As I noticed, they are better maintained and arranged compared to the Mt Wellington supermarket of the same brand which is a plus. They do operate a bakery, butcher, sea food, grocery items (Chinese), fruits and veggies. They are a Chinese supermarket, that you will notice in no time. The first half of it which comes with fruits and veggies, is mostly the common department that I found worth shopping. When u get to the shelves it is all Chinese product on those that was my observation on my visit on 19/Mar/2022. The lady at the bakery in the evening was nice and pleasent. She offered a good customer service. As usual, my experience with Chinese shops is not that satisfied in regards to customer service. Other than her, that statement stayed again the same.

Good range of fruits, vegetables and the prices of fruits are affordable. Also a good place to shop for asian foods and pickles. They had complementary 60ml bottles of hand sanitizers.

Good selection of items. Nearly all Asian items can be found here. No need to go to market as prices are nearly same. The shop is bit congested with people bumping each other on busy times. Try to get a small trolly so that you can move around the shop easily. Parking is available around the place.

A Chinese Supermarket with a range of products including fruits, meats, processed goods and even home utentils. They also sell Korean and Japanese goods in the asiles towards the end. Noticiably you can get traditional chinese roast meats for around $15 to $30 here. Parking is a breeze but with only 3 tills, lines tend to get very long.

Loved the selection of products, but the staff need serious customer service training. I got served by a lady, she didn’t say hi or anything. Once I paid she was too busy talking to another staff and just threw the receipt at me and didn’t even look my way or say bye or anything. So rude. Won’t be coming back again when other Asian stores have far better service! But the lady serving at the butcher side was lovely, thought I’d at least give some good feedback 🙄😒

Fresh fruit and vegetables are cheap but not the best quality. The fresh seafood section along with the fresh meat section is not the cleanest. Meat looks a bit cheap and the fish does not look that fresh. On a few occasions they sell so called fresh whole fish which is frozen. The frozen and packaged food are good. Very good choice of Asian products and all very competitive with price. Good for a quick shop.if you are not to concerned about quality.

Veges at reasonable prices. Unhappy with the parking lot. Always full and people violate the rules.Most of them have no courtesy and park in disabled parking space and play the card of not knowing or unable to read signs in English.The management doesn't look into the problem. Store needs to be rearranged as people jam the entrance while so many isles are empty. They need to study this simple things do that it's convenient for people to shop comfortably.Checkout counters are also not having proper space and hinder the movement of customer. Staff also needs to learn about good customer service as that will help them in the long run.

A very busy place, with an excellent selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. Some items can be a little pricey, so it pays to shop around. The meat counter is basic, unfortunately not a huge choice, but their prices are very reasonable. It appears to have a large selection of Japanese, Chinese, Korean and other Asian foods.

I have been here a thousand times already, for dry goods, there are lots of international options to choose from and they are in different sections which makes it easier for shoppers to identify and look for. Vegetable options have good variances as well and cheaper than other asian supermarkets. Meats and seafoods have a good options too and some meat parts that you don't normally get from your local supermarkets you can find it here. Just the environment needs to more tidy since they are selling perishable goods.

They sell heaps of asian items If you need likas papaya and rubbing alchohol u can find it here they also have korean, filipino, and chineese takeaways inside

The store has fresh vegetables. It also has lots of Asian grocery such as sauces noodles etc. The shop has an in-store butcher which sells lots of chicken and pork and beef stuff. There is also a fish shop inside the supermarket. Generally I would say the store is about 7 out of 10 kind of clean status. It's not bad but can be better. Prices are ok. Staff are usually very friendly and helpful but sometimes you always bump into grumpy ones. I use the shop at least two to three times a month.

Usually very good vege & fruit prices - esp Asian veges. Sometimes the quality is below average so things get a bit picked over. Great range of Asian ingredients and large chiller of fresh noodles/dumpling wrappers/kimchi/beancurd. This supermarket also houses a few stalls serving Korean, BBQ etc meals along with fresh fish and butchery. Like previous reviews, a couple of the checkout staff could be a bit more customer-friendly.

Good selection of produce, and competitively priced. Very good selection of asian products. Has separate butcher store within as well as a fish shop, ready cooked roast meat store, and a tofu store. Fruit and veges are fresh and well presented, prices are as good or better than other supermarkets.

One stop shop for all your Asian ingredients. They just expanded the store. Avoid peak time.. Saturday and Sunday 9-12 am.. weekdays 4 to 6pm..

One of the better Tai Ping stores I have been to. The products are generally quite well stocked and tidy on the shelf. The produce looks quite fresh. Fish monger and butchery on site. This store has a fresh tofu store inside as well. Some of the chilled items I saw on my visit were getting moldy. If you like hot pot you can get a lot of ingredients here

The best Tai Ping in Auckland by far, in my opinion! Clean, spacious and packed with a huge range of delicious food. They have a large selection of frozen mock meats, fresh noodles, snacks and condiments for anything you may wish to cook. My go-to store - just watch out for those long lines at the checkout, it appears that I’m not the only one who thinks that it’s amazing!

Tai ping is the chinese asian market and this is one of the branch in auckland. Have been to another branch which selling more variation of items than this one. But this is still have quite many variation for you to visit and grab some chinese ingredients and cooking sauces.
