We have been using the Supervalue Palamino for the last 18 years. It is well run, well stocked, and well priced. I am surprised that they can offer prices that are competitive with supermarkets for much of their range. This is especially true in their meats. It is a little bit cramped at the checkout, because they are using every square inch. It is also one of the few places you can still buy a cigar, they stock Schimmelpenninck as well as Van Hartog.

Absolutely amazing customer service and ranges of products. More than happy to go an extra mile for their customers. Warm and welcoming. Specially during these testing times of lockdown. Please be kind to their staff too.

The aisles are a wee bit narrow if you're using a shopping trolley but there's a good range of products here and the staff are always nice.

Always a good trip, most of the time they're fully stocked up. With covid around though sometimes it's a hit and a miss trip.

A very well stocked mini supermarket which has most things you would need .The staff are always helpful and friendly and if you need an item you can just call and they will put it aside for you. Well done hats of to the management keep up the good work 😊

My local, they stock nearly every thing, they are so lovely and helpful when we went into full Covid lockdown they really helped out the local Retirement Village on Sturges Road with delivering their Shopping ❤, they even do Lotto here too, I just love coming here in between my main Shopping.

Friendly staff who always greet and acknowledge you, the freshness and value is on par with supermarkets and not ridiculously marked up. Much more comfortable to pop in quickly than too a large supermarket.

A little pricey for some things but so handy if you dont wany to head all the way to the supermarket. Offers fresh fruit and vegetables, milk, bread, meat, frozen foods ample supplies of confectionery and drinks as well as charging cables aux cords and lotto. Staff are always busy and very friendly and helpful.

My local, I don't even go to the super market now, just shop here, and fruit and veg, and sometime the odd butcher. Perfect for a couple.

Just had one of the worst big ben pies from here. The top was rock hard and the bottom soggy. I noticed there was no little tub of water in the pie warmer so that's probably why the pie was ruined. However, I am a long time customer (literally been purchasing from this dairy since me and my sister's were kids), and this is a good dairy. It's definitely changed over the years. There's a great range of food, usually have what I'm after. The layout isn't great though (where the icecream freezers and beverages fridges are), causing people that are waiting in a queue to constantly move for others who are trying to get around or go to the back of the queue, but it's what you'd expect for the size of the shop so they've done what they can with the space they have. Most of the staff are nice, although I had a bad experience with one of the girl's who served me (the day before xmas) who seemed eager to finish her shift must've been with the way she was trying to rush me and rudely tapping her fingers while waiting for me to get my money out. But overall I like this dairy and being a local I'll be using it another 20+ years I'm sure :) Word to the owner: when the real estate place next door is eventually vacant buy it and extend your store lol

Whilst there is a great range of goods and was very clean and tidy, what lets this place down is how the management have decided to set up the store aisles which is not very user friendly or efficient, i saw many people having to move aside or walk sideways to get to the drinks aisle, also areas you have to navigate around like the freezers, made it awkward. id only go there if i had to because of this.
