Good place to shop, everything you need, not much seating if you're waiting for someone.

Not the best prices or the largest version. No shopping trundler bay in the car park. Strange to have rubbish bags only available at the check out.

It's Safe! And thank goodness that it is one of my favourite supermarkets in the Shore not on the 'Places of Interest' unlike Takapuna countdown which was, I will go back to Takapuna countdown one day it is still my Fav.

Had great customer service by Desmond from the Seafood department. He went above any beyond with assisting me in finding a pack of yoghurt even though the issue was not related to his department. The team at the customer service counter were not interested in providing any assistance, they just said that whatever packs on the shelf is what we have in stock.

Good shop normally. Yogurt section was a mess and stunk of stale cream. The coconut yoghurt produce on three shelves were covered in weird brown sticky residue, the bottom grill had dried cream and dirt all over it and one shelf had old blue paper that could easily be peeled off but has been left there. Revolting!! Sort it out!!

Assuming owners/managers are interested in customer views , I relate frustration I hear from many shopping housewives at the paucity of available small shopping trolleys . So I speak for the regular shoppers in asking why ( at Milford ) there are at least 3 times as many larger trolleys than their cousin ( the more practical - easier to manoeuvre ) small trolley . I raised this with a " trolley mover " at the w/end . He said he had already raised the issue with management

It's a pretty ordinary Countdown, cheap enough but not a great selection and only really worthwhile if it's too far to go to a good one.
