N.What amazing products. Even though you are in the middle of lockdown and have limited stock I got my package only a day or two after placing my order. So happy with it all and I will be buying from you again

Edit: just read a review about them having little to no stock following the Covid outbreak. I had had that same experience on my first visit. I'd gone for a specific item. The situation was completely out of their control, and the man explained everything.
That's why I went back a couple months later. By that stage the shelf was stacked to the gunwales with the item I wanted.
S.Can't fault a thing, ordered from here online so many times and the stuff arrives the very next day. Cameron is a star - always going above and beyond and amazing customer service. I always recommended Union Jacks to other fellow Brits. Just wish they would get some Fosters in ;-)

M.Honestly the best customer service! Made a Christmas pre-order with Union Jack's and unfortunately due to the hold up at the ports because of COVID we didn't receive it in time. You guys really went above and beyond to fix something that was not your fault and I really appreciate it! Can't wait to order more from you in the future.
J.Great little taste of the UK. I purchased an assortment of potato chips, fizzy drinks and confectionery from Union Jack's for a very reasonable price. Definitely worth a look-in if you're after a treat that's a bit different.
N.Fun to take your time and look around. Given the food is imported, the prices aren't too bad. Often have clearance deals on almost-expired stuff. If you are after something in particular, I would call ahead and make sure they have it first because they often sell out of stuff since it's a while between shipments. I have tried emailing them before (through their website form and an email address on the website) and never got replies so it seems like calling them is probably best. First time trying to find the place can be a bit tricky I found.
A.This is a cool little shop with a friendly shop manager. The shop seems to import a range of British foods such as lollies, chips, tinned food, chocolate, frozen food such as vegetarian patties and fish. There was a real variety of foods and some prices reasonable and maybe some high. But a good place to visit and discover a bit of Britain in New Zealand.
A.Can get UK products here. I miss the freezer section but understand that there are continuing supply problems from UK
m.I always get good service here and usually find what I'm looking for. Being a Diabetic it's good to get the sugar free jam and marmalade. They have a good variety of Tempting things. Good off street parking as well.
H.Super friendly staff, had to do click and collect because of covid-19 lockdown, and the guy was so sweet and threw in an extra item for free! Really appreciate the little things, thanks so much :)
A.If your looking for food from the UK then this is the place to find it. Great selection of all sorts of goodies. They have parking spots but it can get busy especially at those special times of year. 😉
N.Went there for gravy granules and walked out with 3 more items thanks to enthusiastic upselling 😀. Sparsely stocked shelves when I visited. I'll be back soon to check the restocked shelves.
P.British Foods at pretty much ok ish prices. They have a very large range from frozen to dessert to savoury to non food stuffs. Kids like the range of sweets that remind them of the UK
