F.I went into the store yesterday and everyone in store greeted me, which I thought was fantastic right from the off. I didn't think I needed help but after one of the ladies got chatting to me, she found out what I was looking for and recommended a product that I hadn't tried. She obviously knew what she was talking about and I ended up buying it. Needless to say, the product was brilliant and I am very happy with the level of customer service and friendly knowledgable staff!! I didn't get the ladies name but I will definitely be going back to find out :)
