It's a good clean supermarket. Staff are polite and helpful and there is sufficient parking with entrances and exits on opposite sides of the site. Although, I was surprised to see that there is no self-service section, which means that when it is even slightly busy there can be a few queues forming at the checkout counters. So wait times can be a little inconvenient, but if you're not in a rush it's not too much of a big deal.

So many empty shelves on this visit and only had the expensive toilet paper left on the shelf. It was quite disappointing. Walked out empty handed as everything i wanted was gone, went to countdown.

Actually my very first Pak'n'Save visit. Definitely a bit overwhelming as I want expecting a Costco-like warehouse expanse. I felt a little lost and unfamiliar. After the initial disorientation: Excellent prices and selection. Just had to find my way to the center after being directed to the periphery to know where I was going. Will definitely shop there again.

Great place to shop, always looking out for the h&s of the community by insuring there is never too many people shopping at once. Shelves are always full and the staff are super friendly. Would recommend this place to shop 👌

Every Pak N Save has somethig better than others. I like bulggogi (thin crosscut beef) here. And thier pork slice is fresh and thinner than others. Both meat is good for Koream style Barbecue.

Located across the road from Mangere Town Center. Very big and very busy store. In store setup seems to be a little different from other stores but it works. You don't see a lot of staff on the floor as you do at other places but again it may be because of size. This is also one store that I noticed there wasn't a self service section at checkouts. Maybe something for them to think about because the open checkouts were pretty long. Awesome amount of parking. Overall not a bad store, just expect a slow shop when it's busy.

Tidy store, ample parking. Friendly staff. Fruit and vegetables are fresh and placed neatly. Meat have good range and specials weekly. Stock is always on hand. Decent range of everyday staples. Even the trolley people are super nice and do their job superbly in rain or shine🙌🏾

Good staff plenty of product staff hand out clean trolleys wiping them clean after each use, efpos card machines wiped sfter each use as well.

The thing is everything is well in place. But can't help that the prices have gone up now. Its sort of clean but you see all the workers just walking over there rubbish after storing it there items to the place it needs to be. But come on at least clean while your packing items away. At least have a trolley near you that you can put your cupboard box's in to and take it with you.

Our store is huge, thank goodness. As it's always busy..with it without lockdown. Very spacious and isles were easy to get in and out. I have to say cmg out this way has made shopping easy mind you it was at 8am and less traffic less busyness at pal &save. Customer service was great very nice service from your staff especially Mary at the register Isle lovely interaction from her to customers. Great parking in and out can be a wait through the x3 round abouts into pak&save but than its good. During festive season may want to come early as you can get a lot more as in shopping around. Great visit to Mangere why not hope along you would be surprised. Surroundings food? Clothing, bargains. Culture ethnic flavor Place to visit if never ventured out of your community. Great prices in shops but one thing look around first.

Paknsave Mangere is my go to now since it is more convenient. To be honest, I feel the staff are very good here and the processes are at a high standard around covid and level 4 restrictions. Always had someone in the front wiping down the trolleys before passed over over new customer and also the cashiers were ensuring wiping down of trolley, belt and eftpos terminal. So I thought this branch is under good operationak leadership from what I have observed.

Theres a lady at the deli department not very nice asked her how long will it take for the whole chicken literally avoided us then when she finally wanted to serve us her attitude was like she wanted to pick an argument no smile no greetings no customer service skills how ever I like paknsave just she ruined our experience that day.

Arrived one hour befire lockdown and the place was packed. No trollies available as i spoke to a lovely manager I think ger name was Nazdua ir Nesdia( apologies if ive spelt name wrong) This young woman went out of her way to find me a trolley. PAKNSAVE you need to keep this manager a fantastic advert for your company. Thank you again Jimmy Kings College.

A one stop shop for the locals. The owners are very nice , good on you the Kennedy family. This shop has everything one needs for kitchen and household and prices are quite reasonable without having to have a discount card. The staff are nice and well presented. Only recommendation I have is need more checkouts running as always have to wait in queues while other checkouts are closed. I think this store is the locals favorite with lots of parking and fuel station as well.

At the hot food deli area picking something out for the kids, turned to grab something else and bumped into the pns staff member, she was trying to stack the trays of food back into place, which i moved around, i apologised but didnt get a response from her she turned and walked off, felt as if she was angry that i had moved the trays around, a simple its a okay wouldve been nice or even better come back when we've gone and do whatever she needed to do

One of the best locations to purchase your weekly grocery if you are living locally, otherwise generally recommended for quick stop shopping as staff are kind and approachable. Pricing at this location also tends to be fair compared to Countdown in Mangere Town Center.

Huge wait lines for checkouts, no chance of doing it yourself. Prices are good. Not great just good. But u pay in how long it takes you to enter and then exit...nvm if you have to go back cause u forgot the fruit or milk...its quicker to just pay the extra dollar and go to the shop. The stores huge but I can find everything here.. but nothing out of the ordinary really. It has the same stuff as countdown

Handy to Airport and Motorway lots of parking available. Has a packnsave fuel pump on site. Big aisles make it easy to get around and staff are helpful. A few signs of wear and tear but on the whole a good supermarket if you are in the area.

Closest to my work, prices are excellent and range is also good. Often buy the Chicken Roast Meals - Good for a hot lunch. Heaps of parking and usually quick service through the Check Outs. Also has Lotto.

First time we have been but it definitely won't be our last, it had nearly everything we required, lovely & clean, shelves stocked well, awesome to see gluten free had it's own area & thank you, thank you, thank you for stocking the Pavillion Gluten Free range of pies & pastry, I have Coeliac Disease & really appreciate the range of gluten free food the store has available.

Checkout lanes half the time aren't too bad, but when it is busy it's frustrating. There needs to be a few express lanes or self checkout. Specific goods that use to be sold here I requested to be reinstated, but it has fallen on deaf ears TWICE! I grocery shop here most of the time, may reconsider, though 90% of the staff at the checkout are pleasant and try to speed things up when busy.

By the way the Indian that answers calls during business hours has no customer service ☺ she might need an attitude adjustment Be kind, be safe. Best place to buy Moet in Auckland. The bottles are always well chilled and the price is right! Staff here are helpful and the store is usually pretty clean. There's always loads of parking available though there isn't the great selection of food like at other supermarkets.

Was very happy when I called on every before Christmas to enquire whether they still had Pavs left before I driving to the store. I knew it was busy and was expecting cranky or rushed service, but was pleasantly surprised by an attendant checking and confirming, with decent attitude. Appreciated.

It's ' Pam ' week , get your grocery for the week but also a box of chocolate Roses for St Valentine's this coming Friday the 14 . Also a single yellow rose ( eternal love ) in case your beloved is on another diet ..... Can't go wrong with a dozen roses . If not on a diet , treat your loved one to a barbie , add steaks and bangers to that with that grocery please and get a nice bottle of wine or a box of beer to finish off your grocery shopping at Pak'nSave Mangere .

Wonderful day shopping at Pak'n SAVE Mangere. We live in Papatotoe yet every week we go here for shopping. Reliable, resourceful, economical and for some items even cheaper than from free market!!! What more to say.

Why are there no self service checkouts here? This is the only Pak n Save I've seen which dsnt have any. There should be more express lanes as well. Customer service has always been good here, very helpful. Maybe self svce and express lanes would help quell the ques.

A gigantic supermarket for people living in Mangere , south Auckland. It's roughly 2kms from exit 7 on south western motorway #SH20 ( Massey road exit ) . Has plenty of parking for the cars and it has their very own gas station which is always a bonus.
