my shopping and once I was finished came to check on me. Especially in these times, it was very heart warming. Thank you for your kindness.

What I love about Pak N Save Lincoln: Copper Kettle cheddar cheese and onion chips. Countdown doesn't sell them. Why not? Oh well. And 0 alcohol Shiraz and beers. Ready for the big day Sunday!

I love this place, must learn to use the bigger trolley instead of the little one. I love that they have so much variety. I got pawpaws here and they were either not available in countdown or double the price in New World. They have lobster tails, crabs. Their deli section is Wow without the ouch of Farrors. And the flowers, peonies are more than half the price of other outlets. Can spend half a day there and you know they pack our trolley too.

It's always got most of their stock, but sometimes it's unpleasant to visit because of some of the operators at the till. Don't get me wrong some of them are nice when u do go to do my shopping but some don't even manage a smile. This is the only reason I didn't give a full 5 stars.

The team that has been working through lockdown have done an amazing job. I often heard other stores were running out of stock due to panic buyers but we never had that issue here at Lincoln road, also they were very quick to put a limit sign up on basic necessities which meant things weren't running off of the shelves as quick as every other store. All round great service and great team. Just a side note, if ever we go back into lockdown again please remind customers that parents with children, elderly and disabled can just walk in. We have seen and had to tell alot of people who I might add stood in the rain waiting in line not realising they can just walk in.

I just came off the phone with one of your employees (I’m so sorry I forgot her name!) She is a star and you are so lucky to have her working for your company and I sincerely hope she gets the recognition she deserves. I normally never write reviews like this and I’m so glad I had the chance to speak with her today. She nearly brought me to tears with how kind and understanding she was and she did everything in her power to make things easier for me. She deserves more than a pat on her back for her service today. I would say a Christmas bonus is more than deserved! She’s certainly put a smile on my face during the lockdown and I hope you as a company reward her and give her an awesome promotion in return! I really can’t praise her enough. On second thought, I’m not really sure if she worked here. But whatever.

To be honest not a lot of variety for such a big store. Can still get essentials but also hard to beat the queue during peak times when doing small shopping as there are no self checkouts! Always get friendly checkout operators though 😊

The layout of the shop isn't great, they had fizy drinks in the toilet paper isles , the meat section is ok but not great , items of similar things arnt where they should be.

They are better stocked than other supermarkets in Henderson and TAP...particularly important during this second lockdown as it's not as easy to just pop into another store for a few missing things. The queue was long but it moved fast.

I come here for the big shops, awesome workers and they do a good job cleaning fish I buy

Good prices on meat but not much gluten free or allergy free food available. They did have some things tho.

Good paknsave but needs underground parking urgently because on rainy days difficult to go there. On rainy days I choose to go to Mt Albert or Henderson Henderson paknsave.

Best staff and cheap assortment for low income families such as mine

Ample of parking within the boundaries of the store. All parking is outside but there are always and covers. There is a mobile store inside along with a cafe. The fuel station is also nearby post the parking.

1st of three PaknSaves visited looking for single product that I finally found in Sylvia Park.

Wonderful experience. No stress shopping was a breeze. Checkout operator was lovely with a big smile.

Needs to maintain stock levels because everytime we go there and look for something it is not there on shelves, asking for help is a nightmare during busy hours but still can be better organised. Can imagine staff working their socks off to keep up to this fast pace working and demading enviornment. a good place to shop for grocery items.

Great sales. My go to paknsave until Henderson opens. Have learnt to time it right as Saturdays are manic and so many people. Lovely staff and always clean and shelves stocked.

Clean and tidy, has a good range of product, and has competative pricing, well worth a visit.

I suppose it's like any other pak n save just more parking & cheap products for your money.

It's my everyday shipping place to go. Very organized and clean.

There’s a good range and always a good price to be found here. The parking is also good when you have a small family in tow. The public toilet facilities located just inside the entrance is a great help, as prevents dramas further around the market when children need to go loo. All in all great shopping experience here

Very well set out but big shop. An extremely helpful man assisted us when we were taking a jar of coffee off the shelf The 2nd jar behind it was not secure so fell and broke. The lovely man was very concerned that we were all right before he obtained help to sweep it up. Thank you so much for your kindness. Regardless of your tables not being able to be used for packing we oldies did it anyway as there was no where else designated. Thank you.

great place to get everyday needs. the store manager Mark was friendly. butchery, Sea foods dept. and Bakery were very good. the best ciabatta bread you can get (depends on peoples different taste ) is from their bakery department. the bake was just right. not too toasted and not raw. Seafood and butchery staff were very accommodating and helpful.

Very good at managing covid queues and keeping people safe by not allowing bags inside and enforcing mask wearing.

Often crowded, but for good reason as it's the cheapest place to buy groceries. We go elsewhere for vegetables as the fresh produce is a little sad at times to say the least, and the cereal aisle consistently smells funky to me though my partner swears it doesn't so who knows.

Wednesday night my son took me to do the food shopping at the Pak In Save and he did his shopping at the same time and the people were lineing up outside to go inside to do there food shopping to and it was busy and raining and cold .

I've been shopping here for years. It's got most things I am after. It doesn't have the great bakery selection that Westgate Pak'n'Save has (and I'm sure the scones are getting smaller as the price gets bigger), but the shop is spacious and there are loads of parking.

Things went well. They had 1kg bags of frozen blueberries for $7.99 each, usually $9.99, so as we go through them pretty quickly, I decide to buy two bags. Good one Pak n Save!!

Love they have reduced items almost every day & 99c weekly deals that you can't beat

Very busy and most shelves ate empty. Freezers are totally empty. No bread, not even 1 loaf.

It's very easy to get around now even though it's the biggest in NZ, and very kind the workers as well

Went to pak n save on Sunday at about 7.15pm. Was kind of quiet. Did my shopping with ease. I had my mask and gloves on. Encouraging everybody to wear mask. Lady at the door was very polite.

I like Pak n Save for their huge range of products and availability. I got introduce d to one of the pomogranate juices and guava at Henderson. When in doubt I just go to Pak n Save, cause I'm sure I can find the product that I look for. Happy shopping.

Lots of grocery great bread good selection.

I always shop here for reasonable prices and good customer service. Their bread is delicious, cakes- some better than others. Meat and fish is pretty good here too. Recently, however, I've noticed fish not properly covered with ice. Pity there's no under-cover parking, especially in winter.

Only my 2nd time there, felt kinda confusing layout, thankful to staff help, cashier polite an fast.👍

Staff are one of the positives and are trained really well to pack trolleys and are always pleasant. This store is excellent at keeping the right amount of staff on at checkouts and you hardly have to wait. This store has a high focus on outstanding hygiene. Over the last 6 months or more the variety of products has steadily declined. So I have to shop elsewhere for all the products I used to buy here. Mentioned the lack of product range to a staff member and she said I wasn't the only one to say this. I could easily name more than 15 products I used to be able to purchase here and now I'm unable to. Products are constantly disappearing off shelves and stock levels can be low on some items. Some of the produce can look a bit old. You could check prices of other stores first online as you might be able to get a better bargain elsewhere, and more product range too.

All bedding supplies are available and very organized all items is good 👍

I have only been there the once and they did not have enough tills open. Clean and well stocked store.

I visited this store in weeks ago, very first pak n save I saw online orders pick up on the outside which looks so cool and advance. On the same day I did my shopping and went off but I forgot my phone with all my valuable cards in it. I came back to the store with unsure if I forgot it there and the lovely trolley staff returned my phone to the costumers' services. This store trolley staff deserve a well-done complement for looking after the costumers really well, not only their shopping but also their belonging. I very well recommend this supermarket for everyone, friends and family. Thank you so much for the lovely staff for returning and looking after my belonging. Cheers

It's same as all other paknsave, the prices are cheaper than their competitive and cashier personnel here are friendlier too.

Great specials for bulk buying. Well laid out store with large aisles. Many product varieties. Deli produce looks fresh as do fruits & vegetables. Not long to wait at check out. Friendly efficient staff.

Taxi stands need to be clear at all times very important pak n save address the concerns for everyone who users taxi more so elderly n pple wth are disable .other wise shopping fine i dont rate this atm .seriously start sorting out or dish out tickets to pple who leave there cars parked by taxi stand or get some one ticket cars not on

Safest level 4 lockdown supermarket I've used

Nice parking area especially on rainy days, thanks to the covered foot paths. Wide range of meat and fish to choose from. Easy access if you're living in Henderson, Ranui or Swanson area.

Prices keep going up , get the same stuff every week yet keep getting increases can't wait till henderson is open so this place has competition

Been a regular for so long. Love the space. Only gripe is the check out operators. Some are good but some need customer service training like saying the basic T H A N K - Y O U. They should wake up and remember the customers are their bread and butter and to not be there if they dont want to be there because it shows. There are people who aren't working and looking for a job who could do a way better job than them. Treat ALL customers like gold. If they dont they give PaknSave Lincoln a bad image.

Great for bulk shops. - Excellent value. - Large floor area - not as good for quick shops. - Has a good in house bakery (for a supermarket). - Coffee at Cafe in entrance is average, and always too hot. - Covered walkways to a portion of the parking. - Because it's Pak n Save, make sure you factor in time to pack (and bring) your own bags.

Check out staff are generally rude, they all seem miserable and entitled. Never do any of them smile back. One good person is the dude who welcomes people into the store

Lots of parking, good range and nice wide aisles. Every now and then there is a good range of allergen tolerant food in the special aisle. Free range eggs are expensive, which is what I dont understand as their sister brand New World sells free range eggs cheap - and they are supposed to be the more expensive supermarket!

PakNSave Lincoln Road. Has everything I needed for my Christmas Grocery shopping. The staff are always friendly and willing to help if you are asking for a certain product or item. I wish I had a PakNSave store in Titirangi/ New Lynn like this one.

Always quick at tills, got everything I need. But everybody should go one way around shop. Still better than others.

I find this Pak'n'save is great if you want a slightly bigger selection on groceries. This store also will put out a trolley of items that are discounted due to damage etc but are still perfectly fine to use, love it when I see this out. The downside it the cramped final isle which has kids toys and some miscellany items, as well as the smell of off meat and fish we get almost every time we go there. There is a small cafe at the front which is great for a quick bite, drink and rest, or take the drink in with.

Been shopping here since the store opened. Overall good quality affordable food. Great selection in the fresh fish and meat department. Not so great in the fruit and vege area - this store used to stock much better quality produce, at much better prices, and the shelves used to be replenished more regularly up until about 3 years ago. Also watch out for damaged canned products (can be a health hazard), expired products in small goods, deli department, and even packaged products. So, still cheaper than other nearby supermarkets but quality, range and shelf replenishing used to be much better.

I usually go here when I have a big shop to do. I can usually find everything I need for also usually better prices. If I can't find something, this Pak 'n' Save is in such a convenient location that I can also stop by Countdown, Golden Apple, or even Mitre 10. There is adequate parking and heaps of trolleys in the smaller size, which I like using. The layout of the shop means that it's fairly easy to navigate around. I loved how they put an opening between the dry goods and vegetable/fruit section, so we don't have to walk all the way around the veggies, seafood and chilled goods just to get to the other aisles. They also have discounts for the fuel place, but the machines are not always reliable so be careful. (Eg. Can't scan voucher for discount/ Roll ran out so can't print receipts/ Charge the wrong amount!!). I wish they had some sort of loyalty programme but I guess their prices are fairly low already, and they have enough customers.

The store is pretty clean and because we always shop their it's easy as to find what we need. The young Indian girl that served us was friendly and although her conveyer belt stopped working she was still calm and smiley.

Good staff but it's very busy during optimal shopping times. Shopping here is nice but if you can go to another Pak n Save you might have an easier time. They're also slightly more expensive than some of the other stores in quieter places.

No frills cheap food shopping, good quality food. It has a plenty of variety, but not necessarily expensive foods, it is aimed at the average family or people. This is a big supermarket, allow some time to get around it. It is good to see they have opened a short cut.

Big enough to do a week's shopping. Have a lot of aisles for billing and generally manned enough to reduce queues

Prices are pretty good. Meat and veges are not always fresh. They definitely don't stock all the brands so to get some things you would need to go to Countdown or New World. The layout at Lincoln North is terrible, the access way makes you go all the way through the fruit and meat section before you can get to anything else in the store.

Everything nice, cheap prices but beef, pork, sea food and lamb too expensive. Good deals for chicken and fish. I got two packnsave stores closer than this one but I prefer to drive further as I found more variety and good prices. Veges' prices have improved I don't need to go to the vege shop anymore.

Staff are good I find it is too over whelming at times as it is so big but they still have good range of products and shelves are always stocked well

Maaaaaaaasive pak n save. The aisles here are wide enough to fit a hummer trolley in them. Selection is good. Could maybe do with a few more international options and dietary options e.g. gluten free but if your after bulk stuff for a big shop then I highly recommend

An exciting shopping adventure with so many varieties of food. The selection was amazing and decisions were made based on what I knew of particular brands and the product as well as price. I believe having wide aisles enabled the 'traffic' to not be so congested as consideration was given to the trolley size and the proximity to others alongside. I applaude the management for having specials which are an excellent drawcard. I had fun shopping here. Hard to make decisions as the selection was extensive. Very friendly and couteous staff who were approachable and helpful. Fresh fruit and vegies, fish meats, and heaps more. The whole shopping experience was great. Must do this again. I wonder if 'golfing carts' or something similar could be offered to our beautiful elderly folk. To provide an assistant for some if required would also be a plus when shopping in your store. Just thinking ...

considering level 3 conditions i found my shopping spree straight forward and trouble free

Get everything you want at one place with lots of parking, friendly staff, product availability...but one thing store has to improve that is self checkout...

Huge supermarket with loads of parking, they were either out of stock for bags of apples or they just dont sell them, same goes with oranges too, had to buy them individually which costs more. Had trouble finding gelatin, 3 staff all pointed me to the wrong isle, cbf looking for it after that.

Westgate is far nicer to shop at only positive was great staff.

Very nice place, has all the facilities required. Staff are nice enough and served me well. I especially enjoyed the flirty female working when i came in. I enjoyed the place thoroughly and the services provided. Im unsure however weather i would come here i was suffering from any variation of hepatitis the vibe of the place also felt specially threatening to hepatitis A. Im unsure weather they would allow you to bring in an animal however big it may be. I would like to emphasize that i strongly feel hep A is not welcomed here.

Biggest supermarket I know

Fish can be fresher.. Staff are nice. Bakery could be developed abit more. Love the Indian range in the frozens department. Please get some aloo paratha, aloo theek, real samosas..and paneer (indian cheese). Ghee as well. Brst central location.

Big Pak'n'Save with all the usual grocery items. There is plenty of free parking and an easily accessible entry for families with prams, and more. This supermarket is great for your weekly shop and is guaranteed to be cheaper than Countdown, New World, or any other big chain grocery store.

Best prices amongst other Pack'nSave Stores. Also quite spacious, more range of products and they have their own Gas station. Quite a pleasure shopping here.

This Paknsave is very clean and tidy

For a super market that's meant to be the cheapest, it's more expensive than any other Pak N Save I've been too. It's large but doesn't stock alot. Don't really find any reduced to clear items either. Other than that, there are plenty of car parks under shelter, big wheel chair access and two elevators with very friendly staff.

Quite tidy and clutter free today, usually there are multiple boxes on floors in aisles which I find a safety issue.

Prices are very reasonable and the variety is very impressive compared to other pak n save stores. However the people out this way seem to be very rude (a couple of times on my way around i was groaned at because I quickly cut in front to get into a side aisle).

Have done shopping here a few times! Its a big store... heaps fresh fish and meats. They also have a bargain area selling all sorts of things.. I got some glasses and a blanket. Great place to do your weekly shop

Its one of the larger supermarkets I'm its chain and has got a really good selection of items and definitely much cheaper than any other super market chain for a weekly grocery shop. Friendly staff, lots of parking and fuel on site with vouchers for those that spend over a certain amount.

It was ok, but experience wasnt the best With other customers. Staff were awesome and mostly smiling......and for everyone else who are customers, can you at least smile when you walk past another customer. Just shopper to shopper advice.

There's more variety beening the largest store. When I'm out of town I'm always comparing stores. Set up, customer service and products. And why I appreciate PAK'nSAVE Lincoln Rd. Thanks All

I shop their quite regularly...I'm conscience of prices...with the increased cost in both meat and vegetables, it makes me look at what I'm buying...Pak'hSave has good prices on most of the items I buy.

Great place to shop since the one in henderson is closed now. BTW I saw Pak'nSave Westgate saying their trolleys are all sanitized. I was wondering if you are? I believe you would understand how important it is, especially this time around.

Great range in meat fruit and vegetables. Bright,clean well stocked shop. Deli and bakery fabulous displays, fresh tasty. Definitely my preferred supermarket.

Great range of product that caters for all budgets. Amazing selection fresh fish. Friendly staff and the shop always seems immaculately clean.

Solid store. I always park on the wrong side and have to walk a long way to where the inside entrance is. The parking lot is a little bit confusing and the gas pumps are unattended so my international credit card doesn't work with them (no PIN). Also, the gas pump wouldn't accept my gas coupon which was definitely still valid so I almost want to give it 2 stars but I'm not. The actual store was good.

Very big place where you can find nearly anything. Good products at good prices,especially if you're vegan ,vegetarian or into healthy stuff. The staff are quite helpful and friendly and the toilets clean.

I find this Pak and Save outlet to be one of the biggest in the area and has plenty of options in every section. Plenty of parking space and you will get all you need for grocery shopping and with a better prize. Great service and friendly staff makes it a lovely shopping experience.

Great huge store, plenty of deals, great for a hot summer day after school to grab a few large yummy cheap as ice creams for the kids from the cafe. Great staff if you have a question or need help finding something, has petrol pump outside and lotto in store

Nice large Pak n Save supermarket. Always some specials going on. Reasonable prices. We found it less crowded than the other Pak N Save supermarkets so that was a plus. Helpful staff. Ample parking.

With Pak n Save you can usually get reasonable prices, compared to other supermarkets. But you *do* need to exercise great caution because they will frequently pull a fast one. When they do it is counter-intuitive. ALWAYS check to ensure large sizes are cheaper than an equal quantity of smaller sizes. (Listerine mouthwash is a great example -- much cheaper to buy 2 x 500 ml than 1 x 1 liter) The plastic bag charge is an annoyance that could go away by issuing paper bags instead. And the format of their stores preclude quick visits -- a real problem if you have difficulty walking long distancea. Still, today's visit was pretty good and I got OK value.

I love coming to this Lincoln Road Pak N Save. It's spacious, has a good variety of goods, helpful & friendly staff, good vegetable & meat sections & nicely laid out deli. I do my weekly big grocery shopping in this store.

Good selection of items and relatively decent prices for a PakNSave (as it's not the cheapest PakNSave). I normally only buy non-perishable goods here and meat and fish when they look fresh. I NEVER buy my groceries here ie vegetables and fruits as the goods here are definitely C-grade level and definitely not fresh (which is surprising since I always thought supermarkets offer A-grade fruits/veges with prices to match). I have tried over the years to see if the quality of produce has improved but invariably the veges and fruits all deteriorate very quickly even in the fridge. Considering these strange times I found this visit stress free and convenient. Possibly the time of day helped but honestly one of the best visits to this paknsave ever.

They call it the largest Pak n Save in NZ. It certainly has quite a lot of space to move around while you shop. Gets a bit busy and crowded during the weekends. Specially on Saturdays. Heaps of parking spaces though.

Close to home. Everything in general under one roof. Pleasant helpful staff. Shopping now easier with bus stop outside. Only negative is no bus shelter. I got sick from standing in the cold wind and rain waiting with my shopping for the bus home. I'm 73 this year

Best place to shop the largest at West Auckland. If you want fresh seafood fresh fish this is the place to go and shop for seafood. Every Fridays fresh fish from deep south. I go there get fresh snapper to make my home made hot hot chillies raw fish...

The cashew nuts labelled 2$ 100 grams are miss leading there not 100 grams my mum got a bag thinking it a good deal but it cost 7$ put price tags on them and how did you get my email??

Always packed, car parking included. We only go here when we want seafood. Any other day we go to our local super market.

Prices aren't as competitive as you'd assume. Staff are not engaging. Meat overpriced. Mt Albert Pak N Save is much better despite the added commute.

The biggest Supermarket in NZ and has a wider range than most Pak n Saves. Very good own carpark with traffic light access and exit. Roomy and clean makes for pleasant shopping experience. Usual departments and onsite cafe

Their prices are always consistently lower than Countdown. They do not have a Salad Bar, but they do have a large and varied Delicatessen and I have always found the staff very helpful.

Huge paknsave has petrol pump for my convenience and discount fuel docket after shopping has indoor pastry ice cream kiosk you can buy coffee hot chocolate and sit down to table and chairs.. big car park.

Decent, as far as PnS goes

This is a busy Pak'nSave. The bakery serves ready-to-eat choices, and a good range of options - so is good for an easy lunch. Range is otherwise somewhat limited. Things, that you can find in other Pak'nSaves, are often difficult to find, or unavailable. Produce often gets bruised because of over-handling by large customer base.

Some manky looking veges and fruit. Overpriced avocados looked shrivelled up and about the size of a large egg..not for me. Meat section ok...deli ...ok Good product selection

It has the basic items for family meals at a good price. Its own brand -budget or pams- has some quality products to add into the shopping list

I really like shopping at Pak N Save because it is the place where I can save the most. But I would appreciate if more checkouts were open when there are large numbers waiting to be served.

Has everything I need affordable prices I had a written shopping list and I crossed off every item on that list I have gone to other supermarkets (not paknsave) and I have been disappointed because I walked away with several or more items on my list that weren't available. Never had a bad experience in 10 years just a star off for never having enough tills open but I guess less tills = slightly cheaper food maybe or just more profit and less jobs for the community

For a paknsave it's a good one, has most things you need, no alcohol due to west Auckland rules. Has a fresh fish section.

This is a great Pak N Save. The staff are super friendly and nothing is a problem for them. This Pak N Save is one of biggest Pak N Saves in New Zealand. If you want fish, meat, vegies and food for the bakery than this Pak N Save has a vast range of all. It also has a vast range of packaged products as well. Take biscuits for example, there is an entire side of an aisle with just bisucits on it. This aisles are wide and a lot less cramped than other Pak N Saves in other parts of the country. From what I understand you can buy coffee here, there is an ATM and Lotto. It is a really good supermarket.

Good prices, a few things in places you don't expect but once you get a hang of it everything you need is there.

Need to educate customer for the express lane because customers with under 20 items they always jump in normal check out and express lane always have no customers...one more things management needs to cut the no. Of express lane.

This is the largest supermarket in New Zealand. It is always quiet and as such has excellent clearence specials. Great value with fuel onsite.

PaknSav Lincoln road is always a happy and friendly place to shop at, never seem to disappoint they have everything that you need and want, the staff are always happy to help, also the new layout is way much better and easier to get through thanks paknsav...thats a 10/10 from me

Big store, I always go grocery shopping over there. Only downside is too many people have to que up at check out, and sometime stuck in traffic on Lincoln Road.
