Lot to choose from. Issue would be parking 🅿️. But parking is available behind at allocated car park. Not good in customer service on the day I stepped in. What happened to me was just scanned the items I bought, told the price and thank u. But to shop Sri Lankan groceries they are a good choice around. Presentation or the arrangement of inside store is better than Lakdiv Supermarket. The customer service guy there did not feel that we are welcomed. That is what I meant. So never know will I visit again. Will c..

Such a great welcome 🙏🏻 we walked in randomly to have a look, and ended up walking out with an armful of different items after the shopkeeper guided us around. Delicious fish bun, and chicken pastry. We will definitely be back 😃

My wife is originally from New Zealand (Caucasian) and we currently live in Los Angels,CA USA. When my wife & daughter are currently visiting the family in Auckland. She wanted to surprise her family with a Sri Lankan home cook meal with her newly learnt cookingi skills and went to Serendib store to pick up some Sri Lankan spices. She loved the store and FaceTimed me to speak to the store manager Gamage who helped her out with all her requests. I highly recommend this store to anyone.

This is one of the best finds in Auckland! Their cashew nuts are so scrumptious, so many other treasures to eat in the store which I’ve never seen before. If there is a clean, neat & tidy & attractively displayed stockwith a friendly customer service for Sri Lankan groceries, that is Serendib. I am a regular customer from close proximity & many occations have done shopping at the closing time & still have experienced a friendly service with no rush from the staff, specially Chaminda whom I have met many times. Great service is provided specially for Sri Lankans with vast range of items. This place is one of the most oldest Sri Lankan shops within in the city limits where you could find a huge variety of Sri Lankan groceries under one roof. The staff here is super friendly and you will forget that are in a different country once you step in! Some items you find here apparently can be found here only.

I came to you to buy dried fish and found hell of fungus growth inside the packets. I pointed them to the cashier and he said that was salt till I grab the packets and showed him. Another day I bought a biryani mix ( glass bottles) and I found weevils floating on it once I open it. As I'm having these kind of bad experiences while shopping with you I couldn't give you more than 3 stars. How ever, I love the so Sri Lankan atmosphere in your store. Good luck.

Placed an order online. Excellent communication re one of the products being unavailable. A credit was offered. I also had wrong postal address and that was also fixed and difference was credited with no hassles. Great website. Extremely user friendly. Received my products well packaged and in quick time. We were used to love this store before, but today experience wasn't good. We went to buy some stuff. we entered the store just 5mints before the closing time. And the sales guy was very rushed to close the store and he wanted us to get our stuff quickly and leave. I know it's closing time, but you need to be friendly with customers always. PS : Really happy to see that management is aware of the customer feedbacks. just wanted to let the management know about this kind of incidents. I will reconsider about my ratings because of quick response from the management. :)
