Better arranged and maintained comparatively to Clendon, Manakau and some other branches I have seen around south Auckland. Pak n Save is so popular. So everyone knows what it about. Located inside Silvia park shopping complex.

This place seems average to me. It is slightly pricey than countdown stores. The vegetables were dry, wilted and priced higher than normal. Great variety available which might not be anywhere else. Still, I am comfortable spending at countdown for the fresh vegetables and deals they get.

Good store showing they abide by rules for COVID having all setups like hand sanitizer and scan in QR codes also with dividers at the checkout. The pricing here is also great and proves to be a place to shop should your budget feel a little challenged. Staff are friendly and good to see all smiles in and around the store.

Not as organised as countdowns and new world but way cheaper than them.

Have good deals, and the parking isn't too bad. Usually well stocked and has an excellent selection for hot food. I tried everything they have to offer *sadly don't recommend the curries...

Great deals especially for big families, checkout operators always give you the best and professional service. High five to all the pak n save workers for there service over the last couple of years during the pandemic 👍

During the level 4 lockdown, nothing but excellent customer service from the security at the front down to the staff on the floor and the wonderful cashiers at the front. Stock has always been plentiful throughout. Thank you to this wonderful team n your dedication in your work. You are much appreciated..

This isn't my "local" but close to my work place so it made sense to pop in before I had to jump on the motorway to go straight home. As with all Pak n Saves, it has everything you need and the store is spacious and clean with bargains galore. The only drawback was before I walked in, we(another customer and myself) were met with a terse security person that told us to "put them in there"(referring to our recyclable shopping bags). He gestured towards a trolley with about 6 other bags in it and I was mentally kicking myself for forgetting about the level 3 restrictions. So rather than walking all the way back to my car, I dropped it in the trolley. The other customer may not have understood him immediately and hesitated which earned him a terse "Is there a problem?! Whats the problem?!" from the security guard.🤨 I gestured to the other customer what I had done and he seemed to grasp the idea and copied me, which still got him a hard look from the security guard. When I came out from the check out to retrieve my bag, the same security guard glared at me but made no comment. 🤔🤔🤔 So, to give him the benefit of the doubt, I don't know if he was just having a hard day or things at home weren't going well but as a first "point of contact" for a large, popular store, the interaction with him could have been off-putting for someone with a more gentle nature. (Luckily that's definitely not me 😉🙂)
