This place is my best favorite P&S. They had good fresh fruits, vegetables and meat. They also had fresh fish. It's easy for me to pick up the stuff. They are arranged everything very well in the store. Cashier works enthusiasm and friendly.

Onsite parking 🅿️ available. Well-known Warehouse is just around the corner. Medium to larger scale outlet. Everybody knows what Pak n Save does as they are well known. So, nothing much to praise on that. It is not common to see some veggies like Okra, long beans in a Pak n Save by my experience. But I noticed those were available here. Self checkout service also is available.

I was so impressed that one of the staff greeted customers at the entrance. Instead of customers spraying & wiping their trolley's handle as customers do at the other supermarket, this young man greet and does that for customers. It's very impressive 👏 and this is a recommendation for this young man's performance tonight 10/3 and the manager/ supervisor who assigned this young man for that job. A job well done should be rewarded and have these five 🌟 🙌 😊

Good service, trolley was santised for us on entry, shelf stackers kept the aisles clear unlike Botany. A few shelves were empty but unsurprising just before New Years. Great selection of products overall.

I was greeted by the trolley boy called Rene and he instantly made my day better. He was very friendly and positive, especially throughout the pandemic and working at such a dangerous location. He was also pulling a lot of trolleys in such hot weather. I reccomend he gets a raise as he is one of the best members on the team.

Ormiston Pak'n Save maybe the nicest Pak'n Save around, its very large and has a huge selection of groceries, prices are pretty much the same as any other one but just a lot nicer to walk around because the isle are a lot more spacious. Its mainly locals who shop around here so its jot usually that busy compared to the one in botany. This Pak'nSave also sells chicken and chips! Which I've never seen before, neither tried (yet to give it a try the next time I over)

What I like most about this place is the way its been spread out and they use good quality product in comparison to any other paknsave that i know of . However, it lacks big time in client relation and you can always feel that you have an eye on you …. It is not comfortable and wants you to leave as soon as you can …. Came here in on a Monday morning. Was shocked to see rubbish all over the car park. Probably the worst I've seen in any paknsave. Interior was opposite though. Well laid out and organized. Just exterior impression not a good one.

I drive past Botany Pak n Save to come here. Very clean and tidy store with fresh produce when you walk in. They also have the cheapest prices when comparing products to other PNS and Countdown stores. Staff are friendly and there is ample parking, even with the recent opening of Ormiston Town Centre.

For a Pak n Save style supermarket this is one of the better ones. I shop often there and the staff at the counters make the difference. Chatty and helpful they sometimes help pack the groceries which I appreciate a lot. They have the best bakery of any supermarket in the local region.

I switched here from Countdown during the 1st lockdown. They really the care for their customers and the staff seem happy there too. They put extra people on at the entry and even put up a temporary shelter when it rained and people had to queue outside. Really impressed, I won't go elsewhere after that.

Clean and tidy, ample parking, no underground parking, no pak n save petrol, loads of specials in store. They also seem to generally have lower prices compared to countdown and other pak n saves. They also have JP services every Thursday night as well by the entrance in the foyer area.

I am surprised to give a 5 star rating. In actuality it's only a supermarket. I have visited many times and find the level of customer service here is exceptional. Every checkout staff member has always been very friendly in what appears to be a genuine manner. Currently plenty of car parking spaces available. Premises are clean. Lacks the premium meat options that may be available elsewhere.

Groceries are placed neat and tidy in the store! Customers have to sanitize their hands and trolley handles are sanitized. a temperature monitoring machine is also at the entrance to check in the incoming customers. Feel so safe to shop in here.

The shop has plenty of options for all the sections, very well planned and organised makes it easy to make your way around and find the things you are looking for. Even in peak hours the supermarket has plenty of place to move around. Plenty of parking as well. Which is a bonus.

A neat, tidy and clean supermarket with a good layout. Ample parking, with bus stops right outside. The prices are a little more expensive than other Pak'nSave stores, and their specials are often not that special. Also the range of goods is quite limited - as is usual with Pak'nSave stores. Their self-checkouts are a real pain, very sensitive, and often need intervention from staff. AND, don't get me started on the forests they waste with printing receipts and petrol dockets and survey requests at these checkouts.

PaknSave Ormiston is a fantastic supermarket! We have been shopping here 1-2 times weekly for the last year and couldn't recommend more highly the great experience we have every time we shop there for our family grocery supplies. Shopping can sometimes be a tedious chore, after work when you're tired, or when you have to pop up for the odd item, but this PaknSave makes shopping a more pleasant task - every staff member is pleasant, engaged, friendly whatever role they are playing on the shop floor to outside the store; the range of products; user friendly layout, tidiness and cleanliness of the store; we rarely have to queue and on the odd ocassion if so, a very short wait. Fabulous store and staff!! Thank you for the effort and care you put into your work, it certainly makes a difference for your customers!

The carpark is kind of a nightmare. I usually park far from the entrance to avoid all the cars. The thing that sets this supermarket apart from others is that all the checkout operators are so friendly. The queues are usually not long and they help in any way they can. Their service is the reason I'm leaving a review.

Prices are very good, wide selection. Gets a bit too busy around month end. Down side they don't pack your bags or box , just puts it back in another trolley then you need to pack it yourself afterwards taking extra time.

Cheap and affordable shopping. But unfortunately the quality is compromised. However the quality at other supermarkets is pathetic and Pak m Save is much better regarding that. For purchasing long life items it is a really good place but for fresh fruits and vegetables... it's a No No. The shopping trolleys are rusted and it is a hassle to move them, and i trust that's the toughest part of shopping at pak n save. There is no helpdesk and a limited number of staff on floor. So once inside the store, you can't expect much of help from the staff. Still, with a lot of discounts and a variety of stuff to choose from. Pak n save is not really that bad.

Immaculately clean, well lit, store with deep ranges of vegetables, fruits, help-yourself bins of lentils, nuts, chocolates and very wide range of foods, meats, drinks, OTC pharmaceuticals and everything else you may want from a supermarket for your household ... at a good price! Very different from the Pak N Save store in Cavendish drive, Manukau, which is really showing its age (around 25+ years old) and looking shabby both inside and outside. 24Dec16 Very good range of groceries and vegetables and meats at prices generally lower than Countdown supermarkets. Brand new supermarket. But parking is not enough - woefully short - at busy times

Usually shop at the Manukau store, but found Ormiston has a better variety of groceries. Everythings so neat and tidy, especially the fresh produce. Staff are always friendly and willing to help which makes shopping that much more enjoyable 👌

Used to be my regular supermarket but don't go there as often as they don't stock fresh ready made meals which I have previously asked via Facebook and Pak N Save website to start stocking and was told a few months ago they were adding this type of product once they rearranged the cheeses but am yet to see a range of these types of meals (their range of frozen meals is also underwhelming). Have just gone there tonight to quickly get some Big Ben pies to send to Australia and apparently they no longer stock those. Now doing my weekly shop elsewhere.

There are 3 Pak n Save's near me and Ormiston is by far my preference. Besides having a good range of brands and a good range of sizes, this place has wide aisles, helpful staff and great parking.
