Needs to work more on making the store look arranged. Has got fuel station to the front. Yes it is the well known Pak n Save. 🙂

A special thanks to Kasa the lady in the deli section, I asked her to rinse my son’s dummy , she changed her gloves patiently rinsed it for me put another gloves on and back to work… very kind and considerate… And at the self checkout, as my son was so unsettled the lady(forgot to ask her name) entertained my son so that I can check out my items… Such a supportive and helpful staff… Thanks

This Paknsave is one of my favorites and I will usually mark higher but today the lady in customer support needs to do some training on customer conflict. If she was more professional in the way she dealt with the angry customer things wouldn't have escalated. Other than that place is well stocked but customer support and service do need more training and smile more. We know it's busy but it doesn't hurt to smile does it.

Latest visit was great. I waited in a small line before entering the store. When I did. Face covering signs were posted up and QR codes were on the windows before entire. Security staff was station at the sliding doors. Floors inside was clear and clean. Staff was helpful and Customer service was as always great 👍.

Good selections of the groceries but feels like very disorganized... Can't find trollies in the entrance.. which supermarkets doesn't have trollies in entrance? Also no baskets or small trollies.. overall it's just okay.... I won't go there again unless I have no other choice..

When handing out my groceries to the checkout operator I sort of felt bad for him as I had a full trolley filled to the brim. Luckily I was blessed with a quick and efficient worker. Whoever worked Friday night, bless you.

Friendly and professional staff at the front and in store. Very busy place, but things still seem to move pretty quickly. Some shelves need restocking and the variety of product seems to be lacking in some products.

Visited Pak N save for the first time today and it was really good experience. The store is huge, so many options to choose from. Any and every household items available here at very competitive prices. Cooked food is delicious and cheaper too.

Good deals however pays to check receipt as some products might charge incorrectly especially the ones on special sometimes they don't update their system fast enough with new pricing for item's on special. Happened to me 2x in a row

Now by chance re-visited it, yes, it's very nice and full of life again as shoppers filled the store despite current Omicron problem. Every shelves have stock available and you'll always find your groceries and faves items. Thumbs up man.

Easy to navigate my way round.....the accessibility between every aisle now is not like the old times where you had to take the long way back regardless. And it's still clean and tidy which is what I see everytime I shop there

Fresh produce, great variety of food and other grocery items. You can also buy takeaway hot food and sushi here! Bakery section offers a good range of baked goods from breads to different types if cakes. I shopped here on a Wednesday night and it was really busy.

I used to be a countdown shopper only but recently I have been shopping at pak n save Manukau and it has been the best decision I've made in a while. I spend more money but the shopping I take home in return is at least 3x more. Such great savings and massive promotions!

Catering service is excellent, had ordered 5 large platters made up for my family and collected them at the end of day. They were great and thank you to the ladies who put them together at short notice.

Not sure if it is just me or if anyone else feel the same way. Products selection are on the decline. For example dog food, there's a constant battle to get the same brand but they're always changing. If you ask the staff and some of the supervisors as to the reasoning behind empty shelves but no one seems to know the answers. Very frustrating to say the least😡

Juat want to mention two names that a great value to this store. Shine L and Ellie(asian lady in the hot food section). These two lovely ladies were the kindest, the most plesant to talk with and the best representation of what great customer service is all about. While i didnt really speak to Ellie as my daughter went up to order chicken n chips, i did however observed how attentive with a genuine smile and patience she was to my child as she ordered. My daughter came back and said that she was kind. This is something my child says when she find people super nice to her. As for Shine L at the checkout... it would be an understatement if i said she was super awesome. Firstly she is gorgeous and her appearance and her name matches and compliments her personality and attitude. She seemed genuine with her approach and chats with her customers. She was patient and slowly and carefully explained a customer on rhw to use a certain card...no attitude...just pure helpfulness. I observed her for a bit while in line waiting at the checkout. I enjoyed my chat with her and she was natural and genuine in her smiles, conversations and eye contacts. Can these two ladies please be celebrated at work in a big genuine way! They will continue to make customers feel welcome and enjoy shopping at PaknSave! Because of these two ladies...I will raise my stars to 5 (it was sitting at 2!)

I Reckon that this is the HUB of the Southern part of Auckland in regards to PaknSave Supermarket outlets..Ample parking , roomy and spacious for customers to meander between and through the aisles.. competitive pricing and bargains.. coupled with a generous melting pot of mixed cultures blending in to what I could only describe as " a colourful spectacle in motion ".

Perfect place to shop for your weekly groceries. One of the super cheapest supermarkets in South Auckland. Plenty of Parking space both covered and open (in case you got a long as Caravan). Bakey and Service deli got good selection of ready to go meals. Produce is a hit and miss experience specially around quality. Rest the store is great and plenty of staff available to help.

Good prices here however not a huge range when it comes to selection compared to the other Pak n Saves. During the day check-outs are well attended to however after 5pm seems to be a different story with not many check-outs open. Loads of parking space - quite days are Mondays.

I was scepticle of shopping at any Pac n Save after my shocking experience of the Mangere branch. But I went there yesterday with a friend and we were both in awe of the endless choices that were there. Their bakery cabinet was by far my favourite section, their produce was so attractive,their isles were so easy to walk down and take your time looking at items,their pricing was very affordable,their staff were very friendly and warming to talk too,their butchery was well stocked and fairly priced, their frozens were so appealing and their shelves were stacked beautifully. I have shopped at many different supermarkets and in my experience this one to me was like shopping at a New World Supermarket........very up there. This is now my favourite all time place to shop. I will be happy to travel the distance to shop there and no where else. Thanks for the new confidence of shopping in an affordable and comfortable supermarket.

This is my second visit since the upgrade. I find the staff I had contact with very helpful, had a smile & knew where products were. They are: Sela for my mozzarella, Daeshanal for my Turk's smoked chicken nibbles(which you don't have in stock) & Junior for my garlic powder.

I only did a small grocery shop so I'm not able to give a proper review. Was happy that they had the soft plastic recycling bin scheme. I like that the car park is close to the actual shop. I normally don't shop at Pak n Save due to the hugeness of it which means too much walking even if you are just getting a few products but it didn't mind it this time. Shop looks dated but its tidy n clean. I wld shop here again...

It's typical that in South Auckland that the shopping trolleys are so beaten up and dirty. It is unacceptable that foodstuffs allow the franchise holder to supply such terrible shopping trolleys for their customers. The prices are good however they need to ensure the client experience is a positive one starting from a clean car Park and clean shopping trolley.

Usual good deals you expect at PaknSave. Plenty of parking (underground on a wet day which is a bonus) great deli. It's starting to look tired against its more modern stores and the self check out is hopeless when it is busy a full of trolleys.

Few changes have made the store better. Underground parking is great, but needs to be manned more as the trolleys are always too full. This is the one we visit the most, and have recommended to others.

I was looking around at the refurbishments currently under way and noticed that some of the concrete core drilling and cutting had been executed to an extremely high standard, which really impressed me. I did see a truck from Auckland Concrete Drilling and Cutting Ltd parked discreetly to the side and assumed they were responsible.

I like buying the cooked roast meat by the deli area at the Manukau pac n sav. Now before the price increase, the crackling on the roast was cooked to perfection, after the price increase it isn't even firm. Pretty disappointed, increase in demand decease in quality, another thing I noticed, is the pickle, this product is in high demand, and always runs out on the shelf, but I found a product similar to it by the same company which taste almost exactly the same. It looks like everyone else has too, so this runs dry as well. The thing that gets me is this has been happening for months and management can't figure out it's probably a profitable thing to order more. This is not the only product it happens to. The management is either not doing it's job properly or the workers are to lazy to restock the shelfs.. So when ever we want pickle we go to Countdown , they always have the pickles from The Anathoth farms

Average place to shop. Wouldn't be my first choice. Not a very clean store. Not enough staff to be seen om the floor if you do see them they are walk I g around in groups. Not a warm vibe in the store. Not enough brightness, floors are dirty and could do with a mop. I've been to better PAK'nSAVES's stores namely Ormiston. Manukau one could do with a spring clean with their floors and more face up with their shelves.

All Pak'nSave supermarkets generally provide a broader range of products and at more competitive (lower) prices than other supermarket chains, and the Manakau Pak'nSave is no exception. It's one of the biggest Pak'nSave stores I've seen. We normally shop at Pak'nSave Wairau, because they cater for SE Asian tastes (which suits us), and we had gone to the Manakau store to compare prices. We found the store seemed to be have higher prices than the Wairau store, for the stuff we usually bought, but they didn't have some of the stuff that we usually bought at the Wairau store, so I guess their customers are from a different demographic group. The Manakau store nevertheless had an impressively large range of produce and was well-run. I rated it 5 stars.

Construction zone inside and out (including the car park) at the moment as they revamp and rebuild the store while remaining open. Still have a wide range of products within the reduced store layout. There was a chiller with some deli packed meats '2 of the packs of luncheon looked off with the pieces having a greenish tinge to them. Everything else looked ok. Fruit and vege department was condensed (as was ygr bakery) with a wide range of fresh fruit and vege on display The new shop should look great when they are done!

I love Pak'n'save Manukau. It's my go-to Pak'n'save. BUT! There were a few things that kinda...made me think?? There wasn't much signage for a few things in the fresh produce section. Just a price and not what it is. I knew what they were but someone else might not. I used the bathroom...and gross. Its not clean, there was no soap to wash my hands and wet toilet paper was all over the floor. I would've walked straight out, but man was i busting to pee. Haha! I work in a cafe and there's not many of us on, but we always make time to clean our bathrooms because they're the only public toilets around. I also saw an Out Of Order sign but it was INSIDE the bathroom...pointless being inside and behind the paper towel dispenser. But i still love Pak.n.save and will always go back...just maybe not to use the toilet unless i was desperate. Haha!

I found my experience to PaknSave in Manukua city really great its a very big laid out store items are so easy to find mainly because of the layout of the shelving when it's busy you can hardly move turn around etc, So you have to go in the direction of everyone else which is not a bad thing really...The answer is to go when it's not so busy though and you can go in any direction you wish...I also have to travel by bus to shop so I have to be careful not to get too much shopping or it's difficult to get it home safely but I still do without too many problems and I have found on every occasion if I have needed staff help they have been very helpful so thankyou for the opportunity to make a comment here

The space between yourself the counter and the separation bar is so tight that if you're an average size person you have to struggle to reach the groceries at the far end of your trolley. What's with the bar? anyway! And then the attendant will say could we use the same trolley because there are none available.and once again you have to struggle to move the trolley between yourself the counter and the bar. Bloody he'll pak n save sort it out! We don't all resemble the Pak n save STICK MAN!!! Get real we in Aotearoa Southside not little STICK MEN round here.
