Brilliant system. Keeps a running total of everything you've purchased. Makes a quicker shopping trip with less stress. Staff on the floor were only to happy to help if you couldn't find something. I had Been to the desk to sign up for this but because they were do busy as only one lady at the desk they didn't have chance to explain properly. The gentleman who can to may assistance could see me looking confused and unsure of what to do, he was so wonderful and went out of his way to assist me. Well done pack and save for having such an amazing team willing to go the extra mile to support.

A.Great selection of produce and below average prices for the most part. Has self serve checkout for ease and to avoid human interaction. Only draw back is the fact that only some of the check outs accept cash. Also the car park can be a bit hectic at times.

You walk a distance just going up or down each row.
Often have interesting specials like 2 or 5 dollar week or my favourite party week.
Baking department makes lots of fresh products.
Fish fresh and wine extraordinary as in the middle of vineyards .
Parking plentiful and always cardboard boxes for recycle as grocery boxes.
Staff friendly and helpful. Free coffee if you spent over a certain amount. Coffee shop and petrol pumps linked to supermarket.

A.Best supermarket I've been to ! Huge fruit and vege section, with great specials. There is an abundance of whatever is in season at that time, very cheap. But it also has a massive bulk bins section and a large selection of health and organic items, for those looking for vegan, gluten free etc options.
B.This is a very good,spacious and we'll provisioned supermarket. Clean and with latest checkout technology.

S. M.Staff is so friendly. There is always something that makes the trip worth it. And to save 38c on Fuel at the end today was an awesome bonus. Every time I go there with one or both of my kids staff goes out of their way to help me whether it is by helping settle upset child or with the many different and accommodating trundler options.

B.Well they have good prices on products & I like the drive from PICTON every 2 weeks & the saff are there if you need any help ,, I have not got to the self serve yet I assume that is how it's going to work in time , Atleast the computer does not have smoke or lunch . BUT you can't beat the friendly people who are the staff if you dont have that you go mad .

R. W.Only issue is the layout of the carpark entrance. Most cars take the first turn too big. May need to consider putting some centre lines to stop the issue and have more speed limit signs to remind people to take it slow as sometimes children come running out infront of traffic or people just dont look for vehicles and just walk out infront of cars.
