Expensive but make sure to check the bill. I was charged for the item I didn't purchase. It came to my notice as I was validating the items during the checkout "while employee was scanning them" and when I mentioned that what's the bill for item XYZ, they removed it from the bill.

While the shop is great in terms of products and variety. And i would highly recommend for Indian shopping when not in covid situation. They barely follow any covid regulations. Visited here during level 4 and they allowed more than 10 people in the shop. Actually they were never counting. No social distancing followed in shop. People carrying the same baskets without being sanitized between uses. Wish they get more serious about it.

Quality of product was well maintained throughout the store and when it comes to service, i believe staff was behaving like trained as one of the best in Auckland. Very well stocked with more variety of items than Auckland based main Indian grocery shops, a huge variety of Middle eastern food, unfortunately prices of frozen vegetables were on higher side, as well as some other stuff but overall if you need all your South Asian and Middle Eastern shopping under one roof, its a worth shopping here. Staff was very hospitable as wekl!

You can get pretty much everything that you would want in an Indian store, including some Indian veggies like bittergourd. Good collection of frozen food & bulk foods. Also there is decent collection of cookware & Pooja essentials. The only negative point I would say is that it's not very well organised. Feels a bit cramped, but hey, we shop there once a month & we can live with that.
