And the prices were low affordable and honest.
Unlike the other franchises around Auckland which are stone cold robbers.
So we’ll done TAiPING Newlynn you guys have saved the day. Will definitely be shopping with you more often. Will also be telling all my associates to shop here as well.

H.Nice place for cooked snack. Roast Pork was unothodox slice but good cut of meat (not too fatty), fair price and impeccable service as always. Next time I will try the combination on rice option, I wonder if it will have the condiments I enjoy. A pleasant experience.

T.Tai Ping New Lynn is a good Asian grocery store with a good selection of fruits vegetables and other Asian grocery items. It as butcher store inside and even a BBQ place to get the usual Chines BBQ meats.
R.Not too crowded while shopping and distance from other shoppers are observed. Not so many specials now as when before the lockdown. Some groceries items are more expensive than before.
M.My favourite place to go, sooo much choice for Asian groceries, I could go mad, wonderful service
c.This branch seems bigger than previous i have visited. It looks well laid out and aisles have well described. Parking is also plentiful here. I would visit this store again.

M.Fruit and veg is reasonably priced, and usually pretty good, Fish is always fresh at Tai Ping, shell fish can be a bit on the smaller side, meat always looks good (though never purchased). They have a huge range of items inc household (bowls, knives, pots, cleaning products etc) Spices, tea, condiments, snacks and drinks. Plenty of parking outside as well.

Hygiene needs to go up in the game especially during bow when Covid is around. The lady at the meat counter served the customer before me, took cash and than used the game gloves to touch the meat we wanted to buy. Than she took cash with the same gloves. Total cross contamination of germs . I was shocked and disgusted as this is not expectable today. Please shop at your own risk
B.Pretty good but you have to get to know the layout. Good range of Asian products, especially Chinese products.
T.Tai Ping Asian supermarkets are located throughout Auckland but the quality and size varies a lot.
The New Lynn branch has good parking, is large and very clean. Considerably better than the dominion road branch that would receive a 2.
A.Awesome Asian grocer's for all your one stop needs ranging from a variety of food items from China and neighbouring countries. Large selections of vegetables, fruits, meats, frozen items, herbs, spices, pickles, cured items, rice, flours, you will find most items needed for your kitchen. Lots of parking space as well and easy to find place.
P.It is the cleanest and spacious of all the TaiPing I went. A bit similar to Jadan at Dominion Road, do note they shared the same parent company and you can use Jadan card at this Tai Ping store. I highly recommend Char Siew Bbq hong kong pork here. They usually have discounted price on weekend $24/kg, go grab it ^^
J.This is the place to get fresh Asian vegetables and a huge variety of Asian products. Plus the have a butcher on site that does a mean bbq duck. And the dumpling wraps are excellent, staff are helpful. If you can’t afford a trip to asia to sample delightful food and feel another culture, then head to Tai Ping and get your fix.
K.Great selection of dry goods, chill, produce and meat. Also some bbq duck and pork. In the entrance area buns, a small health supplier and something else. Off-street parking is available. Only downside for me, many products don't have English name or I gredients on them.

Staff are generally very helpful and polite.
There is a large parking lot outside with exits on two different streets.
Y.Genuine Chinese supermarket. Not many other Asian groceries. Why call as an Asian supermarket? Veggies r cheap.
j.Can be a trying time to locate what you need due to language translation and no help available to confirm if you have found your product
A.The largest, or at least one of the biggest Tai Ping store; although it doesn't look that way from the outside. Parking space are quite plenty. Their produce are very fresh, atypical of asian stores, and their prices are very wallet friendly. They also stock various items including kitchen equipments like clay pots, portable stoves, and utensils. You can also buy roast meats such as duck, chicken, and pork as well as having them on rice.
S.I haven't yet gathered the courage to buy from the butcher and fish stall yet. But I can shop most of my groceries there. The roast stall inside the main store is fantastic, there's always a line there. Fruit and vege is most definitely cheaper than shopping in major supermarkets.
n.Good service and a lot of variant
C.Great place to get all your Chinese shopping done. Has everything. Great range of seafood too. The best bit is they clean, gut and filet your fish too for people like me who do not know how to.
A.3.5 stars. Clean and tidy. On my visit, the veg section looked a little bit sad, otherwise 4 stars.
M.This is one of the bigger and cleaner Asian supermarkets around. They usually have everything I need with regards to Asian products and fresh produce.
There is adequate parking in one big parking lot, which you can access from two different roads. Be careful not to park in the parking area for the school nearby though! The carpark was full of potholes at one stage and I haven't been to Taiping for a while (Golden Apple is closer to me) so don't know whether it's fixed yet.
There are also a few smaller stalls in the same building by the checkout that sell various foods, drinks, health products and there is a currency exchange place.
They did have a loyalty programme when I was there, so check that out if you go often.
By the front entrance there are lots of Asian newspapers you can pick up. Im pretty sure I've seen Korean and Indian newspapers at least. There are also brochures and a notice board.
And finally, service is pretty good too!

f.Fresh to frogen fish, meat and daily groceries are available here.
W.Reasonable price for veggies and fruits and you can get varieties of fish and veggies. Specially green chilli and different choy. However, the salmon didn't look much appealing. Moreover, the packaging of fish after cutting is not good. Beware of leakage and smell in the car.
D.Love this shop, even though I don't know what half the stuff is. Great for meats and canned coffee plus so much more.

C.I love Tai Ping. It is condiment heaven, roast duck heaven snacks heaven and our family is addicted to the Wonderful frozen dumplings.
G.This would be the cleanest Tai Ping than the others. Staff understand and speak English and go out of their way to help you. Would give 5 stars but the flies was a huge factor.
S.Tai Ping has uncountable Asian foods besides they are Very good in sea foods good scale of sea foods.
Service is very good specialy in sea food shop .sometimes I have countered a fairly long cue at the checkouts, in my opinion it needs attention .

T.Good Asian groceries store. Quite a Good decent size store it's not all cramp up like other stores. There's actually room to move around. They also sells a really good roast duck
P.This business is a very large Asian food store, that has a great variety of Asian food produce. This is where I bought my first pack of dumplings from and where they stock many different flavors of soy and fish sauces
M.Good range of products. Can sometimes be hard to find what you want unless you know where it is already as most of their employees don't have English as their first language
